Best place I have ever gotten my oil change from . I recommend all my loved ones to come here . My car is used and I went to one other place before them and it was disappointing. This is by far the worst mechanic is South Jersey. I had an incident on 5/21 with my battery and serpentine belt and had to unfortunately tow to a near mechanic. Upon this, they completed the work and held my car hostage all Memorial Day weekend (from Saturday 5/22 to Tuesday 5/26) forcing me to spend hundreds in rental car and rideshare fees. Memorial Day holiday hours were Monday 5/25 only, not Saturday. There's no reason why I should meet a locked shop within posted business hours. I called corporate and they submitted a motion for reimbursement in which the store wrongfully denied, without notice with no willingness to rectify, WHEN I WAS WILLING TO PAY! Why have business and not adhere to your own hours of operation? Talk about a lack of integrity and accountability. Joshua (from deal guy) persisted to cut me off during every conversation, exhibiting below par customer service with no remorse. Do yourself the justice and avoid them at 508 Haddonfield. There is another one a few minutes away that's much better. read more

1.5 stars. I dropped my car off to get a price on having the O2 sensor replaced. It has already been diagnosed by another shop but they couldn't fix it on a Saturday. The other shop priced it at $357 plus tax. The dealership came in at 410 plus tax. Midas was open on Saturday--took the car and diagnosed the issue again--same one O2 sensor---sensor 1, bank 1 and gave me a price of $597 plus tax. I told him he was way overpriced. He argued with me about how the parts they were using weren't good--AT THE DEALERSHIP. I ended up taking it another mechanic who charged me $100 for labor, $170 for the part plus tax. I walked out paying a little over $300. Shop around. This place will rip you off. read more

After having a poor experience at a neighboring shop, I decided to contact Midas just to compare prices for brake work and new tires. From our initial conversation, John was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to get me in the same day I called, gave me a better deal than the other shop, and had my work done in less time than it took the other shop to just test drive my vehicle (yes I waited for over 2 hours at the other shop for them to test drive my vehicle to advise I needed new brake pads). Midas will now be my new go to shop thanks to the great customer service and work offered by John and his employees! read more

Just got home after having this location mount and balance 2 tires simple job right? Wrong. Not only did they quote me $60 for the job and charge me $81 or even scratch the hell out of my rims(pictures included for your pleasure). Nope they managed to put these directional tires on the wrong way. Great job boys never coming here again what a joke. Back in August of 18' we had stopped in this location for an estimate on breaks for my daughters vehicle. Being that we just moved her into the area from California for her first year at college we had very little knowledge of the area. I spoke to Markees about what was needed. He set up a free estimate and got back to us shortly with the estimate. It was reasonably priced and included a few minor things he had noticed as well. I have been doing business here with Mark for at least 10 years. I believe he has always been fair and upfront with me about what needs to be completed and what can wait. Prices are reasonable. Only in expected charge was for a tire plug. About $35 and perhaps that is a common price today, have not had a tire plugged in 25 years, when I paid about $5. Price was posted just didn't look and a bit shocked. But job was well done rode another 25 or 3o thousand miles on the tire. In any case have had everything from oil changes to replacement transmission done here, Mark the manager is great the owner is very good as well. I have never had a service completed that I was dissatisfied with. Great auto service!!! read more

My experience at Midas was nothing short of phenomenal! Parts of my car were stolen while I was parked across the street at the Cherry Hill Mall, and the staff was very quick and helpful in figuring out what was wrong. My car was fixed very quickly and I was able to get it the next day. If my car ever needs service again, I would head over to Midas even though I live in Philly! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Rip Off! They DO NOT honor their extended warranties. So why buy them? Purchased Life Time Shocks from these guys. During a oil change at a different place. the guy notices my shocks are leaking. and suggest I take them back to where i got them. since I told them I have them under warranty already. So I go back and tell them what was found. They check it out and tell my there's nothing wrong with my shocks. So I take my truck to another Midas across town. I don't say anything to them about having a warranty. THEY check out my truck, and tell me the shocks are leaking and need replacing! BUSTED! So I pull out my warranty and told them how the Midas where I purchased them told me everything was fine! Well that starts a lot trouble...and now I pissed about being jerked around like this. So I wind up calling the main headquaters and tell them the scam that these guys were trying to pull on me. They agreed with me and I had the other shop replace them for free. Lesson learned? Don't EVER walk into a shop with your warranty in your hand. They will just tell you there's nothing wrong if they see that. Let them tell you what's wrong THEN PULL OUT YOUR WARRANTY. AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! NEVER AGAIN! read more

Very very bad behavior received this time. The lady in the reception is too rude for certain people. I believe attitude to customer comes first when it comes to a service oriented business. I was merely asking for some existing discount posted on Midas website, and they were like ,as if I did some crime asking that. I did $380 worth of service , still received such behavior as I am getting the service for totally free and begging for their service. My daughter had a great experience here as a referral from a good friend of mine, but he goes to their other location on route 70. My experience was awful to say the least. I had work done on my vehicle in philly due to work restrictions, and brought it here for an alignment. At first I was treated very professionally, but things quickly devolved into conflict. The manager had a tech working on my vehicle who could not get the alignment to work. Then he told me it was the tires causing the car to pull. The tires are brand new. Finally he said I would have to get the other stru replaced. I was dumb enough to believe him. He had the audacity to charge me for the alignment anyway, and said I could come back for the alignment. I rep,aced the strut in philly and brought the car back. Now they started trying to convince me not to do it that day because they were really busy. I said I could wait. Now things really got bad. He must have decided he was going to drive me away at any cost so he could pocket the 99 and be done with me. Around 345 he grout in u dear the car and with a three foot screw driver as a pry bar showed me how loose the bushings were on the lower control arms. He said they would have to replace the bushings. I said sounds reasonable how much? He said I don't know I'll have to get a price. He went into his office while I sat in lobby. His whole staff was in there making jokes and whatever. At 445 finally he comes out of office and says it will be 520 to fix. I expressed my concern at that price and his response was " they have to be pressed on" which is a crock. The whole assembly retails for around 89 each. The bushings are already on. To put just bushings on for 520 would be lunacy. It is about 1 hour max to do the work. I guess he thinks he beat me and I am just a dumb consumer. Well he has another thing coming. I'm filing in small claims court for my 99, and wtiting the state attorney general for a bAit and switch tactic. We shall see who gets the last laugh. read more

Highly recommended! Great people that are willing to answer any of your questions. I'm from out of town and came in to fix a shield under my car without having an appointment. Both Mark and John are amazing. I had never before taken my car anywhere but the BMW dealership in Mt. Laurel. Mark charged me so much less than BMW to do the repair that I can't even tell you the savings percentage (it was way less than half). After I picked up the car I heard a rattle. Mark immediately told me to bring the car back and today spent over 4 hours trying to find the rattle.They finally found it, and even though it may not have been caused by the original repair, they purchased parts and fixed it without charging me for any of it!
