I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. Xpert Trans failed to provide the service I paid for by sending only one mover who refused to…read moredeliver my belongings to the basement as specified in the contract. Before booking, I clearly stated that the shipment had to be unloaded into the basement by two movers, and Xpert Trans accepted those terms. However, when the truck arrived, only one mover showed up. He told me basement delivery was not part of his contract and wanted to unload all of my belongings on the street and leave. I immediately contacted Xpert Trans, expecting them to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me I would have to pay the carrier for unloading and ignored the fact that the agreed-upon basement delivery was not being provided. They also became difficult to reach when the problem occurred. Still waiting for them to respond and do something about this. Very irresponsible broker. If you are considering using Xpert Trans, make sure every detail is confirmed directly with the carrier, not just the broker. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
