This is my second time bringing my SUV back. They told me nothing was wrong with my tires. But I brought it in to get it checked. They supposed check them balance and rotate my tires and look at a slow leak. But they charge me to balance my tires. Omg this is crazy I can't keep coming back here for the same problem. They should've done it right the first time. And I have to go to work tonight and if it not done I have to come back tomorrow. ^~^ because I couldn't wait the other day. s So today is Saturday I got my husband up early this morning to get the tire checked again. And they found a small screw and two little metal pieces and they still saying that it's no leak in my tire. But I told them that my sensor light came on and I put air in the tire and that's the only thing I did. That's the only thing I can think of. Can someone please put a new tire on my SUV so can be on my merry way. I have to be at work today at 10:00am. God please let everything be ok with my SUV I need to be on the road. read more

I had been a customer of just tires for over 20 years. Recently, I brought my leased vehicle to the dealership and they indicated that I needed essentially 4 new tires and my rear brakes were totally shot and I needed a complete break kit installed when I only had about 32,000 miles on the car. I called Mike at Just Tires and found out that they handle brakes and had it inspected by them and the analysis was consIderably different saving me lots of money. Essentially, I did not need brakes. Subsequently, I bought three tires and was on the road again. It is nice to deal with experienced, honest car repair people. I had no reason to go to Just Tires for some time. This place is terrible. I had to get a tire replaced so I replaced both of them so they would be even wear. The guy at the count suggested I keep the old one in case I damaged one of the other tiers. Sure enough, I damaged a tire a few months later. When I returned to have the tire installed, I was told they can't install it. I went to the garage down the street and they installed it in 10 minutes. They need to work on their communication. BTW, on a side note. If you are buying tires from them, go get a price from their website first. It is always lower than the store quote and they have giving me the website price more than once. read more

First albert quotes me $40 for a patch on my flat tire; 2 hours later rich shows me my inflated tire then informs me that he can't patch it near the side wall and they don't do plugs but we do have a $65 tire we can replace it with. The tire ended up costing me $102 after all the bs plus tax. I was not pleased at the wait, and the bait & switch. Next day my back tire was flat, took it to FAMILY TIRE in Camden got a patch for $25. Way better service in and out in 30 minutes. read more

Oh so slow. Came first thing in the am for a oil change. Said 1-1.5 hours. Over 2.5 hours later - ughhh. Friendly enough but this is just ridiculous. Had I known I wouldn't have left my car here. Unless you don't have anything else better to do but wait an undetermined amount of time bring your car elsewhere. Wish I would have came on Yelp and read the previous reviews, it would've saved me a lot of time and frustration. I ran in today to see if someone could take a look at my right passenger front wheel. My tire pressure light was on and I noticed a piece of tire was lifted. I go in and he tells me it's a couple hours wait. Ok, I'll give you that I just showed up so the wait thing is to be expected. I ask the guy if I can make an appointment to come back. He says its first come first serve. Really? When I've made appts previously with other Just Tires? Why not just say you don't want my service? Bottom line? Guy was rude and lacked any customer service. Went down the street to Mr. Tire and was in and out with a replaced new tire in half an hour. Oh, and they appeared WAY busier based on the waiting area and cars in the garage. read more

Very good team here starting with Mike at the "front desk" and Andy, the mechanic who worked on my car. Just Tires stood by its estimate even though there was a lot of rust around the parts that needed to be replaced and required xtra work. Andy worked all day on my car (working thru lunch) but got the job done. He should be proud of the work he does. Going to get your car worked on is never fun but at least either team here, it's a trustworthy experience. I made an appointment online for service and when I arrived at the time of my appointment, I was told I had a 2 hour wait. Awful! The tires are good but suggest you go elsewhere to buy and service. The wait time to get anything done is typically 90-120 minutes. They never have enough staff, plus their staff does not seem qualified. Got here about 8:50. One car ahead of me. They did not open until 9:15 with 9:00 posted. They did not even apologize when they finally opened the door. First vehicle not brought in until after 9:30! The one tech (not two as I was told would be here) was old and feeble looking. Could barely handle lifting the spare out of the trunk for the first customer. Just to get tires rotated taking 90 minutes. They are not trustworthy. They lie. They try to oversell you. They offer oil change specials but dot tell you about high shop fees until checkout. Do NOT recommend. read more

This review is solely based on my experience I had today with a manager. I stopped by to get a quote mounting/balancing 4 new tires I had purchased (separately). Was greeted by a gentleman at the front counter who quoted me at $35 per tire plus tax. Okay cool, asked about. Wheel alignment service as well but before I could finish the convo with the rep the manager walked over and said the mounting and balancing would be $190 after taxes. My response was "The rep said it's $35 per tire plus tax so how does the cost jump from $140 to $190 after just taxes?" Then the mgr responds "Yes it is $140 but it's $190 after taxes and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else to get it done" but with an unnecessary attitude. I was shocked for a few seconds by the response because I've never been spoken to like that by a customer service rep let alone a manager and Im actually one myself so I know how to speak to people politely. It's just plain common courtesy. I don't know if he's mad about working the 4th of July or what his problem was but I deserve way more respect than that as a potential paying customer. We had words and he still couldn't explain to me the full $50 difference. He basically chalked it up to labor fees and being short staffed. Isn't the $35 per tire the labor fee itself? Sounds more like a personal issue to me. There's no way it should cost nearly $200 JUST to put on tires. That's a "Proud Boy Kevin" fee. He's lucky I'm not one of those people who record and expose people for social media because these few words I type could never make you feel the disrespect I felt during my visit. This shop was one of the worst I've ever been to. I called in advance to make an appointment for a simple oil change. When I brought the vehicle at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment it took over an hour just to get it into the garage. It was not completed until 1:00 and at that time the cashier told me she doesn't know how to process a fleet vehicle and would have to wait for a manager. She then said the manager is on a conference call which usually takes about 30 minutes. Poor service and concept of time. I will never be back to this shop and if you cherish the time in your day I suggest you don't either. I would have given them negative stars if it was possible. Unbelievable. I came in - in early December - I had a screw in one front tire and we decided it was time to replace the two front tires. First the guy tried to sell me four but I had just replaced one of the back tires in September - the guy (didn't get any names - but this was a younger man) told me that's okay -that he would give me that tire back. I agreed to two front tires and had them replace a sensor in the older back tire. The new sensor alone cost over $150. I waited about 45 minutes which was great I thought - although the whole time I was in the waiting area two of the men inside the store started gossiping, cursing and talking really nasty about someone else. When they realized I was sitting there they were embarrassed and came around the corner to apologize to me. I was in a car shop.. I ignored it. Got my car and off I went. Two days later - the air pressure light comes back on - it's the tire with the sensor that they supposedly replaced. I stopped back in, told them what was going on and an older gentleman told me it couldn't possibly be the sensor but to pull up to the bay and they'd take a look. A technician came out and checked the pressure on all the tires and said that there was a piece of metal in that same back tire but it didn't appear to be all the way through - he would look closer and then take care of it. (NOTE - I was never offered Road hazard on the new tires) So I sat there for an hour, watched through the window while they had it halfway up on the lift and two men walked circles around my car. The finally pulled it out and gave me back the keys and said I was good to go. The older man came back inside the store and I asked him what the problem was - he said a small piece of metal was in there but it didn't go all the way through - so I said then what was actually wrong? He told me that the seal on the sensor was leaking but it was fine now. OK. I got into my car and before I was out of the lot, the light was blinking on and off. I went BACK in and asked WTH was going on? Same older man told me that I had to drive on it for 20 miles before the light will go off. REALLY? This is the 2nd time I've replaced sensors on my 9 year old car and that did not happen before. He was very rude about it and so was I - I told him that I'd be back if it didn't work. Three days later - when it was on and stayed on and I had to put air in the tire, I returned. Thankfully there was a different employee at the front desk and he got someone to take a look. They told me that the problem was that they didn't reset the computer in my car for the new sensor. (??) OK... so it stayed off for about a week, and came on but it was also cold out so I just put air in the tire, because I was frustrated. This morning - that tire was flat. There is nothing in the tire - no nail or screw or little piece of metal. NEVER AGAIN. They might hear from an attorney if they don't make it right this weekend. read more
