After they took my cabin air filter out (without my permission) to show me how "dirty" it was, I declined their offer to pay $50 for a new one. Today, I found my current one was ripped apart when they carelessly shoved it back in. They also broke the hinge to my glove box and failed to mention it to me before I left. To my surprise when I opened my glove box today, it dropped to the floor and I found multiple parts that belonged internally sitting in the compartment with my personal items. Came in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it as an engine misfire and said the spark plugs were the issue. I paid over $200 to have them replaced. A month later, the light came back on. I went to a different mechanic who told me the spark plugs were already burnt out again... same exact issue. So I go back to Jiffy Lube thinking, okay, clearly something was missed. And what do they tell me? "Oh yeah, your spark plugs are burnt because there's oil leaking onto them ...that's why they went bad." ...So you're telling me you didn't notice that when you supposedly "fixed" it the first time? And instead of acknowledging the misdiagnosis, they have the nerve to say, "Well, it's not our fault," and try to charge me again full price like I was the idiot here. I'm not a mechanic. That's literally why I came to you in the first place: because you're supposed to know what you're doing. The entire interaction was dismissive, rude, and just flat out unprofessional. I asked if there was any warranty or accountability, and I was met with eye rolls, excuses, and a passive aggressive basically like "please move aside, we have other customers." I was being brushed off because I'm a woman. Like they knew I wasn't going to raise hell, so they could just tell me to pay again and move on which is really sad. People work too hard to be played with like this! This place is way too expensive to be so careless and condescending. Would absolutely not recommend going here for anything beyond a basic oil change and even then, good luck. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Jiffy Lube and will never bring my car back. I went in to have a headlight checked since it was out. The front desk employee (I believe his name was Tony) was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. They replaced the bulb without actually inspecting the issue, and sure enough, the light was out again within a few hours. When I returned the next day, Tony immediately became argumentative and insisted he saw the headlight working as I drove in--even though my lights weren't even on. A technician replaced the bulb again and cleaned the prongs connecting the bulb and the wire because this was not done in my initial visit. I appreciated the effort from the tech, but the front desk experience overshadowed everything. On top of that, Tony repeatedly pressured me to replace my other headlight even though the technician clearly said it looked brand new. I don't appreciate being pushed into unnecessary services, especially when I'm already frustrated with a problem they failed to fix the first time. Overall, this shop left me feeling taken advantage of and disrespected. The technician was helpful, but the front desk employee ruined the experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this Jiffy Lube. read more

I've been coming here a long time and today was my first average experience. The shop had only 2 guys in the bays and they were running ragged. No one in the office. The Signature Service Synthetic is now $96.99! I had to stay in the car which I haven't done for a while since the pandemic. Signature Service used to mean windshield cleaned, car vacuumed, fluids topped off, etc. All I got was a straight oil change. Thankfully I had the $15 coupon. I got home and saw that the wiper fluid was still half full. Again the guys were working hard, but almost frantic to keep up with the steady flow of customers. I had to remind my guy for the reminder sticker too. Basic service for a premium price. What's up management? Don't burn out your workers! read more

I originally stopped In Jiffy Lube on Rt 70 in Marlton NJ . That's where I take my jeep for reg oil changes and have for years . Unfortunately the oil plug was stripped and I didn't want the top side vacuum to remove the oil . So Marlton store sent me to Cherry Hill store on Rt 70 in NJ because they had the right tool to remove the stripped oil plug and drain from oil pan not on top a vacuum . Jay , Oscar, Tone , Alex , Fred , Alex , Will and Ray were attendants . Every one of them were helpful , courteous and knowledgeable to handle my problem . I appreciated their help and the experience went from a not so good one to getting the help I needed to get that oil plug removed and drained from underneath . I appreciate that they all were interested in keeping me coming back to Jiffy Lube and to remain a customer when initially I was somewhat upset because the original Marlton store didn't have the right tool . Marlton people were also very nice and helpful , they also went out of their way to get me the help I needed and ultimately the issue was resolved the way I wanted it to be . Thank You read more

In October 2021 I purchased a used Audi which takes 8 quarts of synthetic oil. My first oil change, I took to a shop that overcharged and did not check the oil level prior to driving off. This resulted in lost precious time. That couldn't have been further from the case at Jiffy Lube Cherry Hill. The entire staff went above and beyond to acquire the filter for my car and made sure my oil level was full prior to driving off. You can tell they care about their customers and treat the cars as their own. On top of all this, they did the job for $70 than the previous shop. 10/10 would recommend! I'll be back! read more

Due to my work schedule, it's difficult for me to get any car services done with places that close early. This Jiffy Lube is open until 7 PM on a few nights, so I was able to get in the door by 6:15 PM and get what I needed done. All the staff was very nice. However, the timing is a bit strange. You get out of the car and sit down and wait until you are called to go outside and chat with technicians - kind of like being called to the principal's office! I wish I had a chance to talk to someone first and ask some questions or tell them what I wanted done before they started working. It seemed wonky not to know all the prices up front before they started working on your car. The guys in the bay though were extremely polite and obviously have a well rehearsed patter down, though I recommend they speak more slowly as I was among the four or five others who walked in and had to have them repeat what they were saying - something about a bathroom, wifi and waiting. read more
