I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Brought my car in for a factory recall and an oil change. While the car was there, they broke the…read moreclips off of the housing for the oil reservoir and were kind enough to call and tell me that this happened and that it would be a $650 repair, which I declined, not realizing the severity of the damage. On my way in to work two days later, my car broke down. They had returned my car to me with duct tape "holding" the oil cap down, which they failed to mention whatsoever during the numerous phone calls or when I picked the car up. There was no cap secured onto the oil reservoir and the duct tape became useless once the oil started jumping out onto the engine. The damage destroyed multiple spark plugs and soaked the entire engine. They refuse to fix it on their dime, saying it "would have happened" even though they were the ones who actually broke the piece while the car was in their possession and care. Now I'm stuck with a car that won't run unless I replace this entire part. Thanks, VW of Cherry Hill! Fuck y'all. Don't ever bring your car here. Also, they charged me $177 for the same oil change that resulted in this severe damage. (Update: I ended up getting the repair done at my local garage for a fraction of the price that VW quoted me (again, for the damage that they did, refused any responsibility, and refused to even help pay for it.))
