Handled my battery repair quickly and professionally and answered all the questions I had.

The service I received last minute was nonetheless over the top and far exceeded my expectations! Not only were they quick but diligent in providing great service which was reasonably priced and went over everything with me before I agreed. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family and will be back in the future! read more

Horrible!!! Just went and the MANAGER said they do not have oil?? I have had one bad experience after the next here. Horrible management!! Never again will they get my business. Do not waste your time here! The Moorestown location was fantastic and they laughed like it was a joke when I said I came from CH and they were out of oil. read more

Took my car in to this location for the first time for a routine oil change for $98 (after coupon). Few days later I noticed oil stain in my driveway. Never had an issue before. Had to make time and brought it back it in. They tightened something too tight and cracked it. Reason for the leak. So now I have a stained driveway. I asked for my money back. They said they would give me a free oil change for next time. I would never go back. I asked for a refund. Was supposed to hear from management after they took down my info by end of week. It's been a week and nothing. Don't go to this location. Overpriced aggravation and headache. Can't even get a call back from management. read more

Jiffy Lube - Waiting and waiting at jiffy lube.. avoid this place at all cost!!! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Excellent service. Technician and lead/cashier were very respectful and friendly. Got to stay in the car the whole time. They checked the lights and all the fluids too. Very important, they didn't try to upcharge on all these extra unwated services like other competitors and mechanic shops do. Would definitely go here again next time. read more

Not wait time, fast service. Gianni and Jose did a great job oil change on my car and they helped to screw back something underneath that's loosen off. Much appreciated. read more

Tony, the general manager, was the kindest person throughout my experience at Jiffy lube. There were some delays in parts arriving to the store due to traffic and other external factors and Tony made sure that I was taken care of the entire time. He offered me snacks in the meantime and was generally such a kind person. Definitely would recommend as customer service was phenomenal. read more

I cannot stress enough - MAKE SURE TO CHECK UNDER THE HOOD THAT EVERYTHING IS TIGHTENED BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT! Two weeks ago while I was in NY my car won't start and I had to get it jumped. At that time, upon opening the hood, we noticed that the cap for where the antifreeze goes was left out and lying along the side of the well. I normally don't use the car unless for longer trips outside the area. I did however noticed that the fan stayed on even after turning the car off and locking it. I thought it was just Honda's way of keeping the car cool for idling. And so I took the car to my mechanic only to be told that I would need a new battery (because the antifreeze wasn't cooling off the radiator as it was supposed and the fan had to stay on to cool it, therefore draining the battery) and an antifreeze flush because sediments appear to have gone into the engine. I have not touched or brought the car anywhere else after the service at this location. On that day I was upsold to an antifreeze top off, which I accepted. Because of this, I am very disheartened as now I had to pay $250 for a new battery and the flush when all I needed was an oil change at the time! After weeks of back and forth contact - the correction for leaving the antifreeze cap off causing a need for an antifreeze flush and a new battery? "We would like to offer you one free Signature Service Oil Change for your vehicle to help conclude this matter." Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to return because I don't know what else will be left uncapped the next time... possibly the engine oil?? This is possibly a one off, but one time is one too many. Please be cautious and double check guys. Maybe if I did, I wouldn't have found a need to write this review to warn others. read more

Drove right in, no waiting. Hood was popped immediately, dropped 20 mins later - Oil Change DONE! My coupon wasn't working, so they used one they had - saved me an extra $5 over the coupon I had! All in all - great visit, great service! read more

The staff was courteous and polite - even held the doors open for me! The mechanic didn't try to up-sell and provided great service. They were very reasonably priced and prompt. I wasn't waiting there for too long for the oil change. I will definitely be a regular! read more

The two people working their butts off! There's only 2 people working, going from car to car and back again! Appreciate all their efforts in getting the job done! read more

I dropped in just to get my oil topped off. The staff was very nice and very quick with everything. They topped off my oil, windshield wiper fluid which I was completely out of, and filled my tires. All which was free of charge with their free top off service in between oil changes. I stopped by again the following week to see if they were able to fix my mirror. They still filled my tires and checked to see if anything needed to be topped off. The staff was extremely nice. I would choose to come here over the one in my home town over 45 minutes away. read more

Thank you for the great service. I have always trusted jiffy lube for the oil changes on my F-150 and my other 2 vehicles.

I'm actually basing my review on what they didn't do! My oil change sticker had faded and I couldn't read it. I just took a guess and pulled into the Jiffy Lube at 2100 Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill. The employee, AUSTIN DIMTER was able to read it and saw that I wasn't due for another 2,000 miles. I was ok with that, I mean better late than never, but he wasn't. He said that he wouldn't take my money to do something unnecessary. And, mind you, my hood was up, I was pulled in to the bay and everything. He said that he would rather have a loyal customer than charge for something that didn't need to be done. I totally agree, Austin, and will ALWAYS go there to get my oil changed. it's so nice when you go to someone you can actually trust. read more

Stopped by there today and was told we don't have enough employees to take your car in. Come back tomorrow... How about No!

The service I received today was outstanding! Diane A. and crew had my car in the bay and back out in no time at all! I was not oversold on products and other services that I did not need. I did purchase much needed filter and had the battery terminal cleaned! Really appreciated the great customer service! read more

Took my car in to get all around brakes and rotors. They told me to come in at 11 am, tried to charge me double what the original quote was, then after having my car sit there for 4 hours, they call me ( not to tell me my car was ready to be picked up ) but to tell me the tech that does brakes never showed up for work that day and my car couldn't be done. Now annoyed, I go to pick up my car, and on the way out of the parking lot there's 5 employees in the back smokin a blunt sitting around doing NOTHING. Look, I have nothing against weed, but if you're gonna have group smoke breaks, can my car atleast get done after sitting for 4 hours?! read more

I hadn't been in 5 years, but needed an oil change and wanted the convenience of not having to make an appt. at the garage I usually use. I NEVER burn oil. so imagine my dismay when my car almost died after just 3000 miles. Limped home and went to garage where every cylinder had misfired and other errors showed on computer. I had 3 qts. of oil....I use synthetic oil so oil only needs to be changed every 6000 miles. No leaks which mechanic confirmed.... so I can only surmise I was shorted on oil. I will NEVER NEVER use Jiffy Lube EVER again. read more

I've been coming here for oil changes and tire rotation every two months for several years now. It's usually ok. This time it was horrible! I showed up at 7:27am (they open at 7:30). I didn't get in until 7:43am. No explanation. The staff were all joking around with each other instead of working. Two guys chatting basketball while not working. One guy kept coming in to tell the girl at the register that he is "this close to quitting "... I don't know what happened but this is not normal. Two hours to change my oil and rotate the tires. I was first in line. This is UNACCEPTABLE. My business is going elsewhere. read more

Having gone to many Jiffy Lubes over the years I trusted my oil change to this horror show. Not only did they BREAK MY CAR during a routine oil change, but the manager was extremely rude and insisted that the car simply broke, out of sheer bad luck, while Jiffy Lube had it in its garage to work on. The car drove in just fine for its oil change. The car was towed out to a repair shop. Jiffy Lube corporate is standing by these nasty human beings who not only BROKE MY CAR but were then RUDE, INSULTING AND DOWNRIGHT ROTTEN. If you want a working car, avoid this place at all costs! read more

Used this place 3 times. The first 2 were great and I thought wow what a great place with great people. Then I went back a third time and it was the trip from hell... and didn't end there. So I brought a coupon on trip #3 that they could not get it to scan and then could not find it in their system. But Erica figured something out and I got a discount. Then I wanted a windshield wiper and after about 10 minutes they figured out the price. So they brought my car out after I paid the bill for oil change and wiper. Getting ready to drive away but glanced at wiper and guess what. They never replaced it. And they never replaced the sticker they put on the windshield for next visit to remind you, and they never reset the cars oil change alert. So off I go and a week later my wife is using my car and it is raining and the wipers are overlapping as they put on the wrong size wiper. So I have to drive back from Ocean City to have them put on the correct wiper and asked them what they could do to compensate me for all of the issues and inconvenience. And the answer was nothing. Mistakes happen. Never going back there and suggest you might not either. i just hope they actually changed the oil and filter. Who knows? Scary bad. read more

well I am a repeat customer but no longer I came in today I wanted my typical conventional oil change I do not need the synthetic blend or high mileage anymore because there is a brand new engine in my car I told the man that and I had a seat in the waiting room. Then I hear him yelling in the back who cares she just wants the cheap shit. I guess he thought I couldn't hear him, and no, I know what I'm talking about with my car and if what you're saying is that you guys only carry cheap shit I will never be back. I am now going elsewhere with my business. Rude and ignorant. what's funny is I probably know more about cars than you do as I grew up working on cars but I do not have my own garage now to do my own oil change and it's also snowing out and I'm on lunch break so I figured I would come, but never again. I also usually tip you guys as I leave but you missed out on that too with your shitty attitude. Before you make comments you should really know who you're talkin to. read more
