From my experiences so far, 2 of recent history, the People there are professionals at their job. I appreciate that as everyone should. And fair pricing. They, Ken, quoted and Charged me significantly less than a shop near me, in my neighborhood, for the same job.. I Highly recommend to anyone based off my visits and interactions with them. For example, my experience was the opposite of that, at the Firestone in Mt Ephraim. Completely Wasted my time and money. An hour and a half and $25 to tell me they can't service my car, which Firestone Marlton had absolutely no problem doing. I wouldn't recommend Mt Ephraim Firestone to anyone. After I got new tires installed at Costco, I searched around for a place to get an alignment. Firestone has a lifetime alignment offer for a bit more than the cost of one, so I decided to try it. I made an appointment online and had some difficulties with getting it confirmed, but once that was sorted, arrived early. I was taken care of promptly and was told they were running a bit behind but would do their best to see me quickly. I hung out at their very tiny lounge that probably wouldn't be suitable for a bigger job, so plan for a ride accordingly if you're going in for something that requires investigation. The alignment process was really speedy and I appreciated that the man who helped me at the counter actually talked me out of an expensive fix to try to get my alignment absolutely perfect because it was expensive and not really worth the effort. (From what I was told, Toyota has bolts that can't be aligned outside of the dealership that, if not too misaligned, is better off leaving alone.) Looking forward to coming back to this shop for my next oil change and alignment! read more

They are great here! I'm a mid-20s woman and I have never had a bad experience here. They explain what's going on and answer all of my questions. They give quotes and complete work quicker than I would expect. Car maintenance is expensive, but I feel like it's good money spent after I get my car back. read more

I feel management might need a little customer service training. Multiple repeat customer, just showed up late for a drop off for my son's truck. Gets brakes, oil change, alignment services and most likely other things it needed. You show up late - you are thrown to the streets, " seeing if I can fit you in." Rude - 0 customer service skills for someone working at a well-known Brand, A shame after 10 years, that I'm going to look for a different vendor to service my cars. had a nail in my tire. now it was in a spot on the tread easily repairable with a plug. I preceded to wait 2 hours. finally they get my car in and now it takes an additional 20 for them to tell me, oh I need a new tire! Bull! told them I know where the nail is, give me my car im leaving. I was pissed. went to local shop had it plugged in 20 mins. Problem solved. yup, even the mechanic said a lot of places just don't want to bother with plugs and rather try and sell you a new tire. what a scam they tried to pull on me telling me it wasn't repairable totally a scam just to try and get me to buy a new tire which my tires are only 2 months new! ridiculous. be fore warned, they are courteous but that is deceiving try real hard to up sale you when you don't in fact need to. go elsewhere and find an honest shop. read more

Needed to get my new front tires replaced on my Mini Cooper -- they were dangerously bald and had been for quite some time until I could afford new ones. "These are the worst I've ever seen, I'm serious," says the man at the counter, pointing out what I'd already been told by my boyfriend, parents, uncles, grandparents, a dude at the gas station... Luckily, Firestone was able to order the special tires and mount them in just a few hours. Employees here were helpful and friendly, and I was comfortable hanging out in the lobby while they worked. Only three stars, for now, for two reasons. They tried to give me an new alignment, but the tech working that day couldn't figure it out on my vehicle after two hours. I was offered a free oil change for the hassle. Also, the new tires were placed on the back of the vehicle and the old back tires were placed on the front -- fine for most cars, but my Mini is front-wheel drive and therefore the new tires should have been on the front. read more

I drive a BMW equipped with high performance run-flat tires and I desperately needed to replace my worn out pair. They're expensive, but I'm used to that. I paid $907.00 for just the two. When you pay a lot of money for something, you want to feel confident that your money was spent well and Tina, the employee working customer service, knew all the answers and options to my questions. She wasn't questioning herself at any point, no "ums, no pauses and no "let me ask someone". When I called the local BMW dealer for a quote, they weren't even able to lookup my car by the vin to get the exact tire size. But Tina, a Firestone employee, was able to quickly and accurately find exactly what I needed. Like I said, my car is wearing high performance tires. I have an M-Sport package and the front and rear tires are different sizes, the rear are much wider than the fronts and they have different wall sizes. This was not an issue for Tina like it was for BMW. Once the new tires were on, of course I checked to make sure they were exactly the same as the ones they were replacing (original equipment), and they were. I will be back to replace my rear tires and I will absolutely consider this location for my general maintenance needs as well! After having my local Honda dealership provide a free inspection of my car they informed me I needed new brakes, and two new tires. When I brought my car to Firestone and asked for brakes and the new tires, I was called a couple of hours later and informed they performed their own inspection and my brakes are fine, and will not need replacement for at least 4,000+ miles. I ended up only needing the two new tires. This kind of honesty will have me back for all my brake and tire needs. Honest, courteous, and quick service for a fair price. Today is the second time I've gone to Firestone after too many years trusting PepBoys. Both times I've dealt with Ken who is fantastic. The other people at the front desk were equally helpful. Both times they did what they promised with no surprises. Pricing was fair and they told me up front. No bait and switch later. I wish i could give this place 0 stars! Terrible..don't go there! I drove my car in there and it didn't last 2 days without stalling out when I got it home. And don't bother calling the store because they just give you the run around. When I finally did get to talk to the guy who actually took my engine apart, he blamed the last place I received an oil change. (It ran when I left there and didn't when I left firestone). They said they could patch it up as a permanent fix and didn't just try to get me a new tire, which a lot of shops would do Cons- they charged me $30 for the patch. Almost certain they sold me a used tire. When I got a flat, they couldn't patch it up because of a temporary plug that was in the tire from a previous tear. I have no idea where that came from. The customer service person was very nice, but didn't have a clue where the plug came from as well. Still made me pay $75 for a new tire when it could've been easily patched up had that plug not been there. I'm almost positive I was scammed. They must've sold me the tire with the plug embedded. He called back within the hour and said there was no apparent leak but would keep tire and inspect until close. I went to pick up tire all was good and was not charged anything. Yes, nothing. Firestone is the worst choice you can make for auto repair, I went to them for car battery corrosion cleanup, they said my car battery is not even responding and my car can stop functioning anytime if its not replaced, and for the 20 point check they mentioned several things like fuel tank tune up and stuff along with tie rod ends replacement, they just try taking advantage of people and ripping their money off, if you don't want to be one being exploited by them beware of their tactics and get your car double checked , and run away from them read more

We have 13 service vehicles and have dealt with many shops in area. Went to Firestone because they had a good price on tires that needed to be replaced, along with an alignment - was pulling to one side. Dropped off vehicle first thing in morning and told it would be done by noon. At 4pm I called to see if it was ready, it wasn't - they just started working on it. At 5pm they called to say it needed another part, but wouldn't be able to part get until morning. They called with another price, I agreed and they said it would be ready in an hour and a half. Three hours later they called and said it needed yet another part, quoted me a third price. At this point I didn't have much choice. At the end of the day they called and said it was done. Picked it up first thing the next morning and was billed a fourth price - higher than what I was quoted, but I didn't have it written down (shame on me) or who I talked to - I thought I could trust them, wrong. I complained about the price and he said he already took $20 off - wow a whole 4%. They do not care. read more
