UPDATE: THEY KILLED MY CAR My car continued to have problems after this and it didn't pass emissions when the time came. I had to junk it completely when, otherwise, I could've had it for several more years. I have yet to hear from or receive any form of compensation from Jiffy Lube. read more

First time here in YEARS, but my week flew, and I wanted my oil changed before vacation. You now stay in your car while they work! Fifteen minutes flat and done. My usual jiffy line is Turnersville and they do better for my routine oil changes and actually clean the cabin a little. I went to Blackwood and they charged me for a coolant top off and oil drain plug without my permission at check out. they said the oil plug was stripped and it was probably done at the last place I got my oil changed, which was jiffy lube. Not happy with getting nickel and dimed and Blackwood didn't clean my cabin either. read more

Ugh!!! Don't lie!!! You messed up!!! Admit it!! A newbie was working and stripped a lug nut. They tried to pretend it hadn't just happened. I watched it go down. Don't lie!!!! Then they broke another screw or something and had to order another part after that. They never told me what was happening. I had to walk out there and ask what was going on with both mess ups. Both times they lied about the cause of the problem. You just lost any future business from me and anyone else I can talk to about it. After an extra hour and a half after being told repeatedly they would get me out of here asap, they worked on all of the other cars that came in and did not finish mine even after the part came. I've been here for 5 hours and still waiting. This is horrible!!!!!!!! read more

I took my car in for an oil change. The building was undergoing some renovations. But Steve was very good. he made it a good experience.

Went this morning since it's literally around the corner from where I live. Pulled in and already had a bad feeling. The 3 guys that were there were extremely unprofessional. I pop my hood and they start checking things without even giving me pricing. I finally said hey it's my first time here I need to know pricing before you keep going. He then asks me what kind of oil I want and tells me full synthetic over $100, blend $80, and conventional $50ish. What?! I can literally do it myself for under $30. How the hell do you get that pricing? I told them nah I'll go elsewhere. The guy didn't know how to use the computer to even give me pricing and had to get help. I went to Valvoline and got it done for $42 and was in and out with professionals. I will avoid jiffy lube like the plague and tell everyone I can. Just yikes. read more

It was awful there yesterday a guy got charged 2xs and they dint give him money back for 2nd charge cause they said it was pending on thier end but yet the guy had it show up on his bank alert. Then only 1 Bay open I guess it was 1 of workers car in the other cause it never moved a guy that came in after me was done oil change same as me b4 me I wasn't asked what kind of oil till after he left how's that happen. Every time I have a problem with my car and I'm not sure what it is I head to Jiffy Lube. I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change so I headed over to Jiffy Lube. On my way there my car started making weird noises so I continued on my way and when I got there, I asked the employees what I should do. They immediately took me to the waiting room and checked out my car. Turns out the oil change wasn't the only thing I needed. They were able to fix my car and do a oil change in the same day. If you want to go somewhere you can trust head to this jiffy lube and ask of Jess or Jason. The whole staff was amazing and finish the job the same day. Honestly the best customer service I've had in years without confusion or frustration. 10/10 recommend, Thank you for all the help! read more

I honestly will not go to another Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Every time that I arrive, the gents always recognize me, remember past conversations and I feel very welcome there. It is more of a catch up with friends feeling as opposed to just sitting in a waiting room while a grunt changes my oil (that I should know how to do myself). They're down to earth, honest and wont nickel and dime you. I love all the staff that work there, and will recommend them for anything. See ya'll in 7500 miles! read more

I came here to get my oil changed and I brought my own filter and the oil with me. The technician let me know I had the wrong oil so I ended up using their oil which was fine it wasn't too costly he explained the differences and was great very quick ! and definitely would recommend and will be getting my future oil changes from this location from now on! read more

Brought my car in for an oil change. I registered with the person at the desk. He asked if I wanted synthetic or synthetic blend oil to be used. He told me the synthetic was better grade of the two. I asked what the difference in cost would be and he told me it was approximately $8.00. I told him that was fine. He then told me my total would be $96 and change. I asked why the sign said $76 and he told me that since I had selected the synthetic oil that was the price. I asked why he told me $8 difference when that was actually $20 difference. "OH, my mistake" he said. I went with the synthetic blend for $76. The sign upon arrival mentioned free vacuuming. This did not occur. When I got home and reviewed my receipt, I found my address was incorrectly put in. The odometer reading was listed off by 30000 miles and my car was listed as a truck and turbo which it is not. I did call and explained all the errors and was told it would be corrected and a new work order emailed to me for my records but this did not happen. This was my first visit to a Jiffy Lube in many years and now I remember why I had previously been warned about using them. I did it out of convenience in location. I guess that was my first mistake. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Unlike other places they are not con artists with trying to get you to have unnecessary maintenance done to your car. They are just a bit pricy when it comes to changing bulbs, but other than that I would definitely recommend them for basic car service. read more

I've been here before. I started coming here back in 2013 or 2014 I can't remember but I really have no complaints. Service is usually good.

Came in today for an oil change and leaving with more costs then just an oil change. When I arrived everyone seemed like they were scatter brained. I pull in and was advised to take my keys out of the ignition which I did. One of the workers then walked up to me and said wait a minute can you put the keys back in so I can get the mileage of the car so I did as instructed and was never instructed to take the keys back out of the ignition. Once my oil change was completed since my keys were in the car the entire time ( the staff did not confirm that the keys were out before doing any service which should be step 1 of their process) the battery died. They jumped the battery and while they recharged the battery two of the workers had a conversation with one stating "see this is why you need to make sure you check that the keys are out of the ignition before you do anything" which was not done. Once again not a problem until I turn my car on and the radio is not working, my blinkers are not working, and my car charger is not working. Jason who is the "manager" of the store location then advised that this happened to him before snd do not worry open up your car Manuel there is a code to reset your radio that should solve the issue. There was no code. After calling 10+ GMC dealers no one could give us a code without charging their hour labor rate. We found a very nice gentleman at a GMC dealership an hour away from us that was willing to see us at no charge and fix the problem that jiffy lube caused us. Now after the fee for the oil change , (which who knows if that was done correctly as it was our first time here we just moved to the area and we will NOT be back) fee for gas, an hour of our time to travel out of our way to fix the problem Jiffy Lube has caused us we are now trying/working on getting this issue fixed. DO NOT GO HERE. They are not through and do not follow proper protocol. For the price you pay for an oil change they are way over priced and you can get better customer service elsewhere. I do not mind paying for good service but you do NOT get it here. I spoke with both Jason the general manager and Steve the assistant manager and neither were of any help. Isn't that their job? DO NOT VISIT this location. I arrived at this location and my door opened and closed without issue. I got home tried to get out of my car and now the door will not open or close. Needless to say I believe the loud bang I heard while in the waiting room was the cause of my issue. I agree with other reviewers Jaison is Great. Everyone in there is very nice except for Christina she is short with short hair the woman has a horrible attitude and clearly isn't a people person . A lady was having an issue with her card and it wasn't coming up valid meanwhile had three other people waiting to check out with their cars parked out front and wouldn't check anyone else out . I'm sorry but why should I be punished and sit here an extra half hour all because someone doesn't have the money on their card. Poor customer service .
