I thought that taking it to the dealership would be my quicker option, but I was wrong. They not only were unable to resolve the problem, they suggested it was struck by lightening and I get insurance involved because it was too complicated. I then had it towed to an automotive electrician who claimed it was fixed after a week, but did nothing but apply a bandage. I was ready to make my peace with a 6 year low mile vehicle and scrap it and went to tell John how the story was about to end, but to my surprise he nonchalantly said "bring it over." I was and am grateful that he and his team were willing to take on a complicated project that I thought for sure would lead to a dead end, but unexpectedly received a call that they figured out the problem and it's now resolved. I am confident that the repair was done correctly and I will not have anymore electrical problems with my vehicle.
