I have a very bad experience at Mr. Tire (Voorhees location at Haddonfield-Berlin Rd). On April 9, 2025, I visited this location due to frequent deflation of two tires on my 2014 Nissan Sentra. After inspection, the store manager, Joseph, recommended that I replace all four tires. Based on his professional recommendation, I purchased four new tires along with tire insurance. The total cost for tires, installation, insurance, fees, and tax was $766.09. Approximately 1.5 hours after picking up my vehicle, the low tire pressure warning light appeared. I immediately returned to the store. A technician initially suggested a possible nail in the tire; however, after inspection, no puncture was found. I was then told that one tire had simply been underinflated. Within a few days, the same warning light reappeared, and I returned again. At that time, Joseph stated that the issue was related to a valve body, which was replaced. Despite this, the problem continued. On December 18, 2025, after repeatedly inflating the two rear tires every 4-5 days due to pressure loss of 10-20 PSI below the manufacturer recommended 33 PSI, I returned to the store. I was told that the valve cores were loose and that the issue had been fixed. However, the two rear tires continued to deflate, requiring adding air every 2-3 days. On February 2, 2026, the rear driver-side tire measured 21 PSI, and the rear passenger-side tire was completely flat, despite the recommended pressure being 33 PSI. I brought the vehicle back to the store yet again. During this visit, Joseph stated that they identified additional costly work that he believed was needed (battery, wiper blades, TPMS sensors). I made it clear that my sole concern was resolving the ongoing tire deflation issue, which was the original reason for my visit in April 2025. I was told that no leaks were found, despite the persistent and ongoing problem. I then requested tire replacement under the tire insurance I had purchased, given the unresolved issue. Joseph informed me that the tires would be prorated and that I would still be required to pay installation fees. A tire losing 10-20 PSI or becoming completely flat when the correct pressure is 33 PSI represents a serious safety concern. After nearly ten months, multiple visits, and repeated assurances that the issue was fixed, the problem is still ongoing. This situation is completely unacceptable and below a reasonable standard of care. If you don't want to waste your time, money and to get a headache, stay away from this location. read more

Excellent service at Mr. Tire! After the Lexus dealership attempted to rip me off big time during a routine service appointment, I headed over to Mr. Tire to inquire about replacing 3 tires. Lucky for me, it was on the cusp of President's Day Weekend and there was a special "buy three tires, get one free" promotion going on. Perfecto! Joe was transparent and up-front about pricing. He ordered the tires and they arrived the very next day. I dropped off the car and before I even got settled back at home, it was ready. They're quick! I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Especially for my ladies out there who fear being ripped off. This place conducts ethical business practices with a genuine smile. I saved nearly $400 by going to Mr. Tire. If I could put a zero I would.It was 6:30pm they suppose to close at 7. Someone was in the shop when I got the there. He opened the door like he was disturbed ask me "wassup" I told him I simply just need my donut put on. I didn't have my jack in the car. My tire was completely flat. He looked me dead in my face and told me that he had no tools in the shop to put it on. I went to gas station down the street. He put it in no problem. Do not go here. Had an issue with my 2023 Hyundai Sonata. I called the Hyundai dealer and was over a month till they could make an appointment for me. I called Mr Tire and they immediately made an appointment for me the next day. I went in this morning, a Sunday morning, The assistant manager was there with another young man, sorry I forget the names. And they were very nice. This place saved my butt. I have a lifted f350 with 37x12.50r20 tires. I asked around before this place and all 7 places turned me down having a 12 inch rim width and 37 inch tire size. So I saw this place and called and got Andrew. I thought I was going to be told no but he told me to come on in and that he will get me squared away. My tire was giving him problems but him and his crew of guys never gave up on it or me and he wasn't taking a loss either. He was able to get my tire on my rim faster then expected due to the difficulties at hand and made sure I was good to go. I'm forever thankful for him and his awesome crew of guys. They didn't give up and kept pushing and that showed me how much he not only cares about his customers but makes sure there taking care of. Terrible service. I had been going to this Mr Tire for years for basic oil changes and tire rotations. I brought my car in to have a taillight bulb replaced because I couldn't physically get the light off myself and didn't have any tools. I sat in for my appointment and physically watched 3 employees trying to get the tailight off. I watched take some kind of tool and bang the parts of my car to get it out. Didn't think much of it at the time because I assumed they were being careful. Come to find later, they broke a piece off of my tailight and there is some paint damages. I called them multiple times to report it and they never responded and have since stopped answering the phone when I call. I tried to report to corporate and they haven't followed up in several months and you practically can't reach them through email for details, only phone number which they don't answer or call back. ZERO STARS! My daughter took her car there because she was hearing a noise from the rear brakes. as her father I usually fix it myself being an auto mechanic myself. Unfortunately the car was 4 hrs away from me, so I looked up a place near her. Came across Mr. Tire , so they assessed the noise and said the car had a frozen caliper on one side in the rear. They said it was standard to replace both calipers, rotors and pads. they gave me a quote of $1,100+ I was in shock, so he said let me see what I can do and came back with $990. Still high knowing the cost of the parts. I understand they need to make a profit, but come on! Moving forward- I called back and said. Change the bad caliper, replace one rotor and new brake pads on both rear. How much? $549.48. I said do it! 2 weeks later my daughter lost her brakes because the 2 bolts that hold the brake caliper in fell out! The side I told them not to replace. Thank God she was not killed! never in my life has that ever happened to me! Crap work! Life and death we are talking about. Do not use them! read more

I bought 2 tires and had them rotate all. My tire pressure light was on when I brought it in. When I picked up, was told the tire pressure light would go out after driving a little. It didn't. When I went to the dealer for another service I asked them to check the tire light- long story short tires were overinflated! Not expected given tires is what they do. read more

Had been riding around on my car with a slow leak, unable to find a place for repair. Once I was home, I went to Mr Tire as soon as they opened. Wasn't a screw in a trad as I thought but two other issues. Repair was taking longer than anticipated, and the part was taking longer to arrive. Actually dropped me off at my office as I had to be there by a certain time!(I was calling Uber). Called later in the day and made arrangements for my car since I was running late. I used to to like this place, but I think there is a new manager. This last time I went I got my truck back and the center cap of my rim was missing. I asked if they forgot to put it back on. They tried to tell me it wasn't there when I brought it in. I've had my truck for 8 years now. The center caps are impossible to fall off on their own. I assume they broke it trying to get it off (that's how hard it is to get them off). So instead of owning up to it they just lost my future service and they get a bad review. I had a bad experience at a local auto shop and the young men at mr. tire helped me out.

It appears that anyone buying new tires at Mr. Tire needs to ensure that the tires are actually new.   Several weeks ago, I purchased 4 new tires at Mr. Tire's Moorestown NJ store. The existing tires on my car were six years old. The tread was still very good, but I was told that there was some cracking around the rims due to age and that the tires needed to be replaced. Taking a closer look at the receipt, I realize that two of the four tires I received were already three years old and another was three and half years old. Since experts don't recommend driving on tires that are more than six years old, it seems I can expect only another three years of use from the so-called "new" tires before they need to be replaced. When I spoke to a Mr. Tire representative at the 800 customer service number, she said it is the policy of Mr. Tire to sell tires that are up to four years old. In other words, "too bad." I think it is despicable that they sell merchandise in this way without notifying the customer in advance about what he is truly getting.  I paid full price for these tires and feel cheated. Just wonderful that they take advantage of a senior citizen in this way. read more

My "service engine soon" light came on after an oil change here. Went to a different place and they found that either the dip stick was not fully seated or fill cap wasn't on correctly. They quickly fixed the issue and the light turned off after about 10 minutes of driving. read more

I guess when it comes to car repair, I'm not the best person to ask... I was raised to believe certain things a man takes care of, whether I'm in a relationship or not... I normally get my tires taken care of in Camden, because you truly get the best deal for your money... However, I was in an emergency situation, so I had find the closest place to help me... Overall, the service was great... They were very professional and I didn't feel taken advantage because I was a woman by myself... Trust me, I've been in some not so nice situations where male employees tried to get over on me... I didn't feel that way, with Mr. Tire... My only complaint is based on the price of the tires... I guess I've been spoiled over the years, going to Camden, getting top of the line tires with an affordable price... What I paid for two tires here, is more expensive then all 4 top of the line Pirellis, I had on my car... In the future, I'll have to take that drive to Camden, if I want the best deal. I have been to a lot of auto places being that I tend to move around a lot. MR TIRE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! They don't try and scam you into anything. I went in for two new tires and got an oil change, a month or so later I went in thinking I needed an oil change (I had a big trip ahead of me and forgot I had one done a month prior). They let me know I had just had it don't and there was no need! Instead of going ahead with it and pocketing the money. 5 stars in my book! read more

On Friday I went over a pothole near my job and got a flat tire. After having Roadside Assistance put on the spare, I called Mr. Tire / Voorhees (because they had the highest online ratings) to make an appointment. I had never been there before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was pleased to find out I was able to get an appointment for the next day and was told that putting on 2 tires would take about 45 minutes (which I thought was code for 2 hours.) When I got there today, I found out they hadn't overbooked like most of the other places! They took me in immediately, put on the tires, gave the car an alignment and got it all done in just over an hour. (I hadn't previously asked for an alignment, so that hour made sense.) Needing a tire with a nail stuck in it patched, I called this location to see if they were open (it was a Sunday, and lots of other tire places were closed) and if they'd be able to patch my tire. The man on the phone confirmed yes to both for me, and I told him I would be right over. Got there maybe 15 minutes later, walked into the office/waiting area and it took until I was standing right in front of the man behind the desk & had to say 'hello' for him to even glance up from his laptop to greet me. I told him I needed my tire patched and he proceeded to tell me it would be about a 4 hour wait, because he was short-staffed since it was a Sunday. Something I wish they had told me over the phone when I had just called. He also spoke to me as if I was bothering him from whatever he was doing on his laptop. I decided not to wait there for 4 hours to get my tire patched (a 10-20 min process) and just took it to my regular tire place (Royal Tire in Magnolia, NJ) the next morning. I will not be back to this location, as there are many more tire businesses in the area that are more professional and courteous to their customers. Pretty disappointed in this experience. read more

I just went to the Voorhees location at 6pm (after I realized I had a screw in my tire with an active leak- it wouldn't hold any tire pressure)....I explained this to the manager and his response was "well, we can help ya with that tonight because we close at 630. I can put air in it if ya want. " Seriously?!?!? Not only did he lack common sense, but he also lacked any professionalism or concern for my safety by giving a lame excuse that he couldn't take less than 5 minutes to patch a tire. I would NEVER recommend go there for ANYTHING if they couldn't and WOULDN'T even help a customer with a basic tire patch. read more

6/28/17 Had to have tires installed and was fortunate to be recommended to this particular location. Mark was awesome. I left the shop not feeling like I spent a mortgage payment. They explained a Drive Card which was a credit card that will yield me 10.00 oil changes and 40. Off my service today. I found my new home for my vehicle. Only charged me 1/2 price for diagnostics when I had to take it back a second time and finally got a code, the part and fixed in about two hours. They took me in a timely manner which was great considering they were busy. I asked them to check my brakes and rotate my tires since I had a wobble in my steering wheel. When I went to the counter they were going to change the oil in my car without me saying anything and I quickly caught the mechanics mistake when he told me about the oil change. An hour and a half later, no tires rotated and no brakes check however I was told my engine mounts were apparently worn. Didn't get done what needed to be done and they wanted to charge me 700 dollars for parts that cost 90-120 dollars at the most. That made me think it's just a franchise establishment trying to get more money for something I don't need. They didn't charge me for the time I was there which was good but I didn't get done what I requested to be done. read more

If you have any questions they are more than happy to discuss them with you. If budget is an issue, they would pull different options for you and always point you to the right direction. They dont hard sell you on anything which I appreciate. If you don't know anything about cars, it gets very overwhelming. Do your research too so you can come to your own decision. We came here after leaving Pep Boys at Haddonfield road store with a bad service experience. So after frustrating at Pep Boys, we called Mr Tire store because the time is almost 6.20pm, they closes at 7pm. The guy picked up the phone with a happy welcoming voice and asked if we can be there soon. We explained that we got a flat tire but we already changed the spare. He said no problem just come in. So we drove around 10 mins to get there. When we came in, a nice smile on his face and he gladly explained to us what he needed to do and if he couldn't patch our old tire then he would have us buy the new tire, and he also explained the quality and how it worked so we feel assure that they will match and the drive will be no different. His name is Joseph by the way and later we find out he is the store manager. He also gives us a $10 discount for the holiday. We are more than happy to find a place that care for customers and treat customers the way they want to be treated. He even shares his story and gives us advices. I feel so glad as I am writing this review my tire is done. I can enjoy the rest of the holiday. Happy Easters Joseph! You are truly a 5 stars service manager. Please keep it up. Took my BMW in to get the wheels balanced since my car started to shake at high speeds since I hit a pothole. First time I took it in to get it fixed, drove out and it vibrated even worse. Mike was helpful and friendly. He offered alignment but did not push it when I declined. Instead, he examined my old wheels and confirmed that the alignment seems to be fine as the wear on the wheels was equal. My tires were installed in the time frame he promised and my car was ready to go when I returned. He even offered to drop me off at work after I left the car at Mr Tire and then pick me up. I called here at 2:45 and they were able to take me at 3:15. I live in Pa and was here in Voorhees for an appt so I called to see if I could get front end alignment. Price quoted was $105. While waiting I clicked on yelp reviews and found a $20 coupon! The guy Joe at the desk was really nice and made me feel welcome. He honored the coupon so it was worth the call. Waiting room was very clean, I could even lean on the window sill without feeling grossed out. TV also worked and had a good picture to keep me occupied. I would definitely recommend coming here for service. If I'm in the area and I need an oil change or anything, I will surely call to see if I can get scheduled in!
