Ward's was able to get me in the next day, do the repair under the warranty with no problems and they actually used a better (factory-dealer) part than the original repair place. They were recommended by the warranty company and I can see why. If I lived in the area I would use them myself for all my auto repairs. Even though I didn't have to pay anything for the repair, the invoice for the repair was also less than what I was charged in Texas.

Some places said there was a 1 hour plus wait, others said the charge was over 60 dollars! I have a basic 4 cylinder car that doesn't require anything fancy. Heck, if I had the tools I'd change the darn light myself. So I called Naz, nice little place that has evening hours. I told them the sun is setting, my light bulb is out, and all the other places I called are being ridiculous. The person I spoke with warmly reassured me that changing my light is simple, he'd pull a mechanic off another job and have the whole thing done in 20 minutes. He even chuckled at the stories I told him about the other places. You'd think I had spiffy Audi light! I came here, basic small shop, filled with car maintenance tips and a friendly staff. There's a TV in the waiting room. Next door there is a subway, shop rite, and a few other things so you could always wonder off if you were coming in for the works. When my light was replaced, they advised my oil change sticker was over due, but I declined the oil change because I monitor it using the gage on the dash. I thought that was friendly of them to ask. I purchased two rear tires at a Wilmington Delaware Mavis Tire location in mid February 2024. Two…read moredays ago while driving home from work I discovered that one of the two tires was flat and I needed roadside assistance. The side wall of the rear driver's side tire was damage and was unrepairable due to a cut or tear that was present. I called Mavis on route 73 in Maple Shade New Jersey and spoke with Mary. I explained my situation and also mention that I still have the paper work and receipt from the original tire purchase and that I live minutes away. She invited me to come to the service center and said "we will do what we can to help you". I entered the retail location and was greeted by Sam. I eventually presented the original papers and receipt from the Initial February purchase. I was originally offered the extended coverage plan for the tire purchase but declined. Mary and Sam told me that they would inspect the damaged tire and asses the situation. Mary and Sam ultimately replaced the damaged tire even though they were quite busy and it was almost closing time. Mary approached me in the customer waiting area and told me that she assessed the damaged tire which she deemed no longer usable and replaced it. She explained that I would not be required to pay for a new tire purchase and that I would just pay for the extended warranty to protect both tires in the event of any future problems as well as the balancing of the new tire and other standard fees that usually apply to a tire disposal fee. Mary and Sam provided me with memorable outstanding customer service and I would definitely come to them going forward for any car needs for which they offer service. THANK YOU MARY & SAM!!!

There was no clear communication, no updates, and no respect for my time. I understand that shops offer additional services, but there's a difference between informing a customer and pressuring them.
