I've had a terrible experience working with this place. Complete waste of my time. The first time I found a listing online I was interested in. When I messaged the sales person who was working with me and asked for a true out the door price because I didn't want to waste anyone's time and wasn't going to buy if there was hidden fees involved, they completely ghosted me and stopped answering my calls. A few weeks later, I found another listing I was interested in. I paid a mechanic $200 to go and inspect the vehicle before I drove 2 1/2 hours there. I confirmed with the sales person several times that the vehicle I was interested in was available and ready for inspection from the mechanic I was sending, even up to a half hour before the mechanic arrived. When the mechanic arrived, they told him that the vehicle was in the body shop and he was unable to look at it or inspect it because the body shop was over an hour away. This just seems so suspicious and brings up so many red flags. I'm out my $200 now and I absolutely do not want to work with the dealership, especially after reading other reviews. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted them to reimburse me for the $200 they lost me, He told me He would credit me $200 on another vehicle and that their best sales person AZ will call me back in a half hour. I contacted the salesman Vik, asked if the van was available, and he confirmed it was. I drove 5 hours from Massachusetts to New Jersey. When I arrived, I saw the van and decided to buy it. I made it very clear that the vehicle must be registered under my business name, not my personal name, and I asked if they would take my truck as a trade-in. They evaluated my truck and agreed on $18,500 as trade-in value. After taxes, fees, registration, and plates, the total came to about $36,000, leaving roughly $17,500 to finance, which was acceptable. Then things changed without my authorization: * They changed the van price to $42,699 * Reduced my trade-in value to $17,000 * Changed the final numbers again * And I later received a $30,110 loan in MY PERSONAL NAME, which I never approved They promised: * To email me the contract * To send registration documents * Plates would arrive in Massachusetts within 5 days None of this happened. They gave me a 30-day temporary license, which is now expired. On March 10, 2025, I gave this dealership a $7,000 deposit for a van. Today is October 8, 2025 -- almost 7 months later -- and I still don't have my money back. From the very beginning, the red flags were there. While pretending to look up my insurance, Vik actually grabbed my phone and wrote a glowing 5-star review about himself -- without my permission. That should have told me everything I needed to know, but I let it go, thinking I was getting my van. That was the start of a nightmare. They first told me the van just needed "a few minor repairs" and would be ready in a few days. That turned into weeks of silence, excuses, and back-and-forth stories about parts being on backorder. Then they offered me a "better" van -- another lie. They forced me to sign all the paperwork before even letting me test drive it, and the moment I drove it off the lot, it was billowing thick white smoke. Don't try calling this dealership. First, you get routed to an overseas call center in the Philippines when you press 1 for Sales. While the person from the Philippines was very nice, she lied when I asked if they were in Sales. She mispronounced several words, like saying "serious" instead of "series" and she kept saying the car is "good to go." When I asked if she was located in the US, she did tell the truth and stated that she is the appointment scheduler. I asked to be transferred to Sales and, I was sent to the Receptionist in the US at the dealership. I asked to speak with Sales and, I was transferred back to the Philippines. I am writing to bring a situation to light. I purchased a vehicle from Car Revolution in Maple Shade, New Jersey, in August of 2025. The vehicle is a 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid Touring. When I received my tags and got the inspection, the mechanics made me aware that all 4 Tires were at 20%-30%. In hindsight, I needed four new tires. The mechanic mentioned that a one-year-old vehicle should not need new tires within the year. I mentioned it to the dealership, and it took a month of constant calls and convincing to get them to agree that four new tires are required. A week later, my car would not start, and I had to call AAA for a jump start. I went to AutoZone to find out what the issue was with my battery, and they said it could be the alternator. I phoned the dealership again, mentioned what Auto Zone had said, and requested that they look into the issue. I was able to schedule an appointment, and they said they would not replace the battery because it is a "cosmetic" item. What this is, at the end of the day, is bad business. I have only had this vehicle since August, and I have had multiple issues. The goal of this review is to inform other consumers, especially women, to be more alert. I want to advise them to take a knowledgeable male with them, so they don't get taken advantage of. I will admit I went alone, and that was my mistake. So, whoever is reading this, Vik, the manager and owner, I would like to inform everyone that a report has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau and to Fox News consumer complaint. What turned into an okay experience completely went down hill very fast. I bought a used vehicle signed all of docs just to drive off the lot with the engine light coming on in the SAME DAY. Through a few service visits I was sent to a different dealership to "diagnose" the issue. This dealership apparently receives many of their cars to run diagnostics for before seeing if they're worth selling on their lot. Also be prepared to spend at least 8-10k more than what you anticipated seeing the price online for. I can understand taxes, tags etc but to jump up that much is something that no one is generally anticipating. There are some very bad practices going on at this dealership and while technically everything seems to be "ok" on paper, they really are a shady place. Unless you're okay with buying vans, it seems their regular vehicles is where they really take advantage of people. Not to mention they literally take your phone to take a picture of you with the car you just purchased and have you submit a review before realizing how crappy the whole experience was in reality. Please beware of this place. Buying a car let alone a used vehicle is difficult enough but to have a place take advantage so blatantly I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also, seems like they're really like to push one main sales man on majority of their new customers and that is no coincidence. Please. Beware. I called about a 2020 honda civic si. They said great and made an appointment. The next day the car was taken off of their website. I texted them to see if it was still available and they said it had been sold, but offered me a way more expensive honda civic. I told them I am cancelling my appointment. After that, they texted me four other separate times to see if I was coming in to see their inventory. Every time, I told them no and that I had cancelled my appointment but they kept texting me. Two days after the appointment they call and text me and ask why I missed my appointment. I told them I had cancelled it days before and I am not coming in. Seems like the ol' bait and switch. Tried to do business with these folks and they did not respond to some parameters and expectations I had outlined to preclude my making a trip for nothing. I contacted them again as I had found another vehicle that I had some interest and asked for a call. I then researched their ratings and other buyers and potential buyers ratings and found them to be among the worst, according to what I read , of any dealers out there. Based on their slow or no response to preclude an unnecessary trip it was apparent that I would suffer the same consequences as others so I called it off to which they had no response other today they understood. They called an hour before the appointment and said the car was still available, and as I'm about to leave, I call 20 minutes later just to make sure, and they say it was sold. DON'T BUY FROM CAR REVOLUTION! I came into look at a Pacifica listed for $22k We agreed on an out the door price of $25K after a lot of negotiation and they said I would have to get a loan for them to get commission and profit for that price I agreed despite wanting to pay in cash. I agreed to put $5k down. I asked a few times the remaining balance would be $20k and they said yeah it will be there in the end. We negotiated and test drove for a couple hours and after making a deal had to sit and wait another couple hours. After signing dozens of papers there was one with the price break down that made it look like the price was $25k but they made that the price of the loan and just added my down payment to the price for extra fees and taxes after the price though it was only listed at $22k, so it was over $29k in the end. When I tried resolving this with them they always said I needed to talk to the sales manager I negotiated with and every time I tried to talk to him he was sick or had the day off. Then another sales manager hung up on me and said hey you signed the paper. I have filed a case with the Federal Trade Commission and the New Jersey Consumer affairs. Polite staff, very friendly and seemed customer focused. But lack of honesty is a factor. If you're not honest about small things, can't trust you on the larger issues. I was ready to do a deal for a vehicle. They told me first that I wasn't approved for the lower-priced vehicle, but that I was approved for the higher priced vehicle. Not an uncommon thing when you're still working on your credit and the bank wants to get the most bang for its buck on the loan. I was open-minded so I took it for a spin for a test drive. Didn't like it. When I told them they I didn't like the newer car, they then told me I was in fact approved for the least expensive car which was the one I wanted anyway. I was ready to do the real, but something told me not to do. The dishonesty didn't sit well with me. After I left, I looked up the reviews. Glad I didn't take the next step. Always trust your gut. I was there 2 weeks ago for a convertible that they have advertise on their website, which has been on there for over a month. I was told that they just sold them. How convenient!!! I searched the lot and I did not see them on the lot. The 2 convertibles (2020/2021) white mustangs are still showing up on their website. I was pleasantly surprised - Randy was a great guy and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I also prefaced that I wasn't looking to buy just yet, but rather in 2-3 months. I was only there to get my feet wet and get familiar with what's out there. I went there on Saturday morning [Feb. 24th ]to see this particular vehicle ( 2022 BMW 740 for $33846 ) but the sales person and his manager could not locate the vehicle because according to them, it was just sold last night.....they claimed but obviously not. But, miraculously, they had a different lot numbered vehicle to show Me a same car, same year, same model, same color & with the same mileage for $39500. Now the price advertised on Car Guru is always 3k less than their price on their website because the down payment is excluded. Then there is that idiotic tactic of Certification of the car to be added which could end up somewhere between $3500-$5000. Why do all these dealers feel the need to con & scam for their livelihood? I walked out of there, next day received a text from them, now claiming that the particular vehicle I came to see is not sold but in negotiations and not to My surprise that vehicle is still listed for sale on various websites from the same dealership. Called in from a different number and used a different name yesterday and guess what? That 2022 740 is still available ( But safe to assume it will be sold when I reach the dealership ). I wanted to afford a vehicle that is used but will mark you up for a new vehicle price. All salesperson here are horrible. One, you will be approved faster because they will charge you with extra hidden fees, some warranties you don't need, high APR even though you have a good credit. I don't know what type of bank they using or calling but they will figure out a way. Second, they will ask you to sign all the papers and provide short info so you can get out faster.
