There were other people waiting, and they were pleased with their service too. Now, i need all new tires and an oil change, I'm heading back because of how great my experience was last time. Update: 6/4/19, adding a 6th star for Mr Tire, Oaklyn, led by Mgr Ron, but on this day, I was kindly helped by John and Karl. They removed a screw from my tire on this rainy day, and they did it with smiles and great attitudes. They didn't even know about my fabulous history of great service at this location, but they promptly fixed my tire and had me back on the road in minutes. Best of all, no charge! Too bad they don't do gutters - this place really is the greatest!!

Been going here for a couple of years now. Tom and his crew are attentive, honest, and do good work. They don't push me to do more than I want, and the work is always done quickly and correctly. My Honda is close to the end of its useful life, and I don't want to put too much more money into it before it retires. They don't seem to judge my beat-up car. When my car failed inspection in PA, I brought it here for the repairs. They seemed a bit confused with the inspection report and doubted the need for all the repairs named. Tom called his colleagues at a Tires Plus in PA to ask about it. We followed their advice, made the repairs they felt were necessary or recommended, and took it elsewhere for re-inspection. Sadly, the shop that originally inspected us (also a repair shop) seemed to be trying to drum up business for their services. I will bring any future vehicle here because I feel like I'm getting a fair price. They honor the warranties on the tires they sell, and I can log into my online account for a record of my services. Highly recommended.

It always made a noise but I just chocked it up to breaking them in but it never went away. Took it somewhere else where they discovered the missing bolt and I paid to have it replaced. They were clearly defensive from moment one. They said they had no way to know how the gouge got there despite providing documentation from the other shop. They wasted so much of my time to tell me just to fuck off. They said it's not something they have to fix because it's been "too long" even though it's been less miles than their warranty states.
