The front bumper on my car was also all duct taped up from hitting the curb one too many times. They fixed that up for me no extra charge. Did not ask for a price nor did I look at the bill until later. WOW $107.00 for a TIRE ROTATION. I called for an explanation and was given a speculative answer that they had to re-set my tire sensors (car does that automatically by the way) but he would have the owner, I guess, call me back. I received the call and the first words out of his mouth are, "do you want me to tell you why we charge what we charge or not" nice attitude. I will not detail the preposterous explanation he gave me including needing to test drive after a tire rotation on a car with under 6,000 miles. Between price, attitude and preposterous explanations, good reasons to STAY AWAY. By the way, I told this story to my old mechanic in Pennsylvania, I think he is still laughing.

Some places said there was a 1 hour plus wait, others said the charge was over 60 dollars! I have a basic 4 cylinder car that doesn't require anything fancy. Heck, if I had the tools I'd change the darn light myself. So I called Naz, nice little place that has evening hours. I told them the sun is setting, my light bulb is out, and all the other places I called are being ridiculous. The person I spoke with warmly reassured me that changing my light is simple, he'd pull a mechanic off another job and have the whole thing done in 20 minutes. He even chuckled at the stories I told him about the other places. You'd think I had spiffy Audi light! I came here, basic small shop, filled with car maintenance tips and a friendly staff. There's a TV in the waiting room. Next door there is a subway, shop rite, and a few other things so you could always wonder off if you were coming in for the works. When my light was replaced, they advised my oil change sticker was over due, but I declined the oil change because I monitor it using the gage on the dash. I thought that was friendly of them to ask. Good place, I'd go back here again.

They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.

Or the price. So after much cajoling, she dropped her van off to Kapanzhi with a record of the work that had been done thus far. The mechanic shook his head, told her the nasty truth (she'd been "slightly" ripped off by said dealer) and agreed to work with her on whatever repairs were necessary. My mom has now dropped her van off there twice and been supremely satisfied with both the work and the price of the work. They even let her pick her car up unannounced so she could get to a tennis match and then drop it back off again later and still completed the work that day. She most recently took it in because the check engine light came on and the car was bucking. They popped the hood while she was there, showed her exactly what little tiny piece was causing all of her woes and told her that they would fix it that day. Not only did they hold to that promise, they also saw her car was due for inspection and made sure that it passed inspection for her. Because my mother has been so happy with her switch to Kapanzhi, she asked me to spread the good word about them.
