I drive my car a lot and need tire repairs and replacements more often than normal... Up until recently, I had a few places that I would go in Camden for repairs and cheap used tires. Their service was always great. But the price for used tires in an emergency turned out to be quite a bit more than I had to pay if I had simply looked outside of where I normally went... A bad experience with one of these usual places is the reason that I found Harry's. A new tire for my car cost $200. A used tires at my former tire repair places cost $75-$80.. and they weren't in the best shape...crappy tires. At Harry's, all of the tires that I've gotten from him have been at damn near new condition. And to top it off, at half the price of what I was previously paying. Always friendly, and their customer service is great. You can't beat this place for a temporary or permanent tire replacement.

He kept on making comments about the year of my sister's vehicle and how that's why it may look like the hood will come off because it's a quote on quote 2017. The customer service was so bad we called the dealership to complain about how he treated my sister and we want to have a different shop repair her vehicle to have the satisfaction that the repair would be done properly, and after she told them she would be taking the vehicle he tried to say she can't and that it would cause the shop to have a red flag. To make things even worse the recent plug was sticking halfway out of the tire! This prompted me to check the other tire that was repaired only to find it was also only plugged! They charged me for the price of a total seal when they only did some half-assed plug jobs. Plugs are only meant to be temporary and I was at risk of a blowout thanks to this place. We brought our Ford F-150 to this shop weeks ago for an oil leak repair and paid approximately…read more$1,200. After the repair, the truck was still leaking oil and was not running properly. We then took the truck to Ford for a second opinion and were told that parts and valves had not been properly reattached during the original repair, and the leak had not actually been resolved. Rather than paying Ford for additional repairs, we gave this shop the opportunity to correct the issue themselves. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After the truck later broke down and was towed back to the shop, we learned the repairs still had not been properly completed and the valve covers needed to be replaced again. What made this experience even worse was the manager's response when we tried to address the issue professionally. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the situation, we were told, "Take me to court, I'll be there waiting for you," before he hung up the phone. We also contacted corporate, only to find out the locations are independently owned and corporate cannot enforce refunds or resolutions. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had with an auto repair business. We gave this shop multiple opportunities to make things right and were met with poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. We are now exploring our options to recover the money we spent on repairs that were never properly completed.

Nice to know they open up early, and I even overheard the man behind the counter say that he usually arrives between 7 & 7:15 to open up early for anyone trying to get in before work. I appreciate their consideration of their customers! They quickly finished up with the customer already there and got started on my car right away. They patched up my tire, put it back on my car, & put the spare back in the trunk. I was in & out in 30 minutes, and it only cost me $37. Ironically while waiting for my car, my mom walked in to purchase a new tire (she had gotten a flat the day before). They also got her in & out in 30 min. She did spend significantly more than I did on her tire (around $200) because of her car lease she needed to put a specific brand of tire on her car. Still, prices were more reasonable that if she had gone to the dealer. I've been coming to this local tire repair place for years, and there's no way I'll go anywhere else. The employees are warm & welcoming, the service is fast & efficient, and the prices are fair and not over inflated. Would def recommend for any tire needs you have!

I brought it back to Mavis, but they told me they couldn't find any issues and sent me away. I took it to Goodyear the very next day, and they instantly found a torn TPMS valve stem. This was a pretty simple inexpensive fix. This leak happened right after Mavis put the tire on. Save your time and go somewhere competent.
