The sales team is knowledgeable, approachable, and makes the entire process feel effortless, anything form the salesmen to the finance managers. The only downside I've experienced is with the service department. Like many dealerships, they're trained to push repairs that may not be necessary, so I recommend being a bit cautious there. Went to dealer since car is under warranty and I had no headlights. After charging me $249 for a diagnosis fee (which was ultimately a MIS-Diagnosis), they told me I needed 2 headlamp assemblies totalling $1918 and it was NOT covered by my bumper to bumper warranty. Weird so I got a 2nd opinion from another local mechanic and within 20 minutes and $40 later, it was 2 burnt out bulbs! What a scam. I drove back to dealership with the burnt out bulbs and met with Service Manager Kurt Foster who seemed stunned but gave me lip service about they stand behind their work, their technicians etc. Demanded my $249 be refunded (and it was) as well as a check for what I paid the OTHER mechanic. Tried to offer me a free oil change coupon as restitution and to regain my trust which I found insulting. Ask questions - they are trying to get over on people. Dealerships don't get rich on just oil changes. I even had a Ford employee tell me they do it all the time and the service is the worst - from an employee! I won't return here ever again. Ford CEO has been notified; the media needs to do a consumer segment on them - I'm sure I'm not the first person they scammed! Well here we are once again this time returning the car lease for sure after the last meeting on March. Unfortunately our arrival has not been very pleasant because once again, like I said in my previous review, Ford has horrible customer service. On top of that I believe they recognized us and as such we had to wait for more than one hour just to return the car. Additionally to that we experienced bad mouthing by a few employees simply because me and my husband had question. It was so bad that I really now hope no bad things happen to us because it feels and looks that we specifically were being ignored and treated with like some resentment. Every time I tried to ask someone the answer I was either ignored or received a answer rudely along the lines of "I'm busy, just keep waiting". The only good thing I have to say if if you come in look for someone named Joe because at least he is someone who has actual humanity and decency in this horrible place while the rest of people here are only in it for the money and do not care about the customer at all. They are destroying Ford's name and reputation which is a shame as the cars are amazing, but with this service I can safely say it is not worth it to buy a Ford car. read more

My car was taken in because of almost flat tire. I didn't have an appt but, when I brought it in, they said about an hour or two max wait time. I was there for 5 hrs waiting for my car. I went up several times to inquirer why it was take if so long for a NEW tire to be put on. SO THEY WOULD CHECK AND THEN NOTHING. Finally done they quoted me 130.00 they came out with a quote of 240.? I blew. They did end up with charging me 144.84. Went to Holman Ford since I moved, WOW!! I have owned Ford vehicles for the last 10 years and this is by far the best service center i have ever visited. Came in on MLK day to drop off my vehicle for a periodic service, within 2 hours my vehicle was ready and washed. The service team went above and beyond, sending me a video of the multi point inspection and even taking care of a hardware upgrade that was available. The staff was friendly and thoughtful of my needs. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with complementary drinks and snacks. Overall 10/10 great job Holman Ford!!! read more

Came in the Quick Lane for a scheduled oil change. Joe: You know our prices have increased. Me: Sweet. Joe: It's gonna be about $137 for an oil change and tire rotation. Me: God damn that's double the price as last year. Joe: I know. Me: ... Joe: So about $95 for the oil change and $40 for the tires. Me: ... Joe: *Prints something out* Me: ... Joe: *Puts the invoice to sign in front of me* I'm assuming you still want it? Me: ... I guess. (I was doing my best not to rage, but I was already overdue for the oil change and I wasn't going to be able to get around to it myself for another couple weeks). So I wait. And wait. Ok, first hour down so I'm thinking it'll be done soon. Wait some more. Still waiting. Two hours down. Cool, I get a text thinking it's them telling me the car's ready. Nope. They just want to send me a courtesy video of shit that doesn't need to be checked. "Your rear brake pads are getting thin." Okay fine, fair enough. "Your air filter needs to be changed." Try again, literally just changed the cabin and intake a couple months ago. "We'd like to do emissions work." ... What? What the actual f. You want to do emissions work which is what exactly? On my 2018 with 20k miles on a NJ sold car with clean emissions, you want to do what for $130? Uh decline. Ok, so we're at two hours. Just got the health check so it has to be done, or close to it. Holman: Sike, let's ice this guy out for declining our upsells. Me: Wait for another hour, cold af. Emailed a rep the model I built and to please let me know when I could place an order, after some time went by I got an email that I could place an order for the car I wanted. Made a reservation to show up and talk with a rep, when I got there they told me I couldn't order the car I wanted due to it being a hard model to get. But they didn't seem to understand that's why I emailed early and waited to be able to make a reservation. Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares. read more

As the former sales manager Honda dealership I have seen many many car salesman, I know this business very well. With all of my experience I have to say Dean Gravinese is one of the best car salesman I have ever come across. He truly gave me an outstanding experience. Fast, quick and accurate, I came in for one specific car that they had in stock which was a 2011 Crown Victoria LX, and rest of the transaction was effortless including negotiation. With regards to the deal itself; "profit" is not a bad word (yes even for car dealership) so I never want to work them too hard on the price. That being said you have to actually know a good deal when you see one. The way I see it is that It is their job to sell you the car for as much money as possible(not saying they did this), it is my job to buy it for as little as possible, we then meet at a fair point that works for both of us (note this can even be MSRP/the listed price$). In a nutshell, if you are happy with the payment and the car itself then you got "a good deal". It seems like many people focus more on the payment then even liking the car, if you don't like the car you're always going to hate the payment. Anyway, I think this dealership is excellent I'll probably be buying an other car from them and I will go to Dean Gravinese. read more

I was given the 3rd degree on what the problem was with my car, but the reason I was bringing it in was because I didn't know. Was told my car wouldn't be seen until Friday. KURT from Holman saw me in the parking lot, and PROACTIVELY asked if I needed any assistance. I had a few questions, we did a quick test ride in the parking lot, and he diagnosed it wasn't the brakes but a tire problem; he showed me the cause, and said it wasn't an imminent problem, so I could afford to wait a bit but I should consider tires in a while. We took my sons 2016 Escape in for rear brakes and a oil change at 8am. at 2pm we received a call stating that both front and rear brakes had to be replaced the cost was $1200. I can only guess the pads were gold plated. I told them not to do anything and PU the car. My neighbor told me about the mechanic he uses and I took it there. Holman Maple SHADY is more like it. I texted them for information and availability for a Preowned 2016 Mercedes SUV in the early AM. No response. Had to then call the used car sales team and spoke with Carl, who said that he was assigned to used cars and assured me the car was there. I told him that I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to Maple SHADY, so I asked him specifically to go look at the car in detail and to tell me of all scratches, dents, chips, tears, and any damage. He calls me back and text me 2 photos of pin point chips. He declares the car as "pristine". I tell him that I will be there in the afternoon and would plan to purchase the vehicle that afternoon. Upon arrival, the SUV is parked in front of the door. Within minutes, we notice that it has rear panel damage, a deep scratch and the damage extended into broken rear tail light. Carl said ..." Oh, I didn't see that"...Liar. Of course, the SUV was strategically parked with the damaged side to the shade. It took us all of 4 minutes in this dealership to know that they are dishonest and have no integrity. I went to Holman when they were still on 73, with the intention of walking out with a brand new Mustang GT. I left, and will never go back. Why? After being told by a salesman that there was no way I'd be able to test drive a GT unless I was willing to put down a deposit beforehand and drive the car off the lot, that day. (Flash forward after 3 hour drive through traffic from Reading, Penna.) Me: Hi, how about test driving that SFE? Salesman: I'm having trouble finding it on the lot. I think it got sold this morning. Let's take a ride to see what we have. Me: It would have been nice to get a call before we drove 3 hours from Reading. And, no, we don't want to see anything else since all we wanted to do was test drive an SFE. (Fade to blacktop. Curtain) Narrator: And lo, dear audience, the moral of the story is that Ford is finally making interesting cars but they still have an incredibly poor sales experience. As someone else previously posted less than a month ago, our experience was the same. We saw a vehicle of interest on the lot and drove from NE Philadelphia to see. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there, until we walked inside the building to find a salesman on our own. The salesman was very friendly, but advised there was absolutely no wiggle room on the price of the car, as it was already marked down. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have never paid sticker price for a vehicle (I can''t imagine there's many people willing to pay the sticker price). But, anyway, the car smelled like a cigarette ashtray, given the circumstances we requested a deal based upon the condition, considering we are non- smokers with a child in the car. I was interested in my next l lease being a Ford Explorer, but will not be doing that through Holmans. In total, you lost two sales today. We will take our business back to Kerbeck. Morale of this long review, don't waste your time coming here, unless you're willing to pay sticker price. read more

Personally, I much preferred them when they were over in Cherry Hill. The service department is more convenient in terms of dropping off, two lanes to drive into, etc., but it always seems they are trying to upsell you everywhere (while waiting, when you pick up your car). I understand that they need to do that on occasion, but if you do it too much, you risk alienating customers. read more

We just purchased a car here yesterday, and Paul, our salesman, was great. I freely admit I was not an easy customer (I was agonizing over the decision), and I appreciated that he gave me time & space to make a choice I felt comfortable with, rather than try to push me into something I wasn't sure I wanted just so he made the sale. I felt Paul respected me much more than the average car salesman. Downside: David, the finance consultant, was pushier when we declined the $51 a month insurance package. Went to look at a car and the salesman who's name I cant remember wanted me to sign a waiver before I test drove the car. One of the items on it said If I am in an accident my auto insurance would be primary. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and have never been asked to sign a waiver before. What if I didn't own a vehicle? Does that mean I can't test drive a car? They have liability and physical damage on every vehicle in their lot. I guess if something happens they don't want their premiums to increase. The rude salesman tore up the paper and said you can't test drive the car. I have now idea how he sells cars since he does not like his job very much. It's a good thing there are other dealerships. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past from Holman and I will not take my explorer or MKZ back there for service. read more

You can either wait in the waiting area where there's donuts and coffee and wifi and tv and its very clean and comfortable seats. Or if you don't wanna stay they will give you a ride to the mall or home and pick you up when your vehicle is finished. And they are kid friendly. I'll defiantly be back to get my car serviced again. I went to Holman Ford to have an 02 sensor replaced. The part failed 500 miles and a couple weeks later when I was out of state, so I had it repaired at a different Ford dealer. I brought it back to Holman because their part was defective. They refused to refund me because the replacement part I had installed out of state was an aftermarket product. I explained multiple times that it was THEIR FORD PRODUCT that failed and I could have replaced it with a red balloon and it wouldn't have changed the outcome, but they would not listen to logic and continued asking questions in order to weasel their way out of it. I ended up paying for it but I have never returned to them. Their warranties are not worth the paper they're written on. read more
