This place is AZZ. I promise you, each and every car on this lot is a LEMON and will break down on you sooner than later, probably after you drive off the lot. The Lemons that aren't buy back deals (aka cars that have repeated electrical problems so had to be sent back to the manufactuer and got auctioned off...aka pretty LEMONS) seem to be cars that were totaled, sat in junk yards of body shops for months while insurances argued over whos going to pay the repair costs that is more than the value of the car, then Carvision buys the car in a salvage auction and half azz fixes it before selling it to you. I went and saw a car, it was raggedy as h*ell. The sales people are nice though, but ya'll better get another job because none of yall are going to heaven if you keep selling people lemons. Very Disappointed -- Do Not Buy a Car From Car Vision I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Car Vision. On Monday July 20th 2026, I purchased a 2024 Acura and drove it approximately 10 miles home. The very next morning, the car would not move out of park and had to be towed to an Acura dealership for inspection. I was told at the time of purchase that the vehicle had remaining warranty coverage, but I was later informed that the warranty is only valid in Canada and cannot be honored here. The car was sitting at the Acura dealership for over 24 hours, waiting to be towed back to Car Vision so they can supposedly see if they can do anything about the problem. Now towed to a different location which the problem cannot be resolved. It is now being towed back to Acura. It is now July 30th 2026 I still have no real answers and cannot void the sale. I was told I would get my down payment back which is no longer a solution. To make matters worse, the contract I signed stated that I have up to 1,000 driven miles to relinquish the vehicle. I am now being told that is somehow false or does not apply. I am apparently out of luck. After the most exhausting week I was finally given a rental which was very disappointing picking up a 2011 Toyota Camry that has over 100k miles with a disgusting inside interior (food and gunk) The past 10 days I have been getting nothing but the runaround from Car Vision. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I purchased this vehicle expecting a reliable car and a dealership that would stand behind the sale. Instead, I am left with a car that broke down after driving only 10 miles, no valid warranty coverage, no answers, and a dealership that has provided very little help or accountability. I strongly advise others to do their research and think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Car Vision. My experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Warning: Deceptive Pricing and Broken Contractual Promises. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Ariya advertised online for $19,999. The dealership hiked the contract price to $23,999. The manager signed a written agreement on my deal sheet stating I would receive the $4,000 rebate 'later'. However, because their finance department failed to properly submit the IRS Point of Sale Transfer, the rebate is completely inaccessible to a buyer without tax liability a trap they knew or should have known. General Manager Nestor Calderon has actively refused to honor the manager signed contract. A formal fraud complaint will be filed soon with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and legal action for $12,000 in treble damages under NJ Consumer Law is underway. I deeply regret doing business with Car Vision. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional car-buying experience my family and I have ever had. I would strongly warn anyone considering this dealership to stay away. They promised to pay off the vehicle I traded in, yet it took them more than two months to send the payment to the original dealership. During that entire time, I constantly had to call and follow up myself because they repeatedly lied to me about the status of the payment. As a result of their negligence, the previous dealership never received the money on time, and my account was sent to debt collections. The stress and frustration this caused were unbelievable. The communication was terrible. They ignored emails, hung up on calls, and kept sending me in circles between different offices and dealerships without giving real answers. I was even dealing directly with one of the managers, and nothing improved. The level of dishonesty and incompetence was shocking. There were also serious issues with the paperwork. I purchased the vehicle in New Jersey, but some documents incorrectly stated Pennsylvania. After we signed the agreement and finalized the deal, they changed terms and pricing in the paperwork afterward. That is completely unacceptable and feels extremely deceptive. To make matters worse, my husband had to wait four months just to receive the license plate for the vehicle. After my test drive in August 25, I waited at my salesman's desk for 15 minutes. He was busy negotiating with someone else. A manager asked me if he could help, as I was leaving. TO SAVE ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TIME: **If you do choose to engage with this dealership, protect yourself by insisting on written terms upfront and thinking twice before authorizing any credit inquiry and maybe wear a nice luxury suit to your used car purchase - they will treat you nicer** I scheduled a test drive over the phone and specifically asked whether I needed to bring anything other than my driver's license. I was told no. I will preface this by saying, I told my sales rep instantly that I was not looking to purchase the day of and said I did not bring a down payment with me to skip the haggling and get straight to the test drive. I informed them I was going to come back the following weekend to purchase if all went well. I DID, intend on buying and brought my down payment with me, I first needed to get straight to the drive to ensure the vehicle was for me of course. I drove two hours to the dealership with a business partner to evaluate the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that I could not test drive the car without first submitting a credit application -- something that was never mentioned beforehand. When I asked what the criteria was, I was told credit was required if the vehicle was either a showroom car or priced over $40,000. I pointed out that there were multiple, nearly identical models on their lot under $40,000 and not in the showroom. This was dismissed, and I was still denied a test drive. After driving two hours, I reluctantly agreed to a credit pull solely to proceed with the test drive. At that point, I was told my partner could not accompany me. Moments later, this decision was reversed without explanation. The test drive itself was limited to roughly one mile. After returning, I asked my sales representative what financing options and rates looked like so I could understand their bank terms. I was told this information would not be shared because I "did not intend to purchase the vehicle," despite the dealership having just run my credit. I then waited approximately 10 minutes to speak with a manager. When presented with pricing, the vehicle listed at $41,000 had an OOTD price of $52,000. Here's the best part, when I asked what interest rate was being offered, this dude pauses, flips the back of the financing paper quickly, mind you, a blank page with nothing printed on it and verbally stated 11.5%, without providing any written breakdown or lender disclosure at all. Note, before this, I did get pre-approvals from two banks before this to get a ballpark estimate of what my rate may look like at this dealer. Both were at 6.2-7.4%. I understand this dealer may choose not to accept outside financing. However, requiring a credit pull to test drive a vehicle and then refusing to transparently disclose financing terms is not a reasonable or professional customer experience. This dealership honestly did not waste my time, considering all experience, including the negatives, at my age are valuable to me. Car vision and their staff misrepresented their process, and used shallow, high-pressure sales practices throughout the visit. Nothing is worse than expressing my displeasure of car shopping, so when I was up front with the salesperson, he confessed to me that this was his first sales job. I reiterated that I've been in sales for over 36 years just give me the details I can to the math. Well that didn't happen he forced me to test drive a car and he badgered me to run my credit report, which came back at a 761, not too shabby for someone making over 2,000 k a year try to finance a car that is worth less than $20,000. After 4hrs of comparing cars (most were lemon law dealer buy backs) you wax for $3,500 at a 10% rate, I should have walked away then but I gave the salesperson one more try to buy the car and I would get my own money from my bank which I offered as you can see the text below. Their reluctancy to sell me the car probably stems from my refusal to use their inflated bank rates and buy their useless extended warranty. Dear Car Vision Team, I was extremely excited when I purchased a Cadillac from Car Vision, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing, especially since I've only had the car for eight days. I'd like to clearly explain the issues I've faced with the vehicle in hopes that my situation can help others and to bring attention to the lack of resolution I've encountered. Day 1: Right after purchasing the car, I encountered a problem with the car key. Although I changed the key's battery, the remote start function stopped working. Additionally, I began hearing a concerning noise coming from the front left tire, especially when turning or going over bumps. There is also a loud squealing noise coming from the brakes, which is extremely annoying. Day 2: When I started the car, the "Check Engine" light came on. I contacted the service department, and they scheduled an appointment to inspect the car. After taking it in, they informed me that there was an issue with the transmission timer and that they would order the necessary parts. I believe they reset the "Check Engine" light and returned the car to me, asking me to drive it until the parts arrived. Day 8: While driving the car, I noticed that the temperature gauge is reading significantly lower than normal. During these eight days, every time I've contacted customer service for assistance or tried to speak to someone responsible for helping me resolve these issues, I've been left waiting for long periods, with no one providing a satisfactory solution or understanding my concerns. Before purchasing this car for such a large sum of money, I asked the sales representative multiple times if there were any issues with the engine or transmission. He repeatedly assured me that the car was in excellent condition, which gave me confidence. Because of this assurance, I decided not to bring a mechanic with me for inspection, as I trusted his word. Sat in the service department for 6 hours for them to look at it and change a coil just to have to go to a nissan dealership to get it fixed right. Then 2 weeks later I put the passenger heated seat on and it didnt work so now its not even 30 days and im having another issue and they tell me I have to use my extended warranty and pay the deductible. Please be cautious before doing business with CarVision. No matter how many times you confirm a vehicle's availability, it seems to mean nothing. My husband and I drove four hours to purchase a specific vehicle- after multiple confirmations via phone, email, and text that it was available and ready for us to test drive and buy- only to be told upon arrival that it "was sold the night before." The young salesman who met us was polite and respectful, but clearly unprepared and unsupported. We later learned he had only been working there for two months. I was surprised and disappointed that no manager initially stepped in to support him- especially given that this mistake wasn't his. Instead, we were told that a separate "communications office" handles vehicle availability and that the sales floor wouldn't have known the car was no longer available. If that's true, it's a serious internal operations issue and not an acceptable excuse. Eventually, a manager came out; his name is Keith. Unfortunately, his approach made things worse. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or offering any real apology, he was condescending, dismissive, and full of scripted lines about how they "sell the most cars" and "offer the best prices." When my husband asked for a small concession on the unusually high doc fee (common negotiation in NJ), we were flatly refused- not even a token gesture after a full day wasted. He made it clear that our frustration didn't matter. What made the situation truly appalling was when the manager drew a dot and a circle on a piece of paper to "illustrate" that we had driven outside of our area to get there- essentially implying we should feel lucky to be doing business with them. Not only was this patronizing and weirdly unnecessary, but also inaccurate- my husband is originally from the area, and we were also in town for the Easter holiday. The comment was insulting and tone-deaf. To make matters worse, we were told they don't take outside financing- even though I had written confirmation from one of their own reps that mine was approved. I even showed him the email and text receipts. He was clearly annoyed and responded by launching into a long-winded sales pitch about how their dealership works with "40 banks" and could "get anyone approved." We had already said we weren't financing with them. He didn't care- it was all about pushing their in-house system. Whether this was bait-and-switch or just gross miscommunication, it reflects a serious lack of professionalism and internal accountability. It's hard to trust a business when what you're told repeatedly by multiple staff members doesn't match what happens in person. The only reason we stayed is because I still wanted the vehicle, and my husband chose to continue only out of respect for the young salesman- who was put in a difficult situation and was honest about his own frustrations. He even told us another customer had said the same thing: they wouldn't give CarVision their business, but would gladly work with him directly if he ever moved to a different dealership. Even then, the experience was frustrating. The vehicle was not properly detailed despite being told they had "one of the best detailing teams." It was lightly wiped, but sticky residue and crumbs were still in crevices. It was rushed and careless. We were also missing a key accessory (the vehicle charger) and branded floor mats. Instead, we were given cheap dealership mats with "CarVision" stitched across them which we threw out immediately. The entire process took over six hours; way longer than necessary and we left physically and mentally drained. Between the lost day, the hours on the road, and the unprofessional handling of the situation, this experience felt like a complete disregard for our time and trust. Yes, I got the vehicle I wanted, and so far it's been fine. But I would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone. Give your business to someone who deserves it. Save yourself the time, stress, and disrespect; there are plenty of dealerships out there who still value their customers. read more

My car-buying experience was amazing. Shy is awesome. I bought an awesome Land Rover. I took it to the dealer a few days after buying it just to have it looked over and they confirmed the vehicle was in pristine shape. Sadly, there was a hiccup that made me think unfavorably of CarVision. I decided a few months after purchase, that I wanted something different. I traded in my Land Rover and attempted to cancel the extended warranty. Again, the process started great with Shy, she gave me the email address to send the request and was super friendly. I felt bad that I did not buy another car from her. In my email, I asked specifically to confirm receipt of the email and to let me know if anything additional was needed. A week passes, nothing. I send a follow-up email. A few days pass, no response. I called, transferred to voicemail, and again crickets. Finally, after being publicly snarky, Sal, a manager at Maple Shade called me, apologized for the delay, and told me to stop by and everything would be resolved the same day. Well, he lived up to his promise. The check was within an hour and sent to my home via UPS. I'll never know if it was a coincidence that Sal called me the day after I took to Yelp or not, but he was honest with me and processed my cancellation request so that gets CarVision 5 Stars again. read more

ONLINE BUYER HERE. So, I've been searching for A specific car for months and finally found the one at the CarVision Maple Shade location. I reached out and made contact with Richard the Sale Manager (who was great!) and he got me going with Alberto. I live in California. So, seeing the 2016 Range Rover Evoque in person was not an option. Alberto took exceptional care of me. He sent me videos in great quality of engine/interior and exterior. He made sure to answer all my questions and concerns in detail. He even made sure to follow up with me on his days off and while on vacation! And even weeks after delivery Alberto is still available through text/call which is very comforting. Being across the country, Alberto really made sure I was comfortable with this transaction. Without Alberto's constant contact I definitely would have NOT made such a large purchase like this. The dealer offered shipping for $500 anywhere in the US and while the delivery service was a 3rd party trucking company and in no way affiliated with CarVision. My car made safely across the US and in great shape. I've been driving my Range Rover for a few weeks now and I've had ZERO issues. Everything works great! All and all this was a very pleasant transaction. If I had one negative thing to say, it was CarVision's ridiculous call center. They called me 5 days after I bought the Range Rover to ask if I was still interested in buying it haha. Want my advice?
