The only bad thing about this experience was that I didn't buy a car. I came across this dealership online after seeing a car I really wanted. The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership. read more

In response to owners comments, the review was posted not too long after we purchased the car. Also, the low mileage Porsche sold to us happened to be a stolen vehicle prior to you acquiring it which made sense there was a missing key. Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. is is a dishonest dealer. I called placed a $1,000 deposit at 9am over the phone the day a 2014 Porsche Cayman S was listed online. They confirmed it was available. I provided my drivers license and contact information to Amanda. They confirmed they'd taken it off their website for 24 hrs while I provided a confirmation that I had scheduled an appointment for an independent inspection. I provided this 8 hours later the same day, well within the 24 hour window. All exactly accordingly to their specifications. Later that evening I received a call from the store Manager, Assan, who left a voice mail saying there was a "small issue". I called back the next morning and after being passed around, Assan told me they had sold the car to someone on the floor - after I had put down the $1,000. He fumbled around with excuses and internal miscommunication, but eventually just said they'd sold it to someone else. Buyer beware when you reserve a car via phone call. They will sell the car right out from under you if they can. Try another more honest dealer near Wall next time. read more

Picked two cars from website after doing research on them. Lots of transparency/info offered makes it fairly simple and the size of inventory makes "walking the lot" a fools errand. The Toyota was sold and we chose the red 2025 Honda Accord. It had low miles and a very competitive price. We were treated warmly and professionally by our salesperson Joseph Rouette and Manager Izzy. Between taking care of our test drive, going to bank for check and returning to sign papers and pickup car I think we were under three hours. Most painless auto transaction of my 20 or so to date. Was missing lugnut wrench adapter and problem was solved seamlessly by Ralph and Kenny in service department. My wife and I think place is top notch and credit to all from the top down. read more

CONSUMER WARNING I traveled from Virginia to New York and finally to New Jersey with the intent to purchase a specific vehicle that I was told was available and ready. Prior to making the trip, I was in direct communication with this dealership. I provided all necessary documents, ran my credit for approval, and even came with a substantial cash payment in hand. This dealership intentionally misled me. Upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle I was promised--and approved for--was not available. It's clear that they never had the car and never intended to deliver on what was advertised. They are taking 100% accountability and ownership they aren't offering reasonable compensation for my trouble. I am now out over $2,500 in travel costs, deposits, and other related expenses. The dealership has refused to offer a reasonable resolution. Their actions appear to be not only unethical but possibly fraudulent. If you are considering doing business with this dealership, proceed with extreme caution. I highly recommend getting everything in writing and verifying the vehicle's availability before even stepping foot on the lot. 1-Star Review - Automotive Avenues I purchased a 2021 BMW X3E from Automotive Avenues shortly after surviving a serious car accident where my previous vehicle was totaled and almost killed. I had approximately $6,000 from my insurance settlement for a down payment and needed a reliable vehicle quickly. Instead of being guided through the process, I felt taken advantage of during a stressful situation. I spent the entire day at the dealership. My original salesperson left around 3 PM for his birthday, and I was left waiting for hours with little communication until a finance manager became available. I did not sign final paperwork until approximately 9:30 PM. After signing, I was told the numbers were incorrect and the contract had to be completely redone. Being asked to re-sign corrected paperwork late at night, after hours of waiting, is not how a major financial transaction should be handled. Before I even finalized the purchase, I was asked to leave a review for the dealership, which I found inappropriate given that the transaction had not yet been completed. I originally went in intending to purchase a Honda Ridgeline and had visited multiple dealerships beforehand. I was told I would not be approved for that vehicle, even though it was priced similarly or lower than the BMW I was ultimately pushed into purchasing. I was also told I would benefit from an Uber incentive rebate, but that rebate was retained by the dealership instead of allowing me to claim it myself. Within one year of ownership, the vehicle has been back to the dealership seven times for ongoing issues, including repeated Emergency Roadside/SOS system failures, brake warning lights activating despite the brakes being fine, and inconsistent driving performance -- at times driving normally and at other times feeling unreliable. At one point, I was told the issue was simply a "navigation problem," which did not align with the actual problems the vehicle was experiencing. The issues continued regardless. I was also pressured into purchasing a $4,000 Allstate Warranty Package and was told it would cover the vehicle "top to bottom." I later discovered the mileage coverage was only half of what I was led to believe. when I tried signing in to see my coverage while I was at service, the account was no longer available and had no sign that I even have a account on it. After raising these concerns, I was told a new salesperson would be assigned and that I should provide three alternative vehicles I would consider. I did so, but never received any follow-up or callback. At this point, I am seeking a fair resolution -- either being placed into a reliable vehicle without requiring additional money down, or a refund of my $6,000 down payment. If this matter is not addressed, I will be filing formal complaints and pursuing further action. ****Buyers should proceed with extreme caution. The establishment itself is nice, but the overall process took way too long. I drove 2 hours to get there, arrived at 12:30 PM and didn't leave until after 4. My sales rep kept disappearing without explanation, leaving us unsure of what was happening or how much longer things would take. On top of that, you meet with a "financial manager" who pressures you into signing up for packages without disclosing the costs upfront. Pricing isn't discussed until the very end and when you try to remove items, you're told you can't because they've "already been applied." I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel other customers deserve to know what they may be walking into. My 2020 Jeep Renegade was towed to this dealership on March 10 due to an unexpected electrical failure. I did not receive my vehicle back until April 27. What followed was over a month of poor communication, shifting blame, lack of accountability, and over $2,000 out of my pocket due to delays and misinformation. From the beginning, I had to constantly chase updates myself. Calls were not returned, emails lacked clear timelines, and I was repeatedly told different stories as "new issues" were discovered. At one point, I was emailed by Mr. Sal that my car was ready for pickup, so I paid for transportation over an hour away to retrieve it--only to be told again by him via email after requesting a call, while I was on the way that the vehicle was actually NOT ready due to a newly discovered shifter issue. After paying for an uber of close to $100. Again, this happened after sharing that I do not live close and the commute would be both lengthy and costly since I did not have reliable transportation. That shifter issue then became my financial responsibility, despite it allegedly being caused during towing and not discovered until nearly a month after the vehicle was already in the dealership's possession. I requested proof and clearer documentation multiple times, but never received anything substantial enough to support why I was responsible for over $1,000 in repairs. Because work on my vehicle was delayed for weeks, and was just sitting, my warranty would not cover my rental vehicle. I explained this several times, but due to the lack of communication and progress, I ultimately spent over $2,000 between rental costs, transportation, and repairs. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was charged an additional 3% card fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand. When I questioned it, I was told I had "signed for it" during drop-off -- despite the fact that I was NOT present when the vehicle was dropped off, which was already documented by the dealership. When I asked to see where this was supposedly acknowledged, I was refused unless I agreed to sign paperwork first. Completely unacceptable. The most disappointing part of this experience is how little I felt valued as a customer. It wasn't until I was stranded and explained I could not afford additional transportation that a loaner was finally "found." While I do appreciate Mr. Ken stepping in at certain points to secure a usable loaner and help move things along, that does not erase the overall experience. I was also promised reimbursement for the Uber expense caused by the dealership prematurely telling me my car was ready. It has now been two weeks since picking up my vehicle, and despite being told I will receive follow-up emails, I have heard nothing further. I escalated concerns to additional management hoping for support and transparency, only to be told no one else could assist me besides the same individual Mr. Sal I had already been struggling to communicate with throughout the process. Only for him to stop responding and Mr. Ken actually became the point person. This entire situation has been disheartening. For a dealership that heavily promotes customer satisfaction, I did not feel valued, supported, or treated fairly at any point during this process. I truly hope someone in upper management reviews this experience seriously because no customer should have to go through this just to get their vehicle repaired for an issue that I did not cause. I do want to acknowledge Mr. Ralph, who was genuinely the highlight of my pickup experience. He was professional, understanding, and took the time to address my concerns respectfully. When my vehicle was returned dirty, he immediately had it washed and vacuumed, checked in with me during my wait, offered refreshments, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After an otherwise difficult experience, his level of customer service stood out and deserves to be recognized. read more

So go during the week because the weekends are a zoo. You are unable to browse while there because they keep vehicles all over the place. Look online to see what you want to look at and if you have a contact you can let them know and they will have it waiting for you to test drive before you get there. They are completely up front about the history of the car and what they cost. It will list what the blue book value is and their price is about 1,500 to 3,000 cheaper than that. They sell so many cars it's strictly volume for them. We got a beautiful Telluride there for a great price and we love it. Between family we've bought about four vehicles from them. read more

Disappointing out-of-state buying experience. My salesperson, Vinny, forgot about me multiple times and blamed being 'busy' with the showroom. I requested a different salesman from the online sales manager and that was ignored. Communication was lacking, and he notified me that the car sold days after it was already removed from the website as I called to confirm like 3 times. Waited for over 20 minutes on hold. The online sales manager Melissa was defensive when I shared my experience of being ignored rather than just apologizing and moving on to help me with the information that I asked for days ago. I am quite surprised by some of the negative reviews I've read. It seems some people do not realize this is a car dealership not a not for profit. Of course they will offer an aftermarket warrantee. They are there to make a living. Shocking isn't it? You don't want the warrantee you say "no thank you". I saw one customer who was disappointed the car he wanted was not available when he got there. Dealerships are there to sell cars. No car dealership is going to reserve a vehicle without a deposit. And yes, buying a car is an all day affair. Its s not like buying eggs at the local deli. If you make a purchase it's going to take awhile. By awhile I mean hours. I've bought more cars than I can count and it's never a quick process. On the other hand nobody cuffed me and held me prisoner. you can leave whenever you want. That being said I purchased a 2025 CX-90 and never had so much fun buying a car. First of all this place is amazing . It is acres and acres of cars. Some new , some used but you can find everything from a Bentley to a Buick. Dayne Gall was my sales associate. This woman is a gem. I made her run around that lot with me and we must have looked at 40 cars before I made my purchase. I was like a kid in a candy shop. Dayna didn't take up my time I took up hers. How's that for a switch! Dayna made the process so much fun and in the end she went to bat with management to get the price I wanted. They never sent a closer over to the table. Never at anytime and I can't sat this enough did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. Did they offer me an extended warrantee? Of course they did. EVERY DEALERSHIP does. It took about a minute I said "thank you but no" they said "NO PROBLEM WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. Car buying should be a pleasant not an adversarial experience. It has taken me way too long to write this review. On 9/27 I wrapped up my fourth vehicle purchase with Automotive Avenues. For the first three purchases we worked with Max. The most recent purchase, our salesperson was Mike. All instances were great from a customer service perspective. I never felt pressured and they respected our time when transacting the deal. On two occasions, I called in advance and placed a deposit to hold the vehicles, The representatives were transparent about their 24 hour hold policy and when we arrived, the vehicles were already running and cool as this was summer. We ended up purchasing both of those vehicles. After my second purchase, I noticed that my truck had weird cracking on the front passenger side tire and a faulty washer fluid nozzle which cleans the front facing camera. Frank, who was Service manager in 2019, fitted a brand new grill and replaced the tire. There was no argument over fault and no cost involved on my end, just action to resolve my issues quickly. Service after the sale is usually my biggest complaint. I've had worse outcomes with far bigger dealerships. Their commitment to my satisfaction shined and that day, I decided to give them the first shot at my business moving forward. I've made two additional purchases since then. Each time I told the wife "I'm just gonna look this time" they'd put a deal together that I couldn't refuse. The price is the price, take it or leave it, no negotiation, full stop. That being said, the market is the market and prices have been stratospheric as of late. It is what it is.. On each purchase I did my due diligence and consistently found their prices to be competitive and their trade-in offers handily beat the competition 100% of the time. My most recent purchase (22 Ram), I figured I'd probably make out better buying new. Ha! Every dealership within a reasonable radius was advertising a price, which upon calling didn't include the mandatory "market adjustment" which in most cases was an additional $5k. No thanks! I ended up choosing sanity and bought my truck through Automotive Avenues, I saved about $14k too! TLDR: Bought 4 cars from them since 2018.. Experienced great prices, great customer service and perhaps most importantly, exceptional service after the sale. Highly recommended. read more

My son spent time in researching for his first major purchase - a car. This place came to be on top of his list. He asked us to come with him. A wholesale price car dealership to the public. We came at 10 am and left at 4 pm with his choice. During the stay , the following were noticed - Customers are in and out. The selling process is fast as plane . Sale persons are very efficient , busy as bee but provides you with basic information and knowledge . The goal - If you like a particular car, provide good funding , then bring home your pick on same day. Surprisingly a new experience. Enjoyed every second of our stay. The pricing is unbelievably good . Our seller rep was nice but still pushed my son to get the warranty and lo jack system. We were so exhausted to resist , what we want was just to take it home so that we do not need to come back. The dealer location looks like in the middle of nowhere but it is in the middle of routes. They have plenty of inventories to enjoy looking at and even extending their branch across the street. Do your own research for the car you like before coming because definitely you will leave not empty handed. Bring a check book or make sure you have a nearby bank . read more

I went to look at 2 pickup trucks (same model, different years and equipment). I printed out the details (Stock #, VIN, etc) from AA's website. I asked the Anthony where I might find these 2 vehicles he pointed me across the street to a vast lot. I asked another employee where I might find these two vehicles, he pointed to half of the vast lot. of the 8-10 employees I passed by, no one seemed interested in providing any assistaence. I also found that the sticker price posted on the vehicle was materially more than the internet price. This would make it difficult to haggle over the price since there are already two prices. read more
