The only bad thing about this experience was that I didn't buy a car…read more I came across this dealership online after seeing a car I really wanted. The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

In response to owners comments, the review was posted not too long after we purchased the car…read more Also, the low mileage Porsche sold to us happened to be a stolen vehicle prior to you acquiring it which made sense there was a missing key. Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. Didn't think I would be ignored. I no longer have the vehicle but do appreciate you leaving your contact info here tho I didn't see it until now. You had all of my info and could have responded to me after all the messages and emails I sent but it is what it is now. Learning experience on my part.

Texts came in despite choosing email as the preferred contact method and even earned a call from their sales team for some god-knows-what reason. Dropped my KIA SUV for some recalls and a faulty module. After waiting for 2 hours, the power went out, and this is good news. After another hour of (me) waiting and (they) scrambling, they finally gave me a loaner car. It's been 3 biz days, and I'm yet to receive any updates. Had to call twice to get the service writer to talk to me since apparently no one else can see the repair status,s as it's a deep government secret. /roll eyes. So the car is yet to be ready, but in meanwhile I was told that my car needs a new cabin air filter and it cost $118. While on the phone, I checked Amazon product results for these "magical" and "complex" to install products. While finding a YT video on how to actually perform the "Mission Impossible" task of actually replacing one. I won't keep you in suspense any longer. These filters go from $7 to $20 depending on the brand, and the replacement procedure is so simple that my toddler kiddo could do it with minimal guidance.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!…read more I recently purchased a car from this dealership and was excited at first but that changed quickly. Not long after the purchase, I noticed that the interior lights weren't working, which is completely unacceptable in a brand-new vehicle. I reached out to the salesperson (Audra) who sold me the car, and she never responded. I had to contact the service department myself and bring the car in. Unfortunately, my experience with the service team was just as frustrating. I was given the runaround about whether the issue could be fixed, and whether I should be put into a rental. When I was finally offered one, the rental car had cobwebs in it, not exactly what you'd expect from a dealership. Then, I was told my car was fixed and didn't need the rental after all--after I had already filled out all the paperwork. Just as I was about to leave, I realized the issue hadn't been fixed. I was then told I did need the rental again, so I signed the contract again, only to be chased down and told that my car actually was fixed this time. The amount of back-and-forth was exhausting and unprofessional. To try and resolve things, I called the dealership asking if they'd make this right, and was told the General Manager would contact me. I still haven't heard back. I was seriously considering having my mother buy her next car here, but after this experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

RUN ..... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.. Buy somewhere…read moreyour time and money will be valued. I found a 2025 Bronco leftover in the middle of 2026 and I wanted to purchase it. We agreed upon a number and then it was placed on a stop sale. All along the sales guy Kevin kept me in the loop saying they would honor what we agreed to once the stop sale was lifted. After almost a month of waiting he called me on a Thursday said come pick up the car Saturday. Called Friday at 7:00 pm and canceled saying the rebates changed hmmm that is funny it's the same month. Rebates don't change in the middle or end of the month but ok fine. Yes he was full of BS. I wait til Monday no call, so | call him. He said sorry no answer on the rebates from our Ford representative. Still | wait really wanting this truck at this point | decided it's last day of the month rebates are ending I need to look elsewhere well what do you know all the other dealerships took deposits on 2025 leftovers and sold their inventory just didn't let the customers take delivery. Funny because Seabreeze would not let me leave a deposit. Still I reach out today again to purchase for a trade in to be brought up it's the new "deal" being offered. Never was a trade into play but somehow now I need to trade my car for 500.00 they are willing to pay they are laughable.. well in order to get the deal we originally agreed to here is the new offer. Seabreeze DEALERSHIP SEEMS LIKE SCAMMERS. THEY WASTE PEOPLES TIME AND PROMISE NUMBERS THAT DO NOT EXIST. This could have been a happy customer who bought a car you have had in vour inventorv for 14 months and a five star review. Shame on them for wasting my time. Do not let them waste yours!!! Hope this helps people not make the mistake I did.

Having gone to dealers in the past, I was dreading having to deal with pushy sales folks who turned me off from the experience, but the pre-owned truck Sansone Nissan had for sale was enticing enough to make me visit on Saturday. I took my parents and dog along with it being my first time considering making such a large investment in a vehicle. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dan McGeveran. From Dan's initial "hello", I knew this could be the day. Unlike folks I had dealt with in the past, Dan came off more as a friend and a voice of reason. He sat down, listened my concerns, answered my questions, and had us test driving in no time. Dan was happy to show me all the different options available and his thoughtfulness and kindness throughout the whole process was unparalleled. After we had agreed on terms and the paperwork process was beginning, Dan offered us coffee. My parents took him up on the offer but I declined, who drinks dealership coffee right?! Well next thing you know Dan's walking back into his office with Dunkin Donuts cups and frankly my jaw dropped. A small act, but Dan had already made his sale and this was not necessary. Just another example of his kindness, thoughtfulness, and him doing everything possible to make the experience from start to finish as enjoyable as possible for all of us. It's also worth mentioning that Dan stayed after closing while Ron finished up the paperwork to ensure I could leave with the vehicle that evening. Experience is very valuable, and Dan's 15 years working at Sansone Nissan shows. If you are in the market for a vehicle and have the same concerns I did, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Dan McGeveran. I can't guarantee he will buy you Dunkin Donuts, but I can guarantee you won't be disappointed he helped you find a vehicle.
