From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. So in other words, I was supposed to know, when my car couldn't be jumped, that I was supposed to go on the website to learn that the two-year warranty is only good if you have your car towed and then leave it there to have them check it out. Of course I didn't know this and when I brought my car to have it checked out at my garage they had to replace it with a new battery. So apparently Mavis can sell bad batteries and place an onerous burden on the consumer and have us throw away our money. The manager said he's just telling me with the company policy is.
