Ty was very helpful and told me that I just need to charge the battery because the charge was low. I also learned where the jumper cables would hook up if I ever needed it (different than my old car). We saw leaves under the hood near the windshield and he helped me take them out. This company was by far one of the best I have ever encountered. The owner allowed me to have my car towed to his parking lot to fix the tire, right there in the parking lot and didn't charge me a dime. He helped me out, checked on me, gave me advice (actually save me a huge headache), gave us water, and when I tried to give him a small token of appreciation, he didn't take it stating that he was glad he could help. He said he's been where I was and was happy that he could return the help to someone else. Additionally, the parts are very reasonably priced (I only bought two items totaling $118, there was no motives). The customer service was phenomenal. The owner of this establishment is heaven sent. I am extremely grateful.
