ONLINE BUYER HERE. So, I've been searching for A specific car for months and finally found the one at the CarVision Maple Shade location. I reached out and made contact with Richard the Sale Manager (who was great!) and he got me going with Alberto. I live in California. So, seeing the 2016 Range Rover Evoque in person was not an option. Alberto took exceptional care of me. He sent me videos in great quality of engine/interior and exterior. He made sure to answer all my questions and concerns in detail. He even made sure to follow up with me on his days off and while on vacation! And even weeks after delivery Alberto is still available through text/call which is very comforting. Being across the country, Alberto really made sure I was comfortable with this transaction. Without Alberto's constant contact I definitely would have NOT made such a large purchase like this. The dealer offered shipping for $500 anywhere in the US and while the delivery service was a 3rd party trucking company and in no way affiliated with CarVision. My car made safely across the US and in great shape. I've been driving my Range Rover for a few weeks now and I've had ZERO issues. Everything works great! All and all this was a very pleasant transaction. If I had one negative thing to say, it was CarVision's ridiculous call center. They called me 5 days after I bought the Range Rover to ask if I was still interested in buying it haha. Want my advice? Get through the silly call center and go directly through the Maple Shade location. Ask for Alberto. He'll take care of everything you need! read more

I also dislike this company and location. Great salesman but no sympathy and real help toward a customer. My mom's car was supposedly "serviced and cleared" yet breaks down a month after purchasing. Never coming here for a car. Terrible inventory and cars are not reliable. I also went to get a review of a car and dude begged for a review online. I see why you guys have a low rating. read more

If I could give ZERO Stars I would. Boyfriend went in to only look for a car. He walked around saw a couple and we left and said we'll be back next week. Next week comes, we go in to see and only look! We see this red tesla and wanted to see it in-person. They showed us a car fax that said NO accidents and no damage! Also, when my boyfriend was signing the paperwork, they slid and hid the actual car fax into the paperwork stating it was in an accident but my boyfriend thought he was signing the car fax from the sales rep that showed us on his computer. When my boyfriend was driving off the lot there's been non stop problems with this car. They DID NOT disclose anything wrong with the car nothing zippo. Theres SAFETY issues with the car. The cars sensors are covered from car vision "fixing" the bumper. Also, they sold the li.ited warranty that we said NO too. All they did was put a new bumper on top of the car sensor. Car paint doesn't even match. The trunk doesn't open by itself. The tire sensors are not working. They lied through and through. We need a solution. It's been 2 months of non stop problems. We've been to multiple tesla dealerships and they said they can't fix it because the car was from a tesla wholesale group and sold it because it wasn't sellable from teslas point of view. We've been back to the car visions in maple shade nj location. The person who greeted us stated that Miles the sales associate said he quit but come to find out the sales manager said he didnt quit and said he's our best sales employee laughing while saying it. Sales manager was very rude and unprofessional. Laughing at us and saying nothing can be done unless you bring the car back THEM for a COPAY for them to only LOOK at it?!? We said no why would we want you guys to touch the car and make it probably worse. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEYRE SCAMMY. only care about selling and numbers. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but I was amazed by this place. Good location, clean, inviting showroom. We never felt pressured or rushed. Our salesman, Angel Soto was great! The guy was friendly and genuine and it was cool to watch all of his colleagues interact. We got a really good deal here on a great wrangler. Dominic the sales manager was great as well. He was receptive to our comments and really wanted us to leave happy... which we did! CarVision exceeded our expectations. We will recommend and be back for sure!! read more

Really wish I had checked Yelp before buying but it was Covid and I was desperate. They have HORRIBLE customer service. It seems like their entire operation is build around making sure you can never get ahold of anyone, leaving messages only for them to never call you back, and just wait for you to give up. Now I'm stuck with a broken down car in SC and a useless $3k extended warranty. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY and there's nothing you can do. read more

I had a great experience at CarVision in Maple Shade. My experience was stellar because of Jesse Kirk who made my visits there feel like his top priority, lots of fun, and stress-free. This dealership is entirely unorganized, unfocused, and does not show authentic empathy towards customers when time is wasted at the hands of the dealer. We found a vehicle online, called the dealer to discuss seeing and testing the car, drove 3 hours from out of state arrived at the dealer, and this is where all the issues began: 1. The dealer incorrectly listed a different vehicle under our profile. We arrive and are being shown a different vehicle. 2. The vehicle was incorrectly listed by the company for this location when in fact it was at another location 2 1/2 hours away. 3. We were told someone from their company would get the vehicle while we waited, no one ever did. 4. Two of the managers we spoke with gave us incorrect information. One said the vehicle sold, when in fact it didn't. The other spoke about the vehicle as if it was at this location, speaking on how well it drives, all other perks, when he never even drove the car. 5. We were told prior to arriving, a warranty was offered. We get to the dealer and now no warranty is offered on this brand of vehicle. We walk outside, see the same brand vehicle, different model, warranty sticker is on the window. When we inquired, they mention it was limited warranty (which was never mentioned or offered to us). Overall, this dealer gave a lot of misleading and incorrect information, all to get us to come to the dealer and waste our time. When I shared the frustration, an insincere sorry was offered. Our salesman never even approached us to apologize. In fact, he was working on someone else's paperwork while we were left in the dark about the lack of progress regarding our potential car. Did I mention that we walked into the dealer with a loan approval already? The only good thing about this dealer was their clean restrooms. Don't waste your time with this LEMON dealership. read more

Never buy a car or truck from here. The customer service is terrible on the phone and in person. You can never talk to someone and they don't care about you after you sign the papers. Truck broke down not even a mile away from the shop and took them a week to figure out how to fix it. The mechanics there are not good and should not be trusted and sales department only cares about making a sale that's it anything after that or any ongoing issues are of no interest to them. My Mother is looking for a decent Car to get around in. She came into a little bit of Money, not a ton but certainly enough to find her reliable transportation. I am trying to find her something reliable that won't chew up all of the cash she's getting. So I have been searching all the local dealers for something for her. I have found several cars over several local dealerships and since not only do I want the car to be mechanically sound she needs to feel comfortable driving it. That was for context and it exactly what I am telling each dealer that we visit. Roger at CarVision (Maple Shade) the salesman that was assisting us seemed to understand that. He was helpful and engaging. We test drove both cars we came to look at, one had a couple of issues and the second was a contender. So we informed Roger of that and thanked him. We then told him we had some cars at other dealers we wanted to checkout first before we made a decision. That they were merely the first stop in the process. He seemed OK with this but he said he had to talk to his manager first and asked us to wait. This had me raise an eyebrow but we waited a couple of minutes and I forget the guys name that came over but he wanted to know if there was anything else we wanted to look at before leaving and I politely told him no, and that we had seen what we needed and we have other cars to look at before making a decision. Then came the pressure. ( I hate pressure sales and I don't know what purpose it serves except to annoy people like me ) I asked him if he makes a decision on a major purchase after looking at one option. He fired back immediately that he would if he loved it. Without missing a beat I returned with "Ok then we liked it we didn't love it" Then he asked us to wait while he talked to his manager ( HOW MANY MANAGERS DOES THIS PLACE NEED? ) Perhaps if they had less managers like this they might make more sales. I could tell Roger looked uncomfortable. Roger knows I'm not coming back to that place without my ever having said a word. But that car was a serious contender. Now, I don't care what kind of deal they throw at me. I will not walk back into that place. All those managers did is talk me out of buying a car there now or EVER! read more

Next Monday will be 45 days from the date of purchase of the Tesla Model 3 in Car Vision. Why do I know this? Because on Monday, the first payment on the loan for my husband's dream on which he did not travel a day. More precisely, 1 day from the moment of purchase at the New Jersey CarVision until the air conditioner breaks down. One day. Or maybe it was broken? We're not sure, because we were incredibly happy. I give this dealer 5 stars. Think of it as spitting at the CEO of this creepy company. Please note that the cars do not have any check before they are sold. It is difficult not to identify the impending breakdown of the air conditioner if the car is checked. Especially an electric car. What's important. The manager promises every Friday that the car will be ready on Monday. And every Monday they promise to make a car on Friday. It sounds like a joke. Or bullying. Probably, if we were Americans, we would be treated differently. But these are just my guesses. What's important. We were given a replacement car. Guess what's wrong with her? Her air conditioner doesn't work too! It's over 100 degrees outside. Are you guys serious? I sincerely recommend driving past CarVision if you are planning to buy a car. And if you're already there, run outside! read more

I tried to buy a car here, found one I liked online at a decent price and would have bought it cash day of if I could have. The problem was, it was a their PA location and I wanted to buy it at their NJ location. So instead of saying "No we don't really care enough to move the car and sell it to you." they pretended they were going to move it, even told me times it would be at the NJ location by but they never moved it. Finally after multiple stops in, and hours of driving wasted. I gave up with them told the sales person I was done and they didn't need to worry about moving the car anymore and walked out. His response was that he would call me when it got moved regardless, incase I was still interested (he never did because it never got moved I guess). I did however get a call from them days later saying a missed my appointment.... Bottom-line: -The appointment scheduling people will aggressively try to get you in. (paid per appointment maybe?) -The sales staff are uninterested in making sales (guessing they aren't commission) -The management is poor (a Maple Shade manager was the one who said they would move that car that day but it wasn't moved the next day) read more

My name is Kenneth Ragland and I'm a retired police officer who served as an auto theft investigator. The purpose of this review is to make the public aware of what I personally believe is an auto dealer (Car Vision) who demonstrates poor customer service in every sense of the word. As an individual eager to purchase a Tesla, Rocky, one of the managers refused to share with me particulars about the vehicle in an attempt to hide info about the vehicle. For over a week, I asked for info to purchase the vehicle to obtain a check or wire money from my bank. Instead of displaying good customer service by being open and honest with me this business refused to return my calls. I strongly encourage those looking for a vehicle to take your business to a dealership you can trust. As their poor reviews confirm, you'd been forewarned . DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM CAR VISION OF MAPLE SHADE!!! read more

Came in to buy a specific car. Salesman didn't even go over numbers before trying to run my credit. Then he made up income not realizing I made way more than what he made up and it ruined my chance to buy the car. Don't do business with Miles Martin if you find your way in there. He repeatedly lied about fees and rates etc. I was a gm for several years and called him on his lies. Then lied about even having the car and sold it to someone later that day and lied again the next morning again. Complete bullshitters. read more

If you are thinking of purchasing a car from this "dealership" and spending your hard earned money please take the time and read this review. We submitted an online inquiry about a car and received countless emails following up-which initially was great. We then received numerous texts about setting up an appointment, which we did. We drove about an hour to see a specific vehicle that was verified was in stock. From the time we arrived it was an absolute mess. We entered the showroom and were told, not asked to sit down and wait because they were short staffed and busy. Three different team members asked if we had an appointment and then took the group before us that did not have an appointment. After about 30mins of sitting a gentleman who's name I do not know (tattoo of NJ on his neck) came and asked the same questions but actually got us the car for a test drive. The car was as described and we wanted to make a deal, after being sat down and waiting over an hour they finally came to us with numbers, the only problem was it was $6500 more then the listed price. The salesman (Bradley) acknowledged the error and said he would talk to his manager to get us an updated contract. After another 30mins or so of waiting he came over and said "you guys know how much these sell for?" which we obviously did. He then told us that the person who does the online listings made a mistake and that his manager was going to investigate but that they would need to honor the price because this was essentially a "bait and switch"-his exact words. He explained that he would call us with corrected numbers and that we could return around 5pm that day to finalize the deal. The call never came and the car is now listed online at the higher price. This so called dealer engages in unethical business practices, their advertised prices seem too good to be true because they are. read more

Initially at the time of sale the experience was great but it took them 75 days to make it to the tag office me constantly calling and getting the run around. by the time someone finally got to apply for the plate my insurance was out motor vehicle system so no plate was issued by a title was. You think they would've called me to let me know, hell no. I had to do the leg work myself and pay for the tag myself. This was supposed to be included in Tax, Title and tags. Be careful, they falsely advertise their Tesla's online. They will list them as higher trims than they are. I inquired about a 100D, they text me saying it was a 75D. Then I got an "offer" texted to me. When I look, they had lowered the price of the vehicle by $100 but raised the price of the document fee by $100. I was also suppose to receive a message from a sales manager with videos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Weekend passed by and no one ever contacted me. Be careful when purchasing from this dealership. I walked away from it since they'd already tried to get one over on me with the incorrect trim and then with the fee. read more

Let's be clear. Asking someone in the 2nd sentence speaking to them for a credit check to test drive a vehicle is a pretty big no no. Pretty cringe. Test driving is the cost of doing business. If I can't test a product I'm interested in buying you can believe it won't be purchased from you. You can ask for a drivers license and be normal and not act like a total stereotypical used car dealership. AND, A $60,000 vehicle is not a "luxury" vehicle...it's literally the median price of cars today. read more

A waste of time. I had an appointment to see a specific car this morning. I told them I would be coming in from out of town, and that I'd have to rent a car and drive about an hour to get to their Maple Shade location. They confirmed my appointment at least 5 times. I rented a car, drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived they told me the car I had arranged to see was at another location and it would take 2 hours to have it delivered to Maple Shade. As "compensation for my time," they offered to give me a deal on an extended warranty or some kind of deal on detail work. When I told them I wasn't interested in an extended warranty or detail work, they told me they'd fill up the gas tank for me (LOL), but wouldn't move on price. If they had seemed at all apologetic for wasting my time, I might have waited, but all they did was offer me "compensation" that was worthless to me and give me a convoluted story, the gist of which seemed to be that the people who set appointments don't actually know where their cars are located, so these screw ups happen regularly--as though I'm supposed to be consoled by the idea that their business model is to waste their customers' time, so it isn't personally directed at me? Buyer beware went to this dealership twice for two different vehicles. What a waste of time, the run around was immaculate. The first vehicle I was told online it was at one location , only to take the 1 hr drive to find it was somewhere else. Oh no it gets better I had trade in after 2-3 hrs for the appraisal I was told someone would give me a call, because the person who purchases their vehicles was out of town. Good thing I didn't hold my breathe. Apparently I'm a gluten for punishment as if the fist time wasn't shenanigans. I went for a different vehicles on a different low and behold they have vehicle but it needs repairs , didn't even that was a thing to list a car your not ready to sell SMH!!!! What else there's more but I'm not trying to write a book. Buyer beware! My recent experience with Car Vision- Maple Shade was a nightmare! I purchased a car from Car Vision- Maple Shade location last November (less than a year ago). During the purchase, I was advised to purchase the Platinum Coverage (highest) package and was told "if there is any issue, Car Vision's service department would take care of it." It is now summer and after attempting to use the air conditioning, the passenger side of the vehicle blew out hot air. I took the car to the service department and was told that I would need to pay $125 for them to simply diagnose what could be wrong. Then, I was told the cost to repair the air would be $300. When asking for clarity, the service department responded, "the sales department just says anything to sell those coverage packages, but the charge fee must remain." After moving forward with service, the department told me it would be worked on immediately the following day and ready for pick up no later than 40 minutes upon opening. However, the next morning, I was told it wouldn't be ready until mid day, and upon paying, the service representative did not know how to work the payment system, ran my debit card 3 times, and had to call another Car Vision location. As a result, I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. This is unacceptable to someone who made a purchase, with the highest level of protection, less than a year prior. I highly recommend that you either take your business to a different Car Vision location or auto dealership altogether. read more
