Siobhan did an amazing job at helping us secure a newer vehicle with a trade in! We walked in with little cash and an older vehicle to trade in, credit wasn't that great either but she made it work for us! Thank you so much!

Quick and easy buying experience. They have a large selection of vehicle it was to decide which to choose. Hilda is awesome and I highly recommend asking for her.

    Conversation with the salesperson
    Fernando B.

Nothing is worse than expressing my displeasure of car shopping, so when I was up front with the salesperson, he confessed to me that this was his first sales job. I reiterated that I've been in sales for over 36 years just give me the details I can to the math. Well that didn't happen he forced me to test drive a car and he badgered me to run my credit report, which came back at a 761, not too shabby for someone making over 2,000 k a year try to finance a car that is worth less than $20,000. After 4hrs of comparing cars (most were lemon law dealer buy backs) you wax for $3,500 at a 10% rate, I should have walked away then but I gave the salesperson one more try to buy the car and I would get my own money from my bank which I offered as you can see the text below. Their reluctancy to sell me the car probably stems from my refusal to use their inflated bank rates and buy their useless extended warranty. Places like Carvision is why people had sales, typical used car salesman tactics

Siobhan Petrick was super friendly and helpful when my husband and I went into the dealership in maple shade car shopping a few weeks ago.

I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I purchased a BMW SUV from VIP Auto, and since the time of purchase, the vehicle has had ongoing mechanical issues that have significantly affected its reliability. The vehicle has spent more time being repaired than driven. I made multiple attempts to have these issues addressed through VIP Auto, but I was turned away on several occasions or unable to receive consistent support. While one member of management did assist with some repairs, the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of sale raises serious concerns. After the purchase, I was informed by BMW service professionals that the vehicle showed signs consistent with prior accident-related damage, including observations made during service. This concern was also acknowledged in follow-up discussions. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and I was not provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax prior to completing my purchase. Additionally, there are visible areas on the vehicle that appear to have been repainted. This would have significantly impacted my decision to proceed. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I continue to pay for; however, it was extremely difficult to find a repair facility that accepted it. By the time I located a participating mechanic, much of the coverage period had been lost. After seeking service directly through BMW, I was presented with thousands of dollars in necessary repairs. Even with partial assistance from the dealership, I still incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses, including tires and ongoing repairs. To this day, the vehicle still requires service. In addition, I was placed into a high-interest loan and attempted to contact the salesperson regarding refinancing, but I did not receive a response. Due to the repeated mechanical issues, concerns regarding undisclosed prior damage, and ongoing financial burden, I have explored my rights under New Jersey consumer protection and lemon law guidelines. This has been an extremely difficult and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to obtain an independent inspection, review all vehicle history reports, and carefully evaluate warranty and financing terms before proceeding.

She's an absolute rock star and by far the best sales person I've ever encountered! Seriously, she should be cloned...every dealership should have a Teri Chew. My gal hooked me up with yet another awesome car and I was primed and ready! Although since it was coming all the way from NJ she insisted that I test drive one to be certain I absolutely-positively love-loved the car. So drove almost six hours (round trip) to my nearest Land Rover dealership in Glenwood Springs, CO. Teri arranged the whole thing...hooked us up with Kyle (who btw was awesome) and boom! Once I drove it, it was a done deal! All in all, Teri gave me an ah-mazing deal, paid for the transportation and...wait for it...when the car was delivered there was a sweet little Land Rover Teddy Bear clutching the steering wheel! Not only that she was thoughtful enough to give me gold key fobs because she knows how much I love gold and my hubby and I always got our silver keys confused. Need I say more?

When I messaged the sales person who was working with me and asked for a true out the door price because I didn't want to waste anyone's time and wasn't going to buy if there was hidden fees involved, they completely ghosted me and stopped answering my calls. A few weeks later, I found another listing I was interested in. I paid a mechanic $200 to go and inspect the vehicle before I drove 2 1/2 hours there. I confirmed with the sales person several times that the vehicle I was interested in was available and ready for inspection from the mechanic I was sending, even up to a half hour before the mechanic arrived. When the mechanic arrived, they told him that the vehicle was in the body shop and he was unable to look at it or inspect it because the body shop was over an hour away. This just seems so suspicious and brings up so many red flags. I'm out my $200 now and I absolutely do not want to work with the dealership, especially after reading other reviews. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted them to reimburse me for the $200 they lost me, He told me He would credit me $200 on another vehicle and that their best sales person AZ will call me back in a half hour. AZ Never called me back and I'll be taking them to small claims court for my $200.

The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. Didn't think I would be ignored. I no longer have the vehicle but do appreciate you leaving your contact info here tho I didn't see it until now. You had all of my info and could have responded to me after all the messages and emails I sent but it is what it is now. Learning experience on my part.

When it came time for me to trade in my 72k mile Infiniti G37x Coupe and switch up to another AWD vehicle, this time a Nissan Murano...I found plenty to choose from in all trim levels in near new condition. I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. I'm considering keeping what I have and purchasing a 2nd car and I'll keep CarMax on my list of places to shop (If they have what I'm looking for).
