Since the return was two days old I went with original packing and receipt. The guy at the store was completely rude and argued he needs to test in case he is satisfied that lights are faulty he will speak with the dealer for replacement. ( Takes 5 - 10 days ) . He was not ready for exchange or store credit. when I pulled the return policy they mentioned it is not applicable. Prices are high (actual cost for the light combo in REI and AMAZON is 60$ whereas I spent 83$ ) with no support. Please don't waste your time and energy.

However, I do like the convenience of shopping in store when I need something right away. I will say the parking lot of the Bellevue store always makes me jittery when going there because the spaces are tight or awkwardly designed. Not to mention the amount of cars circling the parking lot makes me concerned about fender benders, which leads me to avoid it if I can.

There are good boot fitters and there are Steve. He is levels about any other boot fitter I've met…read more(and I've met a ton). I've been struggling finding a boot to work with a low volume foot for years, and have worked with many boot fitters on solutions (as I now understand) would never work. If I had seen Steve in the first place a decade ago, I could have skipped all that brain damage and wasted money, and had some much better seasons. Getting this level of boot fitting is the best thing anyone can do to improve their skiing.

Owner never should have had us come in at 11:00am either only one man onion until we started calling at 3;30-4pm asking ho we no much longer! Never go on a Sunday to have a bike rack installed!! This was way too long for this job and not enough help for one guy working installing a bike rack! Owner had no idea how long 7 HOURS on a job which should have been completed much earlier! Owner had no idea but insisted it could be done by 5pm! WRONG!! Do NOT believe The owner. Book a shop closer than our 1.5 hours to get home as we finally reveived our car at 6:05pm at night! PLUS it's evening traffic!! This was nutts to go in on a Sunday! This owner should havenBooked our install at 8 am on a weekday and not 11am on a Sunday!!!! We were only here for 3 days and 2 nights so we needed rackets and stringing service asap so it was a rush trying to get our ducks in a row. While the price was steep it is an investment. You don't buy new shoes, bags, or rackets every year if you take good care of your items. Save money, budget wisely, and you will get what you need.
