I visited this location recently to have some golf clubs re-gripped. I looked them up online first…read moreand saw they had the grips I was looking for, at a reasonable price, and offered free installation with the purchase. I wanted to check other competitors on my way so I stopped at another nearby golf store which had a slightly higher price and zero customer service. I was delighted when I entered Puetz that the store manager asked me right away what I was looking for and then proceeded to help me determine what size I needed. After I made the decision to purchase the grips and get them installed, the next day I got a call from the repair technician. He informed me my extensions in my shafts were just spinning around in there and I needed them re-epoxied. He offered to do this service for a dollar more per club! In the end, I was blown away by the customer service at Puetz and the results of working with them. I highly recommend any golfing needs for you to visit a Puetz location!

Absolute BEST fitting experience in the entire Bellevue Seattle area…read more I have gone to Club Champions, Puetz for prior fittings. (Of course Puetz, at least Bellevue, is not a proper fitting experience or at the same level of Club Champions.) But Gregg Rogers blows them all away BY FAR. Never once felt like I was getting pressured for upsell at Gregg Rogers during my multiple fittings--For those that have gone for fitting at CC, I'm sure you know what I am talking about--It seems like their fitters get compensated by some sort of commission? That's the vibe I get. At Gregg Rogers's: They genuinely help get you into the best clubs/set up for YOUR game. Highly highly highly recommend this for golfers that appreciate a true honest proper club fitting experience.

His knowledge of how the body works is unsurpassed. A lot of my friends are PGA pros and whenever I've asked them for help with my swing they tell me the same things I've heard before. Stuff that I've heard since I was a beginner. But every time I took a lesson from Greg, I walked out of their hearing and learning something I never heard before. Steve J. asked my price range and what I wanted to accomplish with my clubs upfront, and we quickly had a few initial testers based on that. I hit a 10 shot group with my current gamers and compared from there. It pays to have your swing figured out before coming in to get fitted-- the club is only as consistent as you are. Steve was upfront about his preference for Wilson but gave me a solid selection of clubs outside of theirs, and was not pushy at any point in the process. Was helpful and suggested several things I should consider in regard to lie angle, shaft, ect without trying to upsell. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, got a fair price for my old clubs given their age, and left very happy with everything. There may be more "premium" vendors in the area, but I will 100% be using these guys for anything golf related in the future.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Brevin Brown at GOLFTEC. He was really good…read moreat identifying the biggest areas where I could improve my swing and focusing on the things that would actually make a difference. What I appreciated most about Brevin was how well he communicated. If something didn't click for me right away, he would find another way to explain it or demonstrate it until I understood not only what I needed to change, but why I was changing it. He was also really flexible with my own comfort level and abilities instead of trying to force me into one specific way of swinging. Every single lesson I left with more knowledge and, more importantly, a plan for what I needed to work on at the driving range or practice greens. All of the technology, video, and feedback GOLFTEC provides is great, but having a coach like Brevin behind all of it is what made the experience excellent. I had a total of seven 30 minute lessons with Brevin, and the difference in my understanding of the golf swing and how to control different parts of it is honestly wild compared to when I started. I can't help but laugh when I watch the before and after videos from my first lesson compared to my last. My driver was my main focus coming in and we chipped away at that club for 3-4 lessons and the work paid off. I am finding fairways way more consistently and I understand what's going wrong when I don't. I had always hit the ball far but had troubles hitting it straight. I just recently hit my longest drive of 327 that rolled up to a green on a par 4. That would have been a lottery winning shot a few months ago but I come to the tee box expecting to put the ball far down the hole and in play now. I was consistently shooting in the 90s when I started. Since then, I've dipped into the 80s a handful of times and have a new personal best of 86. More importantly, I feel like I actually understand my swing now and have the knowledge and technique to continue improving on my own. 10/10 coach. 10/10 facility. If you're looking at taking lessons at GOLFTEC, I would absolutely recommend Brevin Brown.
