We waited a very long time in line (all the lines were back into the aisles), and when we were finally helped, the cashier, a very sweet older gentleman who clearly seemed to be having a rough day, rang up our groceries only for the payment keypad to freeze and stop working. He became flustered, and we were moved to another register. It was uncomfortable to watch him try to get help from a manager who appeared annoyed rather than supportive.
