These are hands down the least flavorful noodles I've ever had. No soy, salt, spice, sesame...there's nothing. It's almost confusingly bland searching for any kind of discernible flavor. The egg drop soup was okay though, and the service was polite and friendly.

If you want a quick meal and cheap. This is the place. Big portions for great price. I love their roasted duck here. Always my go-to. The veggies changes daily. Would come again. This location closes later than the chamblee one.

I ordered the roast crispy pork over rice, but the pork wasn't crispy at all.

I ordered the roast crispy pork over rice, but the pork wasn't crispy at all. I made sure to arrive early, so I know it wasn't sold out--I even saw it on display. It's disappointing because it feels like they might be using older pieces of pork for their rice plates. If that's the case, I could definitely find better quality elsewhere. Despite everything, it was a pretty large portion size.

We had the Peking Duck which was amazing! Excellent value and tasty dishes with enough for leftovers. The honey barbecue pork is always a favorite

You can never go wrong with Ming's. Their service is quick and their food is great. Almost as authentic as it gets in Duluth for Cantonese.

Great food! So many places to pick from in Duluth. This was a great find! Service good. Ambiance: lots of food to see.

My cousin took me here on my visit. I had the beef with vegetables over rice. It was fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Duck and pork over rice
    Tamara R.

Had dinner here on a Thursday night with a friend. It wasn't so busy so we got seated right away. The menu is a bit overwhelming to look at but I like the fact that they have pictures on the menu of what the dishes look like. When I come here, I usually order a dish with duck so I ordered the crispy pork and duck over rice and my friend ordered the duck with tofu over rice. My dish was good but my friend's dish was even better! I would definitely recommend the duck and tofu over rice. They stir fried the duck and tofu in a flavorful sauce. I didn't mind the duck skin not being crispy but if you want crispy duck skin, then I would order something else. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I I would definitely come back here when I'm in the area.

This restaurant used to be my go to spot for Cantonese food (especially for the roasted duck and crispy pork) but after the last few visits, I've been quite disappointed. The service has went down. The food was ok, but still not the same as before. I'm not sure if owner and/or chef has changed ? Also, they used to not charge for rice if you ordered a meat dish but now they do BUT the servers insisted that they never did that and we were just making that up..... which made us upset. We don't mind paying for rice but don't lie either. Another time, we ordered take out and they automatically charged 18% tip without our permission or Knowledge. This place has changed a lot so be aware.

Food was 8/10 ------ Honey roast pork is 10/10 - tender fatty and delicious Roast pork I give 7/10 because it looked refried instead of fresh...how do you tell? The meat is browned instead of white. And you can tell the skin is not as crispy as fresh Roast duck 8/10 - nothing special White rice - dry Yang zhou fried rice - good flavor SERVICE the lady who came speaks English/Chinese and probably Vietnamese too. She was nice taking our order, woman of very little words. What irked me the most was when I paid in cash...she looked like she was having trouble finding bills that weren't $1s or $5s so I said just give me $20 back instead of $25. She balked at me and said "that's it?? For the tip??" Lady, that's behavior to get you no tip, wtf? I'm not your boss. I was planning on giving her more at the table but I mean your loss. Greed over a tip when you did nothing over the top or make conversation the whole time I was there. Just yikes. Order to go for tasty honey bbq pork!

I've been coming to Mings bbq with my family ever since they first opened. Today I got their roast duck noodles and it was perfect. I love the huge portion and how much duck they give you. My favorite part of the dish actually was the noodles. They were perfectly chewy and not too soft at all. Al dente so to speak :) The broth was delicious as well and it was so much food that I ended up taking some home. Love the late hours as they are one of the few restaurants that open until 11pm everyday including Sunday.

Out of all the food stalls in the food court, this one was the most popular when I went. It was pretty lively in the back corner, which is where this place is located. I thought the service was fine. The workers are there to get work done, not to perform outstanding customer service. I got the Crispy Pork on Rice! I love getting this meal at these Cantonese/Chinese places. I found the pork belly to be really tasty. There was a nice marinade over the skin and meat, plus the skin was pretty crispy even when some of the pieces got a little too moist inside the container. I thought there was a generous portion of the crispy pork in my meal. There were some mustard greens in the rice plate which added nice variation in taste. I also got a small cup of complementary soup on the side which I did not try but it did smell good. Overall, I think that my meal was pretty good. I would probably come back if I am ever inside the Great Wall Supermarket.

They first attempted to give me part of my order to dine-in, even though I mentioned to-go. The person trying to hand me the partial order attempted to blame me for not mentioning to-go, then her co-worker who took the order stepped in and said it's to go. After some back and forth between the two of them, they went ahead and gave my partial order to someone else and had that order prepped to-go. Fine and dandy. What time do you think I finally got my order? Remember, it was placed at 4:00pm. Lo and behold, they call me up at 4:56pm. Not only that, they called me up to someone else's order. I know this because I chimed in and said it's been an hour. The order taker replied that it's only been a few minutes. I presented him the receipt. He reads it and says, "Oh." Then he tells the lady to switch the bags because mine wasn't the one they tried to hand me. No apology. No, "Thank you for your patience." Nothing whatsoever besides an, "Oh." Food is good. Seating and ambiance is in a torn down, desperately in need of remodeling, Chinese grocery store. So to your oh, I say hell no. Ain't worth the disrespect and certainly my time.

There are some differences to how menu items are made/taste from when I first had it, so I feel as though the chef has most likely changed. It's both good and bad because the menu items with taro aren't quite as nice as before, but other things are either the same or better like the Beef Ho Fun for example. The chicken feet have changed too, but both were good. All the classic items are still basically the same. I liked the pan fried chives dumplings and beef cheung fun here. I can't speak for dinner or how it is on the weekdays, but it's quite busy over the weekends, which is expected for dim sum. It's a large space too, but once it's busy, you'll have to take a number and wait for a table. There's some seating along the side of the entrance to wait, but it may still take awhile. Usually, only one person really has to go and take a number, so if possible, one person should strive to get there earlier.

The dish also came with what looked like Chinese broccoli, which added a nice balance to the meal. The portion size was great -- it came in a standard takeout container but was definitely enough for both of us to share and feel full. The BBQ pork was the highlight for me (4/5). It was tender, juicy, and nicely caramelized with that classic sweet-savory glaze. The edges had a slight char that added extra depth, and each bite was flavorful without being overwhelming. The roasted pork, on the other hand, was just okay (2.5/5). While the skin had a bit of crispiness, the meat itself leaned on the tougher side and wasn't as juicy as I'd hoped. Unfortunately, there were quite a few bony pieces, which made it feel like we were getting less actual meat. Flavor-wise, it was a bit underwhelming and didn't have the same richness or satisfying texture as the BBQ pork. One thing that really stood out was the sauce poured over everything -- it was savory, slightly sweet, and tied all the components together really well. I also appreciated that the overall dish wasn't too salty, which made it easier to enjoy without feeling heavy. Service-wise, the cashier was friendly and answered our questions clearly, which made ordering easy. Since it's located in a food court, there was plenty of seating available, and it wasn't busy at all for a Saturday around 5 PM -- a nice, relaxed dining experience. Overall, a solid, affordable food court option if you're craving Cantonese BBQ. I'd definitely come back for the BBQ pork, but might try a different second meat next time.
