I've visited a number of times and the staff is always nice and professional. There's been some staff turnover but the new folks are just as good as the previous ones. They all work hard and are never grumpy. The store is is big, airy and always perfectly clean. I don't remember ever seeing papers or crumbs left on any of the table when I walked in. The prices are high, but when you consider the excellent quality, the always fresh bread, and the large portions, I think it's a pretty good value. Just take home what you cannot eat there. Parking is a little tight in this strip mall, but keep in mind that you can also park on the south side.
