The coffee was slightly bitter, not too sweet. The drink also had a piece of coconut in it. The frappe was very sweet. Both drinks were a little pricey, but I'd probably still get the coffee again. A large variety of dried snacks and jerky in the center. Next to the register, you get full view of how the bánh mì is made, and I never get tired of watching. The bánh mì itself is pretty darn good. The bread here has to be the crunchiest bánh mì bread I have ever eaten. It's still light and airy inside, but the crust is phenomenally crunchy and gets absolutely everywhere. The pickled vegetables are on point, and the combination ham and BBQ are exactly how they should taste. If you've never had bánh mì before, then I totally recommend this place. And TOTALLY get the BBQ beef for guaranteed deliciousness.

I've been here a couple of times now, and I really like the atmosphere. It's modern, and the music choices were great. They played a mix of American cover songs and Vietnamese music that felt cozy and timeless, which made the place feel welcoming. They also have plenty of tables, whether you're coming with a big party or dining solo. You can sit down for a full meal, stop in for a quick bite, or grab something to go. There's a private parking lot to the right of the restaurant, and both times I've been here, there was plenty of space. The menu has a nice mix of Vietnamese dishes, from pho and rice plates to banh mi if you're looking for something quick or want takeout. I also like that you can come here just to enjoy a drink, whether that's one of their teas or a smoothie. I've tried the kumquat iced tea and the matcha latte with egg foam. Both were nice options to try, especially if you're in the mood for something other than a regular coffee. I also had the bun rieu, and this was probably the most personal part of my visit. It really reminded me of my family's home cooking, which made it feel comforting and familiar. It's always nice when a dish brings back that feeling. They serve alcohol, too, and I was excited to spot Japanese whisky on the back wall. That's definitely something I want to come back for! Overall Service: Truong, the chef and a proud owner of the restaurant, was super friendly. I loved hearing her talk about her work and how much she enjoys what she does. I've also met another server here on both of my visits, and she's been really sweet each time. It's always nice getting to talk with people who enjoy what they do, and those little interactions made my visits even more memorable.

I will gladly eat it in the dead of summer, as long as the restaurant's AC is pumping, and my recent visit to this local gem is making me want to come back again the next time I'm driving by this area. Large bowl for $19, this massive bowl is worth every single penny. The portion was huge, but it's the quality that truly seals the deal. The broth is liquid gold. It hit that flawless balance with just a very slight hint of sweetness underlying the deeply savory, long-simmered beef base. It was clean and complex; the sip of this broth takes you to heaven. The meat, meatballs, tripe, and tendon were tender and added that authentic bite. The fresh spring rolls were just as good, although it kinda made me half full prior to the bowl; I still managed to eat 75% of the bowl. Yeah, it was that good! Service was friendly, the restaurant was comfy and clean, and the AC was wonderful. So, even if it's 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside, you can still enjoy a bowl of pho.

Shrimp Summer Rolls ($9.25) and C11. Grilled Pork Vermicelli ($17.25) to go and was given a pager. Though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, food was ready in about 10 minutes. Everything was packed in its own container. The shrimp summer rolls were wrapped in plastic food wrap and a container of peanut sauce complimented it. The summer rolls were packed with lettuce and had good taste. The grilled pork vermicelli was very filling. The vermicelli noodles were topped with grilled pork, lettuce, cucumber, sweet daikon radish and carrots, mint, fried onions, and peanuts. A container of house fish sauce was on the side. The grilled pork had good flavor, but it was cut into tiny strips and some were burnt. I wish it had more grilled pork. There was a lot of lettuce, but everything especially with the fish sauce on top, was tasty and delectable. Pho Ever Chicken is a great option in the food court. I am interested in trying their pho next time.
