The food court's always packed with people hanging out, so finding a seat is a hassle. I usually just take it to go. Parking's usually fine unless you show up midday on a weekend. Then good luck. Special Beef Soup- I actually got this one for my nephew, but he wasn't into it, so I tried it myself. Have to agree with him. The broth was light, but lacked flavor. The meats: sirloin, tripe, flank, meatballs were fine. Vietnamese Spring Rolls (3)- Fried with shredded carrots, bean noodles, ground pork and chicken. The shell had a nice crunch, but the filling was bland and underseasoned. Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli- Comes with lettuce, pickled carrots and daikon, mint, fried onions, peanuts, vermicelli, and fish sauce. The fish sauce helps, but I wasn't a fan of the chicken marinade. Overall Service: I usually end up circling the food court and somehow wind up here, mostly because it's the only Vietnamese stall. The food court in H Mart Burlington has many options. I've only had Woojeon Korean Cuisine previously in this food court, so I tried Pho Ever Chicken this time. I ordered A4. Shrimp Summer Rolls ($9.25) and C11. Grilled Pork Vermicelli ($17.25) to go and was given a pager. Though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, food was ready in about 10 minutes. Everything was packed in its own container. The shrimp summer rolls were wrapped in plastic food wrap and a container of peanut sauce complimented it. The summer rolls were packed with lettuce and had good taste. The grilled pork vermicelli was very filling. The vermicelli noodles were topped with grilled pork, lettuce, cucumber, sweet daikon radish and carrots, mint, fried onions, and peanuts. A container of house fish sauce was on the side. The grilled pork had good flavor, but it was cut into tiny strips and some were burnt. I wish it had more grilled pork. There was a lot of lettuce, but everything especially with the fish sauce on top, was tasty and delectable. Pho Ever Chicken is a great option in the food court. The food here are amazing! My family and I come here regularly to dine in the HMart dining area (despite my allergies to crowded areas) to have food from Pho Ever Chicken. Their chicken rice plate is amazing, and their pho is awesome! My son typically doesn't like to finish his food and he's a pretty picky eater, however the moment we get here he's summoning me to get the pho and chicken rice plate to start lol The ambiance is ok as it's a food court and it's quite busy at times, however we found some other amazing patrons who were kind enough to give us their seats as my son is now loving the dining experience at his ripe age of 6 years old. The staff here are beyond kind and sweet! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice affordable meal that will fill you up. read more

I recently visited a pho-ever chicken restaurant and overall, I had a decent experience. The noodle soup was good - nothing too special, but definitely not bad either. However, I was a bit disappointed with the plastic utensils provided. I understand that using plastic utensils is more convenient and cost-effective for the restaurant, but it took away from the overall dining experience for me. Overall, while the noodle soup was decent, i did appreciate the size. As far as the price it was in the higher range. the friendly service and pleasant atmosphere make this a good pho restaurant worth checking out. Closest to authentic I can find here in the area. Price increase but seems it's the norm now. I do like the pho. I order to pick up now and it's usually always good. I like they used fresh veggies. You can taste the mint etc so that's refreshing. A4 summer rolls are good. I get tofu. Peanut sauce is very good. They're kind of tasteless without the sauce to dip. Ive had some where noodles are not best maybe over cooked or not enough veg in them or the wrap feels soggy and at times they're perfectly done. Pork is by far most tastiest but I don't eat pork anymore. To go they use a lot of boxes and containers, kind of wasteful but u put your pho together at home. Very fast order and service- They gave me a beeper and I had my order in under 5 minutes. The food court was packed and all the tables taken so I had to eat standing up at the back counter. A newer stall inside H-Mart, your Asian supermarket headquarters for the North Shore. Our favorite (Woojean) was closed one day because of a snowstorm so we were forced to stray away from the comfort of our favorites and gave this one a whirl. I was craving pho so that's what I went with. While it's nice to get every meat offering in a bowl, there were some I didn't really want even though they were all given to me even after I asked to choose. My wife got a tofu bowl that was a brothless noodle bowl and she loved it, especially the ratio of veggies with the tofu. The fresh spring rolls were massive and the peanut sauce was just as it should be. The help was pleasant and quick, food was out in about five minutes although nobody ordered in front of us from what I could tell. They have a great selection of Vietnamese offerings but aren't all that distinguished from the others that you can get here. It's almost like you can throw a dart at the line of shops here and pick one to not be disappointed and get fairly standard Asian fare but better than standard for the area it is in. read more

I ordered the Seafood Noodle Soup (B10) for $10.95. It came in a HUGE bowl, probably the size of a basketball. It was enough for me to get full. It tasted great and plenty of imitation crab meat, fish balls, squid, and shrimp. Shrimp was small but I didn't care much because I felt like the price of the huge bowl was worth it. They included hoisin sauce and siriacha on the side, as well as Thai basil, bean sprouts, sliced jalapeños and a lime wedge. The Stir-Fry Beef is super good! A moderate spice, yet super rewarding for the flavor. The presentation is very nice with a scoop of rice, some beef and a side salad all on one plate. Cute and memorable name. It stood out at the food court area of the H-Mart in Burlington. We went on a Thursday evening and the food court was surprisingly busy. Waited in line and got fried shrimp (delicious) and a bowl of the chicken noodle pho to go. It did take awhile but that was okay as we were roaming around the store. The soup was fantastic although a bit loaded with lettuce. The pork was so good and the shrimp tasted nice and fresh. I really liked the broth. Price for both items was more than reasonable. The lady said, "no just give it to your husband." I laughed in disbelief and said, "I don't want to give it to my husband I want only shrimp and fish ball."
