I've used this company for years and have always had a great experience. Carter and Gabe came out the same day to clear our A/C drain line. They not only took care of the issue quickly, but also checked the rest of the system to make sure everything was working properly. Great service, knowledgeable technicians, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company! Up read more

Miller's team came through once again. I had a minor issue this time. They identified it and fixed it straight away. Always quick and always honest. A company with absolute integrity. read more

Miller came out and charged me $120 for diagnosing the AC issue that was not cooling. He said the previous repair person introduced a contaminant and charged me $1225 to fix the issue, including draining and putting in new freon. This did not fixed the issue and was told to replace the complete system. Needless to say, I went with a different repair company but spent almost $1450 for Miller work that did not fix the AC. read more

I rarely do reviews for companies, but our experience with Chris and Carter with Miller Climate Control warrants us to take the time to provide a positive review for them. We have a 5 year old Lennox HVAC system that has been nothing but problematic for us. We'd faithfully used the installing company for years, but their service drastically declined after being bought out by another company. I finally had enough of the other company overcharging us for jobs to replace failed warrantied parts and wanted to find a company that I could rely on to simply do the needed repairs at a fair price. Chris and Carter came out and successfully diagnosed the issue for our system that another company failed to diagnose. They were able to clearly explain the source of the issues with confidence and returned with the needed replacement parts after a couple of hours. They handled the warranty for the parts, replaced the parts and had the system back up and running after a few hours. The charge for their work was incredibly fair and was likely 4 to 5 times less than what our previous company would have charged. I will absolutely recommend Miller Climate Control to anyone who asks and am thankful to have found a company that I trust to continue to service our HVAC system moving forward. read more

Miller replaced my ac/heater system in 3hrs at a great price. They arrived early and didn't let rain stop them. They laid tarps in the house to keep the floor clean. read more

I would like to start out by saying Miller Climate Control is a top quality service. We have used them on two different occasions during the winter indoor heating issue and also in the summer for an outdoor problem with our cooling unit. They are a company you can trust and you can rest assure the job will be done right the first time. Mr. Miller has one of the best teams working for him they are very knowledgeable and they speak highly about working for the company. I will continue to use Miller Climate , I'd be the first person to pass along his card to anyone needing service. Using this company you can't go wrong. Thanks Miller Climate Control you are one of the Top companies in this area. Best service ever! Danny read more

Very professional and friendly. Reasonably priced and prompt service. Called them in the afternoon and they were there by 8 PM that same day. Repaired one AC and ordered a coil for the other which was in and installed two days later .. Another AC repair company told me they didn't know when they could get a coil and I would probably have to relace the whole system. read more

Wow, great service. Had an issue over the weekend, and they came out right way. Diagnosed the issue fast and fixed it quickly. Also, showed up when they said they would. read more

I had a neighbor, who recently moved away, and she posted a great review on our neighborhood Facebook page. Many others from our neighborhood also spoke highly of Chris Miller and Miller Climate Control. His crew was very polite, but better yet, they did an excellent job. Also, they did a thorough cleanup. Chris definitely my go to guy for HVAC. read more

We have used them for annual maintenance for over 3 years now. Highly recommend! Tech's are always and professional. Cason was great.

They came quick and didn't try to up-sell me, I really appreciated that. I've recommended them to several friends over the past year.

I met Chris Miller of Miller Climate Control back in 2017 and have never even considered calling another HVAC company since. Chris replaced my 23yr old AC unit in 2018 with a new Lennox system and I am so happy I found him the year before and knew who to call when my system was fried by an electrical storm. Very professional, very fair pricing and very prompt installation. I have had Chris do my 2x yearly maintenance under his Maintenance program and him as well as his entire team operate with the utmost integrity, are always courteous, professional, friendly, prompt and go above and beyond to make sure you understand and are satisfied. They have a great online scheduling system and are very flexible in scheduling as well. It is difficult to find local business owners who operate at this level, and I am blessed to have found Chris and Miller Climate Control. Highly Recommend! read more

Great service and detailed explanation. Is my go to when I need service, and local to Georgetown

Everything went as expected. Showed up on time, pleasant technician and no problems so that works for me.

Don't hire this guy. He no-showed on the 1st appointment then showed up 4 hours late to the rescheduled appointment. He literally broke my a/c and then left, leaving my family without a/c. He also yelled at me, in my own house. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Miller for our AC repair 8/23. He was able to diagnose the problem, find the part and have it installed all in the same day. Amazing! Couldn't be happier with our service and Chris will be our go to guy in the future. We had previously been working with KMAC Air conditioning and heating for the week and a half leading up to this. Their tech had come out twice and was never able to find locate the problem before recommending that we look elsewhere for help. Will definitely be referring people in the neighborhood to Chris if they experience any AC issues. Thanks again for your help! read more

I know my AC system quite well and explained to the Miller Climate Control technician that the AC pan in the attic had filled with water and that the moisture sensor had turned system off. He listened and reacted accordingly, and within minutes confirmed. Then without trying to find another more expensive "problem", he blew out the line, drained the pan and had the system cooling once again. There are 3 P's I use to categorize a new vendor. In order of importance for me they are - Prompt, Professional and Personable! And you guys were all of those things in spades. At the end of the visit if I ask for your business card, you can rest assured that I want to use you again, and that I will share your company with my friends, acquaintences and family. And I did ask for your business card. read more

Called last Sunday with AC out, Chris answered right away, was here in 15 minutes, and had it fixed in another 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service! read more

This company is outstanding -- prompt with their response time and very knowledgeable. Our AC was very old and not working. Chris was able to install and new system the next day so we didn't have to swelter in the Texas heat. read more

A/C went down Saturday evening so needed service on Sunday. Chris came out before noon and "agreeded" with my assessment lol! He changed the part out, as I'm sure he's done many times in his sleep! For a Sunday visit, I thought his price was reasonable, thus, I was grateful he came out and especially grateful he wasn't annoyed with me chatting and looking over his shoulder! So, great customer service! I highly recommend! read more

In the middle of a record-setting heat streak, our A/C decided that it was too hot and went on vacation. The indoor temp. hit 85 degrees and was still climbing, and being one of many Central Texans getting a taste of Hades, it was proving difficult to find someone available to come out on a Sunday evening to rescue us. We got a hold of Chris at Miller Climate Control, and he said he would be able to come out and help us in two hours after finishing his other calls. Not only did he arrive in half the time, he identified the problem immediately (bad capacitor), replaced it on the spot, and saved two weary parents from an inevitable night of complaining by the kids (they only complained it was too cold when they woke up in the morning). As with the other reviews (which I appreciate in helping me find Miller), I can't say enough about Chris and his team - all of the positive reviews highlighting their professionalism, responsiveness, experience, and genuine eagerness to help people with their desperate A/C problems are very well-deserved. I would HIGHLY recommend Miller for anything heat and A/C related. read more

Amazing people! Very fair price and honest assessment of the issue. Carter has come out several times and he is one of the nicest people. I just met Mr. Miller and he is the same, super nice. Having AC issues in the midst of a heat wave means you are truly at the mercy of the repair company and it is nice to know these guys are out there. They worked me in promptly, fixed the problem, and the price was fair. Can't ask for much more! read more

MY AC went out on a Monday. My home warranty company dispatched 2 different repair companies but neither could get to me until the next Monday earliest in 100 degree temps. Out of frustration with my warranty company I decided to just fix it out of my own pocket and a friend recommended Miller Climate Control. Amazing people, they came the same day I called and had my 25 year old AC (yes, 25...I'm a single mom with kid in college I need 3 more years out of these) running within an hour. The price not only was extremely fair but worth it and just really honest people to work with. Highly recommend!!! read more

Chris Miller was recommended to me to by my parents and I am so glad I used him. He was super efficient, very reasonably priced and trustworthy. He came out super quick and assessed the situation of my a/c not cooling properly. He ordered the needed parts and was out to fix it in no time. I will never use any other company. Chris and team were hospitable, respectful, and above all else, they were service minded. My AC stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday evening. After calling several "24-Hour" shops, nobody answered the phone on a Sunday evening. Finally called Miller Climate Control, and Chris Miller picked up the phone and I explained the symptom to him. He said he would be right over in 30min. He came as promised at 10:15pm and went straight to the outdoor unit. He pulled the cover off and he immediately knew that the capacitor was the culprit. Luckily he had a replacement part in his truck. He was able to swap out the part and my AC was up and running by 10:45pm. Would highly recommend Miller Climate Control for your air conditioner needs read more

I cannot express how grateful we are for the prompt response and service we received. Our AC stopped working near 9pm on a weekday, and decided to call Miller Climate Control based on reviews. We were definitely not disappointed! Mr. Miller was respectful and honest with repairs and feedback. He worked until late that evening making sure we had running AC to sleep comfortably. We highly recommend Miller Climate Control and we will definitely call them for any of our future AC needs. Thanks again for everything! read more

It's hard to find people who are passionate about what they do - Miller is top notch!

Superb service! Accidentally snipped a power cable to our air conditioner on a Saturday night prior to having a party at our house. This chap was at my property in 30 minutes, and fixed it very quickly. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended! read more

Our AC went out at 10pm and I'm online looking at reviews and the company I was considering had one reviewer that stated that his troubles didn't end until he switched to Miller HVAC. I thought I'd take a chance on them and boy was I glad I did. Not 20-min after arriving was the problem diagnosed and repaired for much less than I had feared. Chris and Luke were super professional and Chris took and answered all my questions on another HVAC upgrade I was considering. If you call Miller Climate Control... there's a very high likelihood of never having to find another AC company again. Very satisfied. read more

our a/c had been making a noise for a little while. we've never had it serviced before. I called Miller's and someone was out at my home that same day to do a tuneup. Summertime is not a fun time for the AC to give up the ghost! It ended up being a blessing in disguise though because we followed our neighbor's recommendations and called Chris Miller. MCC came out in short notice, fixed what he said was a common problem. he didn't have the part with him and apologized. it was the weekend. he made two trips and I got charged what I believe was too little for the job. There was an invoicing problem. the invoice was delayed for a long time. when they invoiced the job, I was on vacation and going to be gone for another month. they said wait until I get back. there's more to the story but they were totally above board about everything. I'll use them again read more

Our AC coils went bad and we contacted Miller Climate Control. Due to the current supply chain issues, it took a few weeks for the part to get delivered but Chris Miller was diligent in tracking the part down and had his team get the repairs done as quickly as possible. We've had numerous bad experiences with all other previously-used companies, so it was refreshing to have someone committed to providing the most prompt and professional service as possible. read more
