Extremely responsive: "I chose this profession!", were his words when I offered him to delay coming until after big Saturday football games ended, which he had hoped to see. Wow! Not happy with this recommendation at all. I'm representing a buyer that needs an AC inspection done before they purchase the home. Them being much older (late 70's - early 80's), I was trying to help them by reaching out to AC companies on their behalf. When I suggested this company to my client, they said, yes to them. I called the company back and I explained to the guy on the phone I kind of needed a tight window of time because I would have to meet them there to let them in AND that my client would be driving in from their home which is about 45 minutes away. All I was told was they would be there before noon. When I told the guy that didn't really work, he told me I could go somewhere else and hung up. So yeah, we will. Our A/C started blowing hot air this morning. Integrity Mechanical had installed our new unit 5 years ago. We called Integrity and they were at our house in 20 minutes! We were worried about the cost of this A/C repair; however, after checking the unit, it only needed a new capacitor. Due to it still being under warranty, the cost was $165, which was great! I had a service visit a few days ago. My outside unit would not turn on. Previously the capacitor gone out. I called "Integrity" and Ian responded. He was polite and responded quickly. After taking a look he replaced the capacitor. However when he went to flip the breaker there was a loud pop. He then proceeded to tell me that had shorted it out my system and blew the freon charge and that I would now have to replace the compressor and the freon. I sent several emails with no response. Finally I called today to speak with the owner Jason. I was about to leave a voicemail I received a return call and it was Ian telling me that the Jason was not around and he was the new owner. I prefer not to air things out on the internet but I am posting this in hopes of reaching the actual owner. Accidents happen but i have been left with the fallout and a busted AC unit... We highly recommend Integrity, their business name very accurately describes their work. Jason went above and beyond to accommodate us during the midst of a nasty situation. They picked up where another local company left us completely abandoned with no solution to our dilemma. Our Goodman Coil (only 4 years old) went out during the 27 day run of temps 100+ this summer. Goodman had major supply issues for coils due to shutting their factory down at the start of the pandemic thus no coil avail to replace. We had myself and wife working full time from home and my daughter doing remote learning and this was our main house unit. Jason was able to procure a suitable replacement coil and he and Ian were able to retro fit the coil into a very tight spot in our attic space. They were also able to get a portion of the labor and the coil honored as warranty work from the manufacture. This was not an easy job to say the least and they were both highly professional. there were a few things that needed touching up after the install and they both came back promptly to ensure they were wrapped up. Thank you Integrity for restoring our faith, our only regret was not being introduced to them when we originally replaced all 3 of our HVAC systems so that we could have had everything designed correctly from the very beginning. I had another HVAC company out about 3 weeks ago to do some maintenance on my outdoor unit only to have it go out tonight. I called Integrity and they were at my house within the hour and diagnosed the problem quickly. Not only that, they also did what the other company said they did but didn't do. My condenser coil was filthy, so they cleaned that right up. I'm so grateful to have found them. My old HVAC company is no more, and these guys will definitely be getting a call from me this winter for a proper tune up. Ian just came out and fixed a problem that our former HVAC company could not. Ever since our former company came out to install a new coil on the upstairs unit in April, there was a thumping sound every time the AC turned on. We asked them to investigate, but they couldn't find the problem. For the past two days the unit kept cycling on and off. It seemed to be breaking. I called the other company to describe what was happening and they blew me off. And then the downstairs unit stopped working last night. This morning I called Integrity Mechanical and they were able to come out at 1 pm. (They were recommended by another highly rated company so I read all their reviews and decided to call.) Ian arrived at exactly 1 pm, the exact time Jason told me to expect him! He went into the attic and immediately discovered the drain was extremely clogged and gross. He said that it should have been cleaned when the coil was replaced. The other company replaced two coils, so apparently they forgot. Ian cleaned it thoroughly and then checked the downstairs unit. We had turned it off when it stopped cooling last night (which he recommended we not do in the future), but he thought it was just having trouble since it was trying to cool the entire house. Everything else about the Trane unit looked good. He also recommended we not pay a company to clean our air ducts since brushes and vacuums would tear the material (our ducts aren't stainless steel). So, Integrity Mechanical saved the day and got our AC back to normal again -- all for just over $100 (about an hours work). Needless to say, we will be using them instead of our former company. 5 stars for Integrity! read more

On a referral from another local company I called Ian from Integrity on a Saturday afternoon with an out-of-order home A/C unit (on a lovely triple-digit summer day in central Texas). Ian was professional on the phone and said he would head right over...and he wasn't lying. Within 15 minutes Ian arrived, politely introduced himself, and set to work to identify the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part causing the problem within 10 minutes. Losing your A/C with a family of 4 on a Saturday is not something anyone wants to deal with but having reliable guys like Ian at Integrity Mechanical makes it far more bareable. I was afraid we'd be without A/C for more than a day or have to pay an arm, a leg, and sacrifice our first born for a same-day repair on a Saturday. I had some leaking coming from my upstairs AC unit that was causing some discoloration on the downstairs ceiling. I called on a Friday and Ian was able to come out the next Monday. He was really efficient in diagnosing the cause of the leak and also making sure that the installers had wired everything correctly (a worry since they have gone out of business in the last year). He walked me through the drainage (not intuitive) and how to prevent buildup going forward. The price was very reasonable and he was out in less than an hour. Went to change our filter and found it to be wet with water leaking in our indoor unit. I originally called another highly reviewed A/C technician, but he was slammed. He highly recommended Jason and Integrity Mechanical and said that he always asks people he refers to Jason to call him back if they experience poor service. Ian came out to work on my AC over the weekend as our Nest thermostats reported no power. Before calling, I checked many of the usual troubleshooting (breakers, water level shutoff, etc.) and had diagnosed the problem. I called them because I didn't quite feel comfortable changing out transformers with the AC unit. He was prompt and did a thorough job diagnosing the problem. He came to the same conclusion as I but noticed a design problem with the way it was first installed. He gave me honest answers about how to maintain the AC and when you actually need to have your unit serviced. Being a professional, he also check the whole system to make sure there were no additional looming problems. If it wasn't for parts unavailability on weekends, we would have had the AC up and running with in three hours of me placing my initial call. I highly recommend you get a second opinion or use someone else before you use Integrity Mechanical. They came out and told me I needed a new system. I decided to get a second opinion and I am thankful I did! Not only did I not need a new system, but I discovered how much Integrity Mechanical was overcharging me for previous service calls. My property manager made the mistake of using them again! Integrity Mechanical came out and told me I needed to replace an evaporator coil for a nice chunk of change. I am thankful they were too high for the property manger to OK without my permission. Once again I had another vendor go out and sure enough it does not appear I need a new coil! I was so angry I had to post this so others would not be screwed over by Integrity Mechanical. My only intent was to respond to the owners comment on why I went to another HVAC company. He was trying to discredit my review with false statements and hersay. He really did cost more and recommended things I did not necessarily need.
