Authentic taste. Ordered a lemon tea. Also tried the peach lemon tea and it was great. Will try the milk tea next time.

We ordered online and promptly picked up our items without issue. The inside of the place has very little seating and tables. It is mostly just an order and go place, but if you do decide to sit for a bit, the interior is very, very cute. Everything is pink! As for the items I ordered, the popcorn chicken is a very good, standard popcorn chicken. Would for sure grab some from here when I'm having a craving for them. I highly recommend the mango coconut twilight. If you're looking for something non-caffeinated but still refreshing, this is a great option. It's made with coconut water. I ordered the standard with 15% sugar and the sweetness level was perfect - not too sweet. The flavors matched well with the mango and the cloud marshmallow they added. I'm so excited to try the other non-caffeinated drinks they offer !

They have pretty unique dessert-type drinks (sticky rice, oreo creme brulee, mochi, etc). Popcorn chicken is crispy and I think dark meat. Interior is cute but limited seating. However, service is so slow. They need either more staff or a better system for organizing orders because the employees always seem to struggle with finding which order belongs to which customer.

Love the variety of house plants they carry especially all the aesthetic patterns of a house plant family Presentation is outstanding as well! Florist - Love their bouquets and pastel colors. Totally fell in love. I ordered a rose latte with oat milk and it kept up to the standards. However, their pastries aren't the best and they didn't seem freshly baked. Also, note that the indoor seating is limited. However there's plenty of outdoor seating on Castro Street

This is probably my favorite drop-in coffee spot on Castro Street!…read more The staff is always very friendly and the coffee has a consistent quality that we continue to return for. We really enjoy the foam art and that you get a flower with each cup! It's fun that they also offer plants, which we have picked up and had success with, they also have a solid selection of ceramic pots to purchase for your plants. Overall, the vibe of this coffee shop is top notch, the drinks are always made well, and the staff create an inviting experience. I would highly recommend you give them a chance!

Great flavor, good price, nice setting, friendly staff…read more I had driven by MoonTea several times and I saw the sign from the road and I have to admit, just the sign and the name intrigued me. I love the moon. I finally got to try MoonTea when I was out in the 'vale this past weekend. My lady and I walked in and checked out the menu. This was the first time I saw a milk tea menu that listed the tea strengths for each drink, that's really cool. After studying the menu for a bit, one of the guys at the counter asked me if we needed any help. Nice of him. We were wondering about the stinky tofu, since some stinky tofus are weak sauce. He said it was average. I also asked what was their most roasty tea, he wasn't sure, but he and his colleagues suggested the da hong pao. The da hong pao is one that is listed as having a strong tea flavor, which I love, so many places barely have tea flavor! So I took his suggestion, and ordered it at their recommended sweetness and ice, non-dairy. While we waited I enjoyed and grooved too the music they played. As I drove home, I tasted the tea, and it's definitely the best milk tea I have had in a while! For the price it was great value and I was amazed it lasted so long; even after the ice melted it was still delicious. This was worth the wait. Also the stinky tofu was tasty, I would get it again.

It's a bit of a mixed bag depending on what you get. The lychee milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice was a 6.5 because you can barely taste the lychee, it was very faint and just tasted like a regular milk tea. The da hong pao milk tea with 25% sugar and less ice was also a 6.5 since it had a really strong herbal taste that I wasn't a huge fan of. The best one was definitely the ceylon cheese milk tea at 25% sugar. It was way more creamy and rich than the others so I'd give that a 6.9.
