The sugar is usually just right, and I'm satisfied with the tea & coffee. Having said this, if you have specific preferences, then Teaspoon is unlikely to be the "best" option for any one. Teaspoon have been experimenting with some snacks too. I only tried the Waffle Dipper, and it was enjoyable with the Sea Salt Foam to contrast the sweetness. I'd like to try the Bites and Mochi Donuts in the future. This particular location only has outdoor seating, but the interior is sufficient for ordering & waiting. The service is generally good too. There was one day where they had a mishap with their fridge, meaning a bunch of menu items were unavailable, but they were able to manage the situation without too much customer dissatisfaction.

It's a bit of a mixed bag depending on what you get. The lychee milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice was a 6.5 because you can barely taste the lychee, it was very faint and just tasted like a regular milk tea. The da hong pao milk tea with 25% sugar and less ice was also a 6.5 since it had a really strong herbal taste that I wasn't a huge fan of. The best one was definitely the ceylon cheese milk tea at 25% sugar. It was way more creamy and rich than the others so I'd give that a 6.9.
