On our way to UD, my wife and I stopped here for breakfast. The service was prompt, pleasant and accurate. The food was good and the scrapple was properly cooked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a quiet, but busy place[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will be back.

This is a dirty plate with eggs on it. The gunk on the right hand edge was caked on. Gross.

Ask the Community - Mil-Lee's Diner

Is this related to the Mil-Lee's Luv-Inn Diner that used to be on Rising Sun Ave? I ask because I worked there. They were very good people who I still think of fondly.

Yes it is. I can't find the story I read but it's something like the husband of one of the female relatives opened it in Yardley. I used to go there when I worked at what…

This Greek…read morerestaurant has consistently delivered on taste and cozy ambience, whether a family dinner or a date lunch. Apps this time included cold dips and my favorite version of grape leaves. Meat dishes - especially lamp chops and blackened salmon were big winners. Carb cakes also crispy to perfection. Lemon potatoes were the all around favorite. Baklava was a treasured dessert and converted even my picky younger daughter over to Baklava (chocolate mousse also rich and delish). So glad we have had many great meals here and that Canal Street was such a nice place to have a weekend dinner with friends.

I mean how many times have you asked for a medium burger only to get it well done? Compliments to the chef on that alone but also on the Moussaka. Both the vegetable and classic Moussaka are standouts. Sooo delicious. Our server was excellent. Friendly, timly and wanted to please. It added to a perfect dinner. Reservations were honored. The restaurant wasn't full on Sunday night, but you never know...still better to have a reservation. And who dosen't love a byob!! Not sure why we haven't been here in a while but we will put it back on our top 5 local place to go. It checks every box.

Seriously one of the best oysters we have had. Beer $2 and wine $4. Cant beat it. Service was amazing due to Travis and Jen. We were early for happy hour and Travis said no problem. We appreciated that. Music was starting as we left. We will definitely be brining friends back next time. Table next to us ordered chicken fingers...I wanted a taste bc they looked sinfully good. The restaurant/bar is a good size and over looks the golf course. We look forward to sitting on the deck in nicer weather. They have different specials each night of the week. You can tell they want to please.

The materials make it look like a public facing pub serving new-american food and beer. I was surprised I had never heard of this place as long as I've lived in the area, and now I know why! If you really want to know what it was like.... Walked in, waited 5 minutes with one to two dozen geriatric sun stroked golfers gawking at my wife (one of three females in the building including the bar tender and one waitress?). Eventually someone in a spiffy polo shirt asked if we are here for "a quick lunch". It was past 5. Anyway, I say "Yea, dinner and some beer.". Now at this point, he does not offer to seat us. Instead he just stands there and looks at us. It was super awkward. Taking the initiative, I ask if we should seat ourselves. He says sure sit anywhere you like. Many of the tables were dirty, and they claim they open at 4pm (so its been just an hour yet..). We managed to sit at a clean table in the middle of the room. Then we waited again. Watched a few more walking viagra commercials try to eye fuck my wife and another girl who had the misfortune of being there. I wink at the wife to signal that we might bag it. Waited some more. Kid started getting cranky. No activity. I see the guy that we originally talked to was still hiding in the corner, clearly he wasn't trying to serve us. No utensils/menu/greeting, no activity etc. There was only one waitress and she was clearly busy trying to pretend that she liked golfers. So we bagged it and left. Other then giving this place a shot I have no regrets about walking out. Not planning to try it again. Would not recommend unless you are the type that needs to drink beer when you tell your family you are golfing.

The staff really sets this place apart, though. Everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and happy to make recommendations, which we've never regretted following. A friend recently moved to Morrisville and I found myself in the area at lunchtime after a visit. I wanted to try a few things but it looked as though the steak was a big one, so I just had that. The fries that came with it were very good too. As was foretold, the steak was one of the best I've had in years. Let me start with the roll, long seeded torp that had a light toasting. ALL steaks should be so lucky as to have this as a delivery vehicle, most sandwiches too. The beef was tender and nicely seasoned and cheese and onions were evenly distributed throughout. The portion size/cost was very fair, this was 2 meals for me. My only critique would be on the Cooper American cheese used. I would prefer a sharper cheese, Cooper sharp or even provolone. I'll inquire if there are other options. Even if there weren't, I'd still get this anytime. I saw several other lunch items of interest to me, and in the right frame of mind and early enough several breakfast options too. Service was friendly and fast. I'll likely be back next for the shrimp tacos, or just another steak. I'm at a 4.5 with just the one visit, stay tuned....
