I found termite debris last week and started to panic. I called a few top-rated companies, and thankfully, Mighty Mite was able to fit me in 2 days later. When David finished his inspection, he took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. I was relieved to hear we caught it early--no structural damage, no fumigation needed. It was the Friday before a long weekend, and David came through with the full report and quote before the end of the day. We booked the treatment for the next business day. Over the weekend, I had a few follow-up questions, and David got back to me right away. On Tuesday, he came back with Kevin and Chris. They were fantastic--explained everything as they went, worked clean, and were super careful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Termites suck, but these guys made the whole process way less stressful read more

I noticed some wood shavings in my living room and called for an inspection. Jeremy came out and inspected my home and gave me an estimate. It seemed like a fair price so I made an appointment to have the work done. The team came out the next week and quickly completed the job. They were considerate of my property and left it very clean. I highly recommend them. read more

This company has an unacceptably long lead time for appointments, both for inspections and treatments. Expect a 3-month wait time for an appointment. Since this has happened to me several times now, it's apparently not a one-off, but the usual way they run their business. They sign you up, then leave you hanging. read more

Mighty Mite has come out twice to look at our property for concerns related to termites. Awesome both times. Most recently David came out to evaluate some irregularities with wood in our crawl space and ably identified each issue. His depth of knowledge and experience is impressive and his assessment put us at ease and saved us from unnecessarily tenting our home. We requested preventative perimeter treatment for subterranean termites and Jonathan and Chris came out to do the work. Again, professional, thorough and able to answer all my questions. Completed work efficiently and left area clean. read more

I needed to have a termite inspection after evidence of termites was found on some siding that had been removed. I selected MightyMite because of their very high Yelp ratings, and my experience confirmed their rating was well-deserved. David came out to inspect the area and confirmed there were termites and the issue could be handled with a localized treatment. Sean followed up and provided the treatment as needed. Both David and Sean were on time, very friendly, customer-oriented, and easy to work with, providing me with details of the work. I highly recommend them and would use them again (but hope I don't have to). read more

I just had the best experience with the Mighty Mite termite guys. I had put off dealing with several active termite infestations for about 30 years, fearing I'd have to tent my two-story house, double-bag my food, relocate 60 houseplants, 3 cats and a turtle, and move out for 3 days. Last week, David came out (arrived on time), was pleasant and professional, and performed a very thorough 1-1/2 hour inspection. He explained every area he was going to inspect, and then clearly described what he found. Good news and bad news: Yes, I had several active areas (many more than those I knew about), but....No, I did NOT have to tent the house. He gave me 2-3 treatment and warranty options and explained the free annual inspections I would get after treatment. Exactly one week later, Jonathan, Brandon, and Chris came out (arrived right on time), explained everything they'd be doing, and got right to work. They were clean, professional and personable. They respected my house and belongings, and cleaned up all areas after treatment. They were done in 4 hours! The entire process was easy; actually enjoyable for me. I would highly recommend Mighty Mite Termite and definitely would recommend the great crew that serviced my house. read more

Outstanding service. David and Kevin came out to do the inspection and they were both super knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the issues found, gave me some options, and didn't try to up-sell anything. They made the decision super easy, and scheduling was quick. The next day, Kevin came back with Chris and Ben to do the treatment that I picked. Once again, SUPER friendly and professional. They did the work, treated my house with respect, finished quickly, made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, explained exactly what they did, provided copies of everything, and left on time and on budget. No surprises, just smiles. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing termite services (which is just about everyone who owns a home in California...). read more

Re Pest Spray Service: Dylan is awesome! Communicative, punctual, super friendly, professional, efficient. Can we give him '6' stars?

Termites did major damage to the deck above my home office & ate right through the ceiling. I called several local companies & all suggested, before even coming out to look, that we'd have to tent the house. A major expense and inconvenience since this is a large (4200 square ft) structure and I have several pets that would need to be relocated, not to mention many plants that might be affected. MightyMite scheduled a FREE inspection and suggested a few spot treatments, along with in-ground treatment around the house. They were punctual and proficient. I was so relieved to not have to tent the house. And, we got a 2-year guarantee. I was very glad to have hired this company. read more

I just wanted to say thank you to Jonathan and Chris from MightyMite Termite Services. For doing a excellent job of taking care of my home.

I want to praise this termite control company for excellent inspection conducted by their representative Jeremy. That was a thorough inspection of the whole house, including attic and crawling space - 2 hours of thoughtful work at no charge. All spots identified. Perfect work. The only reason why we didn't go with them is a nasty technicality: we have pergola attached to our house, which is really eaten by termites. MightyMite suggested to treat these rotten bars, while the other company offered an integrated solution including total distroy/rebuild of rotten staff. So, if you need inspection and professional advice, do not hesitate to contact MightyMite. read more

Living in the Mill Valley woods certainly has its perks...and termites certainly know about this. But aside from the constant thread of a possible earthquake or wildfire, we can actually do something about termites. We've used MightMite Termite Services already twice and both times we loved their speedy response, their excellent service and the quality of their work. Thank you! read more

Great service from John B. and Pedro C. for spot treatment. They arrived on the dot at the appointment time and completed the work on time!

My neighbor had these guys out replacing dry rot and, since I have similar dry rot issues, I marched on over and asked for an inspection and estimate. Dave came out to access my issues, pointed out and explained the issues he saw, and gave me an estimate right on the spot. He even provided me with a date and timeframe for the work. The day came and Jorge showed up with Rich and Mario. What a great group of guys - they were prompt, professional, and hard working with obvious pride in what they do. I especially appreciated their honesty and attention to detail (Jorge found a gap where critters could hide & a section my roofers didn't seal). 10/10 would recommend. read more

Dave, Jorge, and their crew; Mario, Rudy, and Rich did an excellent job repairing exterior wood damaged by dry rot and termites. They were friendly, informative, professional, and very efficient. I would hire them again I highly recommend MightyMite Termite Services. read more

MightyMite company is a reliable and efficient termite company. I had work done that was very professional and reasonably priced and friendly and quite excellent. This review is being given by me because i found out they now do rodent exclusion work also and i just have to say that after 35 years of bouncing from rodent control companies with high costs and minimum results and sometimes bad customer relations I tried MightyMite and I'm over the top satisfied and thrilled with the detailed and careful and impressive work that was done by John Morgan from MightyMite services. I am a customer for life now. Thank You John Morgan of MightyMite. read more

Joseph conducted a thorough and professional termite inspection, paying close attention to detail. He captured video footage of the termite-infested areas in the attic and subarea, providing a clear visual explanation of the issues. This video proved to be a valuable tool in understanding the extent of the problem. For the termite treatment, Kevin, Ben, and the third person (sorry, I forgot his name ) executed the treatment efficiently and professionally. They clearly communicated each step of the process, worked diligently within the estimated timeframe, and ensured a clean and tidy worksite upon completion. Thank you to everyone involved for your excellent service!! read more

Just had mightymites wood repair services done to my home shortly after receiving their termite spot treatment. Probably the most easiest straight forward contract work we've had done to the house thus far. Jorge, Mario, Rudy, and Israel really paid attention to the details and spotted additional items that needed addressing that weren't captured on the original scope and was able to address these issues all within the same timeframe. By no means was my house beautiful or immaculate prior to them working on it but after they were done the home looks amazing. I know this is a pest control company but the quality of work in which they did is on par with any home remodeling company. Highly recommended! read more

They were great when I requested a quote. They came out when they said they would. The estimator spent a good deal of time inspecting my home and advising me on what services I needed. I scheduled the work they again showed up when scheduled. The work was done on 7/20/23. Then around Sept, 15, I had live termites in my kitchen, one of the areas they treated. I called them and was told the earliest they could come out was November 27th, 2023. I called as there were more termites showing up that November wasn't acceptable and they moved the date up to October 27th. I am now spraying bug spray after paying $3,900.00 to have my house treated while I wait for them to show up. read more

We worked with John on our cockroach problem and he was informative, thorough, and performed top notch service. We talked to a bunch of other companies and did a ton of research. I needed repairs done to the upstairs of my house because of water and termite damage and put in a new window downstairs. David came out to do the estimate and was clear about what needed to be done. I decided to put in a new window downstairs and my request was accommodated with ease. I was scheduled quickly for the repair. Jorge, Mario, and Rudy were very courteous, professional and helpful. They showed up on time, were clear with me about the work they were doing. It took them five days to replace the entire south side of my upstairs. They also painted the area and it looks great. I decided to use this same company a couple weeks later to put drywall in my garage downstairs and install a new door. I was scheduled for the next week and it took two days to do the entire wall. read more

MightyMite looked to do a thorough inspection providing a breakdown of areas to be covered and estimate to accomplish for termite spraying and wood repair done separately. The termite spraying was accomplished in good time. And the wood repair happened about two weeks later. MightyMite is thorough and professional! I noticed some droppings on our hardwood floors a few months back, so I eventually called three companies to get quotes for treatment. I selected MightyMite because of the expert inspection, and I was very pleased also with the technicians who performed the elimination process. David was the inspector, and he went underneath the house and up into the attic. He also walked the perimeter and found some other areas where termites were which I hadn't noticed. He explained the entire process to me after the free inspection. Technicians Johnathan and Angel came by my house today to perform the termite removal. They called in advance to notify me they were on their way, and they provided excellent service. I'll report back in about two months to see if the piles of droppings reappear, but I don't think they will! Great work! read more

Our neighbor had termites which prompted us to schedule an inspection since we live in a townhouse with adjoining walls. We had both our neighbor's inspector and MightyMite come out to inspect and quote. Joseph came for the inspection and was, in comparison with the other company's inspector, very thorough. I was very impressed by his thoroughness and he did catch a lot of spots that the other inspector did not even look at. MightyMite was the clear winner here! Scheduling was easy and quick. John and Ben came out for the actual treatment itself. They were on time, courteous, and went over all the details with me. Overall, would highly recommend this company :) read more

We had MightyMite perform some termite services recently, including roof repairs due to fungus dry rot damage to our rafter tails, siding and overhead beams. Joseph was the initial inspector, did a very thorough job and provided us with 3 different options to choose from which was much appreciated (versus a one size fixes all solution, take it or leave it). After selecting an option, David from MightyMite was our primary contact for all things scheduling and contract related. David was very courteous and responsive - Thank You David! We were fortunate to have both Jorge & Mario perform the roof repairs and I can't say enough about how professional they both are. Their work is of the highest quality and very thorough, even going above & beyond to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. It couldn't have gone any better - Thank You Jorge & Mario! I highly recommend MightMite for your consideration - they are honest, trustworthy and the best! read more

We have been using MightyMite for termite spot treatments (interior and exterior) over the last 10 years, and have always been happy with the service and responsiveness. This month we had their wood repair department replace several damaged fascia boards (termite and dry rot) on our roof. We received the same high quality of work we have come to expect, but the crew of Jorge and Rich went above and beyond. After they removed some damaged boards, they noticed some water, showed us where the roof might be failing, and put in some temporary tar over the crack while we called a roofing company. We really appreciate Jorge and Rich's attention to detail and care, it helped us identify a problem and helped us prevent having to replace more dry rot in the future. Thank you! read more

I have termite infestation in a few places around the house. I didn't want to go through the hassle of tenting and Mightymite offered me a solution that I thought was feasible and workable. Jonathan and Angel arrived on time and finished the work in about 3 hours. They had to drill into the walls and inject the termite pesticide. No mess and they cleaned up everything. Couple of days later, I noticed Termites swarming inside the house! I called up the office and they gave me an appointment a month out but promised to send someone out as soon as they had a cancellation. 2 days later, Kevin arrived and treated the area where the problem was visible. Again, a quick and clean piece of work. read more
