Probably the most easiest straight forward contract work we've had done to the house thus far. Jorge, Mario, Rudy, and Israel really paid attention to the details and spotted additional items that needed addressing that weren't captured on the original scope and was able to address these issues all within the same timeframe. By no means was my house beautiful or immaculate prior to them working on it but after they were done the home looks amazing. I selected MightyMite because of the expert inspection, and I was very pleased also with the technicians who performed the elimination process. David was the inspector, and he went underneath the house and up into the attic. He also walked the perimeter and found some other areas where termites were which I hadn't noticed. They were great when I requested a quote. They came out when they said they would. The estimator spent a good deal of time inspecting my home and advising me on what services I needed. I scheduled the work they again showed up when scheduled. The work was done on 7/20/23. Then around Sept, 15, I had live termites in my kitchen, one of the areas they treated. I called them and was told the earliest they could come out was November 27th, 2023. I called as there were more termites showing up that November wasn't acceptable and they moved the date up to October 27th. I am now spraying bug spray after paying $3,900.00 to have my house treated while I wait for them to show up. read more
