I can't say enough good things about the service provided by Mighty Mite. I contacted them to do free inspections on two properties. Joseph was the inspector assigned to both. I was concerned about a possible outdoor infestation on one property. Joseph took a look and was able to tell that they were not termites and there was no infestation. I appreciated that he did not recommend a service we didn't need. For the other property, we were concerned about an indoor infestation. Joseph looked at the area we identified and confirmed an infestation. Then he checked all around the townhouse, including the balcony, the attic, the patio downstairs, the walkway, and the rest of the indoors. He found several other signs of infestation, including some in the shared patio fence (which they were not legally allowed to address but could lead to another infestation). He gave us an estimate and included time-limited options to reduce the cost. They were able to come out the next day and do the treatment, and they guarantee their work for the next three years. Eric performed a very thorough inspection from the crawlspace to the attic and provided a quote with several different treatment options and guarantees. Need to tent due to some areas that couldn't be gotten to to inspect. I decided to get at least 1 more bid. Called mightymite and they came out and did inspection. What a different experience. The tech that did the estimate blew the other away. The dreaded area that couldn't be gotten to the mightymite guy (who was a much larger guy) made his way in and inspected entire area. Where do I begin- these are guys are just awesome. I am gonna write a long review so I am doing my due diligence for these honest and hardworking people. I want to praise this termite control company for excellent inspection conducted by their representative Jeremy. That was a thorough inspection of the whole house, including attic and crawling space - 2 hours of thoughtful work at no charge. All spots identified. Perfect work. The only reason why we didn't go with them is a nasty technicality: we have pergola attached to our house, which is really eaten by termites. MightyMite suggested to treat these rotten bars, while the other company offered an integrated solution including total distroy/rebuild of rotten staff.
