This is an auto body repair machine! Got rear ended in my fleet vehicle by a car full of dipshit teenagers and had two options on where to take it for repairs. Glad I chose this place. When I called to schedule the repair, they told me they'd order the parts (because it was a fleet repair) and call me to schedule once they came in. Loved that approach because the place I took it to 6 months ago when my neighbor backed into it while parked on the street, did not do that and it took an entire month to get it back. The day to drop it off came and later that day I got a voicemail telling me they got it pulled apart, there was no surprises with their estimate, and they begin the repair process. A day or so later, I get another voicemail update. Finally, a short time after I get a call that it's done! As I said, this is an auto body repair machine that has it down to a science. If I ever again have snot nose teenagers wreck into me, I'll choose this place as my option for repairs. read more

So I brought my car here last year in June July, and I had given specific instructions about my vehicle. And how to take care of it. And that I didn't want it washed through a car. Wash to get those from the scrub, brushes and stuff like that. Because I didn't want it to get scratches on it. I told them they needed to put my sunvisor up. So that way the sun doesn't damage my leather. I had my car two months before this accident happened. When I picked up my vehicle, it was covered in over spray. Inside the whole car and I have black interior and it looked white like a cloud of white dust or snow all over the inside of my car and they wanted to keep telling me that they didn't damage anything or whatever. This is not a place that I would choose for my repairs. Maria seemed condescending and a little nonchalant about my business. As soon as she said, "We aren't cheap like a mom and pop shop", I should have left. Me personally? I treat all customers the same, no matter what they look like. I expect the same treatment from my vendors. She also didn't seem to understand the difference between the terms base color, clear coat and paint. Well, I got my car back, they got it done before the expected time, which made me happy. Upon inspecting my car and the work they did I was pleased, except for apart of the paneling wasn't flush. Ken took care of it right away. And I drove out of there a little happier. But truly even diamonds are rough before they are shined up. I will still continue to do business with them. But I will not deal with verbal promises from the likes of "Kyle". read more

Can't say enough good things about Midway Collision. My sons truck was hit on the side, Midway made it perfect. After a week of having the truck back from Midway, my son jackknifed the trailer and damaged the side that was repaired by Midway. He was pretty upset, the side panel was pushed in and the tailgate wouldn't open. We brought the truck back to Midway and Kyle pushed the bumper and side panel out and even touched up a small scratch in the paint, and didn't charge us for this fix. Thank-you, Kyle. OMG! Had a really bad experience with Midway Collision Center! After a lot of miscommunication, got a loaner car this morning with cracks on the driver seat, trash everywhere especially the back and stains everywhere including the car ceiling! No wonder the smell was so bad when I opened it! I shudder to think what my car would look like after it is fixed since they still had it! The staff even had the nerve to say "You have no right to be upset! Be thankful we are giving you a free car!" So upset right now!!! Not exactly thrilled about being "the duchess." Technically, I can't say "I've experienced better" because this is the extent of my experience with body shops, but I can't help but imagine better is out there. I've had my poor car worked on twice here. The first time, some old dude drove into the side of my car. It was fairly painless and I don't recall exactly how long it took but it was nice that the rental return was next door making a one-stop-shop for closing out the whole ordeal! This second time, I will say the turnaround time was good. But, there were issues with the pick up. Apparently, the car is "difficult to burp" so the red temperature light remained on as I drove away after my first attempt. An hour and a half inconvenienced since I had already returned the rental before this problem became evident and I had to re-rent the car... it's hard not to be skeptical after an experience like that. It's not a fun time, knowing you have costly repairs taking place, that your car is no longer "original." I can't discern how much of my lack of enthusiasm is for the collision center's workmanship and how much is just because the kind of scenario that causes you to have to come here is generally a bummer all around... Rounding up, for this reason. They are State Farm approved. read more

Took my vehicle their to get a quote, ended up getting my vehicle back in pieces due to them "taring it down" they billed my insurance for a tare down, I didn't even want my vehicle repaired by this company and only brought it in for a preliminary quote. I was shopping around and they took 4 days to look at it because they were so busy with other customers. This company will fraud your insurance every penny and dollar they can get. I'm disgusted with the adjusters they're all kids without any knowledge of insurance or just plain business and they're uneducated. They have no sense of business either. read more

WARNING!!!!!!!!! Stay far away from this place! They are HORRIBLE! From the moment I took my truck to them until I got it back they posed as if they were affiliated with Midway Chevrolet. That's fraud! Jessie the man was such a Bullshitter & the director Steve is even worse. When they screw something up all you get from them is lies! After promising a new windshield for over 2 weeks that Jessie Ruiz promised to have installed & I called at least 5 time's to remind him I drove away without a new windshield. First off they took much longer than promised. When I finally got my truck back Jessie rudely handed me my keys & said thanks & I said aren't you going to go over the work you did on my truck? Jessie replied "oh yah", quickly looked at my truck & went inside the building. When I got home I realized why he didn't want to go over there work. There was a big gouge in my beautiful paint that wasn't there when I took it in. My air conditioning now isn't working properly & it was working perfectly when I bought it in. When I drove away something flew out of my truck that was loud enough to startle me! There was bird crap all over the bed of my truck when they told me they washed it! It was so gross! As for the director Steve, this guy is creepy & a shitster! I am under warranty & bought my truck from Midway Chevrolet & I will not be taking my truck back there for any future servicing cause I discusted that they let this place pose as being affiliated, again that's fraud! I'm disabled & I feel Jessie Ruiz lied & took advantage of me & screwed up my beautiful truck. STAY AWAY FROM MIDWAY COLLISION center. They are the worst from the rude receptionist Bianca, to the lier's Jessie & Steve. No sense in complaining cause they care, they just want your money no matter how awful the work. I came here knowing I had a check engine light on. I was really worried that I was going to walk out paying with a arm and a leg. How ever, it turned out that I still had a warranty on my car so it worked out in my favor. The service tech was really great about keeping me inform. They offered a uber ride to and from the facility because the service took about two and half hours. Which is expected because they had to change my solenoid on my transmission. Overall, I would only trust these guys to work on my car because they really do great work. They've also repaired my car two other occasions due to two accidents that weren't my fault. This place should be shut down. My niece went here to have her car repaired. 3 days later and they still had done nothing no updates or anything. The insurance agreed to pay everything then Kyle called them and said he didn't feel the damage was consistent... Ultimately after alot of lies (from them at midway) and alot of miscommunication we finally got the issue taken care of but no thanks to this place. Kyle denied ever saying that to the adjuster and made it out like the adjuster said that himself. If I can help one person avoid the headache my niece had than at least the review was worth it. The management refuses to give their last names (which i easily found online as Steve Davis) they all pass the phone around just hoping the customer will stop calling. They say all the calls are recorded (then they should discipline the liars instead of cover for them)!!! Guy named Larry answered the phones acted like a receptionist to my niece but according to their own website he is the manager of the Collision center. I assume they can't get anything straight in there. Then they told my niece to pick up her car (nothing had been fixed) because they didn't feel she would be able to come to an agreement with the insurance (because they said they didn't feel the damage fit the claim) when confronted they claimed they never stated that and that "farmers is just saying that". This place is a nightmare!!!!! And IF you don't feel like you did anything wrong then why would you say you don't give last names??? Customers who were happy easily got last names!! I was in an unfortunate hit and run accident recently and my insurance company had my vehicle towed to this place because they said they were one of their "preferred" collision repair shops. Now, in retrospect, I wish I had chosen to have my vehicle repaired somewhere else. Pros: When I dropped my vehicle off, I was quoted a repair time of about a month. I was given one of their loaner vehicles to drive in the meantime (one star for that). I was given a call every Tuesday and Thursday as to the status of where my vehicle was in the repair process (one more star for that). Cons: When my car was done with repairs and had gone through the "quality control process" (and I'm using that term loosely here), I was called and told my car was ready for pickup. During the walk around of the loaner car return process, I was accused of returning a completely different loaner car. Mind you, the car was the exact same make, model, color, etc. of the loaner vehicle they gave me (because it WAS, IN FACT, the EXACT car they gave me). They were accusing me of returning a completely different vehicle due to the fact they were noticing a decal on the back of the car which they, for some reason, didn't even realize was there when they gave me the car. The vehicle they gave me was equipped with a sort of "low jack" system (which was clearly stated on a sticker in the upper driver side of the windshield), so at any given time they can see where the car was or even disable the engine if need be...given that fact, they still were trying to say I brought back a different vehicle...sounds super foolish if you ask me. During the inspection of my "repaired" vehicle, I noticed they scratched off a good portion of the window tinting that they JUST re-did on the driver side back window. There was also small bubbles and dirt underneath the tint on the front driver side window. There was white tape residue on the roof of my vehicle which was VERY clear to see. The back driver side tail light was not flush with the light casing like it is on the passenger side back tail light. There was white paint on the inside driver door handle. So how ALL that got passed their "quality control"...I'd really love to know. I was told that I could bring my vehicle back on the Wednesday after Labor Day and that someone would drop me off at work while they fixed the issues. I called the shop about 10 minutes after picking up my car the first time to go over a few more things I saw wrong and would need to be fixed on Wednesday and I left a message for the person handling my car...never got a call back...at all. I was inconvenienced due to having to take time off work to take my vehicle back to them to fix things that should have been done in the first place. On Wednesday, I dropped my vehicle back off, was driven to work and was told that it would be delivered to me so I didn't have to go back to pick it up. Upon it being dropped back off to me, I noticed that there is now white paint on the driver side view mirror, there are still small "popped" air bubbles on the front driver side window along with what looks to be dirt particles still stuck under the tinting. And for the final straw that broke the camels back...they are saying they can't (or will not) fix the back tail light issue and I was given the reasoning of "the mechanic looked at it and said that even if he takes it back apart, it's the pieces that are used to put it together which are causing the light to not be flush with the casing...so there is nothing that can be done. But don't worry, water won't leak in there or anything and should be fine." I told him that if the other side is able to be flush USING THE SAME PIECES, how is it that the driver side isn't able to be flush?? But honestly, I'm not going to sit there and argue only to get absolutely no where. They've already had my car TWICE now and can't manage to get it right so I WON'T be giving them back my vehicle and only further inconveniencing myself. I've informed my insurance company of what's going on and was told they will be removing them as a "preferred" collision company and has since profusely apologized for the level of service (or lack there of) that I've received from them. UPDATE: I felt absolutely compelled to write an update for what I just found out regarding the repair work that Midway Collision does... My car was in yet another rear end accident and another collision center has been working on the rear bumper of my car. I just received a phone call from the current collision center. They were calling to inform me that the last people who repaired my back bumper (Midway Collision) GLUED my back bumper on and also completely COATED the brackets that hold on my bumper with glue, therefore ruining the brackets and making them unusable for the current repair, thus raising the cost of current repairs. The current collision center I'm using said they have never seen such thoughtless, negligent, and half-assed repair work done!!!! read more

I had two vehicles repaired here. I had issues with both. We had our service van in and it took over 3 months to fix. After it was ready... the van had damage that wasn't there when we took it ! I had to prove to Midway based on pictures that they caused the damage. They finally agreed to fix it. Secondly my personal car had the bumper replaced and painted. 6 months later I get backed into and the paint cracks and chips off. Obvisouly I knew that damage came from someone backing into me. However I took it for repair at another shop and they told me the paint should not be cracking like that. That they did not prep the bumper correctly. I had to replace the bumper again. With both of these issues the service was awful and I will never go back. I worked with Larry Davis. He was all smiles until I had issues. After that he wouldn't even come out of his office. read more

Horrible!!! Their customer service is awful! Got in an accident beginning of December and my front left side got messed up, 2 months later it's still in the shop for the simple reason that they can't figure out how to attach my front bumper correctly. My husband and I have gone to pick it up 3 times and the last time we got it home and 2 days later I went to get in and realized the bumper was poking out with no clips attached. Took it back and while I waited on my rental car, there was a customer who had been in a horrible accident and had no teeth because he said he ate his steering wheel and before he even got to the door a man wearing a black polo who appeared to be a manager and front desk staff made fun of him. If I wasn't waiting on them to fix their error I would have immediately told them off and taken my business elsewhere. I can't believe that a business would ever operate in this way. I am filing a complaint with bbb and hoping that this review can be seen by someone who cares. read more

My car had a steering wheel defect which caused an accident. My car was to take 10 days to repair. Midway had my car for almost 2 months. I lost track of how many times they told me that my car was almost done. I have now picked up my car, but guess what, it's not right. I refuse to take it back there. The only good thing at Midway is Zac. He is a great guy. He bent over backwards to accommodation me. He needs to be employed by a much better employer. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM! read more

They were HORRIBLE at communicating with me and I had no idea what was going on unless I called them. Larry avoided my calls and had his assistant return his calls. This is the same assistant who lied to me again and again. He kept us informed along the way of the whole process, timing, etc. They even got the car done earlier than expected. The customer service is terrible! They got rid of the courtesy shuttle to save few bucks by using Uber if you do not have a cell phone how do you use Uber? I dropped off my car to get some minor body work repaired. I needed a ride home they told me they called Uber they did come but somebody else stole that one. They said they called again I waited outside for about 30-45 minutes No Show. I went in and was complainig to the receptionist when the manager (Steve - who is a jerk) came out and said who is yelling I asked him if he was the manager he said yes he did not want to rectify the problem kept asking where you standing. I told him at the sign. He was just tring to act macho and take advatage of me because I am a female. Since they were not trying to help I took my car back and will take my business elsewhere and they have lost a customer for life (All of Midway Auto) read more

While I never hope to have to use a collision center again, this one did a great job on my vehicle! I went through a center which was recommended by my insurance company. There was a little hiccup at the beginning of the process that made me 2nd guess my decision in selecting this location for my service. The party that damaged my vehicle paid for repairs out of pocket (make sure if you pay in advance to definitely get a receipt!). After getting the initial issues straightened out, everything went smooth. They kept me updated about every other day to let me know where the process was on my vehicle. I didn't have to call and hound anyone to find out when my vehicle would be repaired. I got my car back within the promised time. A note of warning - if you do opt for the loaner car, there could likely be a delay in one being available, as they only have a limited amount. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was recommended this company to fix my car by my insurance company a few months ago and boy was I in for a treat. I had ran over some road debris and had to have my muffler and oil pan replaced after a diagnosis by their technicians. They had to order my parts which I knew would take a little time ( overall 2 weeks ) from start to finish. They told me each time I called "call in a few days" so I felt I was nagging them each time I called for a progress report. After completion everything seemed alright for the time being but in a few weeks my car became increasingly louder and louder. I am no tech, but I knew for a fact it was exhaust related. I thought maybe a gasket was bad or the muffler wasn't tightened down all the way. I called and set up an appointment to check up what was going on with my vehicle, knowing something was not right. After having my car there for a couple days I was excited to get it back and not have it sound like a go-cart. Started it up - it sounded exactly the same. I walked back in and the receptionist got a tech to talk to me. "We took off the muffler and reattached it, it's making the same sound" "I think 95% it's your manifold" I had ran over a large metal object that shredded my muffler, oil pan and dented my manifold heat gasket. The technician said - "Well we didn't replace that, so we can't fix it". I called my insurance company and let them know my car hadn't been fixed correctly. They let me know I could have it looked at again at this location or another if I didn't feel comfortable bringing it back. At this point I'd rather take it ANY WHERE but Midway. I brought it Earnhardt Kia after setting up an appointment and they let me know right away it was the manifold cracked and needed replacement. I knew I had a small oil leak (my driveway had more and more spots) Earnhardt let me know the oil leak I had they could literally "watch the oil drip in real time". Not only had Midway given me the run around on fixing my car in the first place - they didn't even fix the oil leak or LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT after my second visit. It's just baffling a place like this can stay in business with how they conduct themselves. If youre thinking about going here to fix your car, think again! I wouldn't take a bicycle to have a chain replaced with them. I know this is a book to read but if I can save one person from getting hosed from this place it's more than worth the 10 minutes it took to type this up. read more

We used midway because statefarm suggested them because one of their customers hit our car. We are very happy with the repairs. You can't tell there was ever any damage. The length of the process was a tad ridiculous considering how little damage the car actually had. It took 3 weeks and each week we were told "it will be ready by the end of next week". We are not happy with the statefarm rep we had to deal with there because he basically flat out lied to us more than once. The 2nd time he called to tell us the car would be done "end of next week" he said the rim & axle was a few days out. Then the following week he calls again to tell us he can't find the rim we had and have to pick a different one. If he would have told us that the week prior, it wouldn't hae been as annoying. We were given 3 options with horrible pictures to choose from. So in the email to tell him which rim we decided with, we stated we wanted to keep the old rims (3 were perfect conditions and we can get them online still). We go to pick up the car, we ask the girls at the front if the rims will be in the car. She said if we told Mike we wanted to keep them then yes. Mike pulls the car up and we asked him. He said he had no idea we wanted to keep them and we never told him. (like I said, it was the same email we sent saying which rim we wanted). He said the guys already threw them out. But then in the same conversation said the guy he got our new rims for wanted them to salvage. Then tried to play it off like we got this awesome deal. We weren't paying a dime because it wasn't our fault in the accident. Overall, after 3 long weeks and 2 rental cars, we got our car back and probably won't be dealing with midway ever again. read more

Took my truck over to the shop for a estimate on some hail damage they said they could not to a estimate because it had some previous damage already yes it is a work truck had a dent in the top of the tail gate and one at the bottom of the door . My daughter just came over to the house she had her car fixed or there after she was hit in the door and fender they replaced the door with a new on and it has a dent bye the handle in it ? they repainted the hood and didn't fix any of the ships they just pained right over the spots its fish eyed all over and color does not match stay away form them . read more

After thirty days of being lied to or as they put it "misspoken" I go to pick up my car and it looks like complete crap. Lines off. Paint poor. Pieces were slanted and didn't fit. Zachery Avey, the estimator, did a great job - the car was fixed on the day he said, for the price he estimated. When I got my car back, the rear gate and bumper looked brand new. Should be a Zero. Absolutely worst customer experience. Was told to come in and we set a date and time to have the car looked at. When I arrived there was no one in the office. Finally found someone who then found Mike the State Farm guy. Mike acted as if he'd never heard of me despite SF sending the paperwork, 2 phone conversations and an appointment. He then proceeded to treat me in the most condescending manner. In my entire (rather long) life I've never experienced this level of rudeness. He then told me he couldn't provide an estimate for State Farm as there was prior damage. I inquired what he was referencing and when he couldn't or wouldn't say while I shared there was no prior damage he finally walked me to the car. We had been rear ended and our bumper was hanging on by a thread. The prior damage was 2 nickle/dime size nicks to the paint on the lower side of the bumper where rocks had kicked up from the AZ road (shocking!) on the opposite side from where we were hit. He then shared with me that my car 9 year old might have to be totaled by SFarm as it had nicks like that all over it. He pointed out a brand new lexus and said, this is what cars are supposed to look like. Once I'd left promising to never return I realized this probably was the old how repair guys treat women situation, up until now I'd never experienced it. It was horrible.
