He told me that the bumper was painted to "insurance spec" and accused me of extortion because I originally asked for a refund, so I can take my car somewhere else due to them not painting it correctly and telling me it matched. He even insulted my character before he finally told me that they can try one more time. They finally got it right but failed to deliver on promises about the deductible and covering my damaged exhaust tip. Looked at reviews and looks like this company was good before it was sold off to Brian (and Mary, from what I saw in another review).
