I mean let's be honest, most auto repair places overcharge on parts and labor, often adding unnecessary fees and unneeded work. This is often the case even when you take your vehicle to the dealership where it came from. Dealership prices are an insult aka "A slap to the face" when it comes to auto repair. Well I found a solution... It's called Caliber Collision. Here at Caliber Collision, I recently literally walked in just to see what kind of work was offered and to see if I could get a quote. Everything was smooth and refreshing, from the time I walked into the door speaking with the nice Receptionist (Audrey) to my actual representative (Tim H.). Tim and his team were patient, kind, knowledgeable, willing to help, extremely honest, and thorough. Tim and his team communicated well with me throughout the repair and made everything so simple an easy; even filing an insurance claim. They did not fix my car right. I told them about the problem and they said it was basically something I had to handle. Kyle is the adjuster and the team just sucked. they don't calll back when you ask to speak to someone and they whole work place is just bs. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I've been dealing with them for almost 2 months and my car is still not right. I had to go and take matters into my own hand.. Again do not bring your car here. they had the nerve to tell me something they said they fixed, still had a lot of scratches and told me I had to paint it myself .. Unfortunately I've had a terrible time with this company, and in particular an alleged mechanic named Kyle, whose last name they would not say. On or about in march of this year, I was in an accident with my 2019 Honda accord. Although the accident wasn't life changing, it cost my insurance company 11k - $3000 of which was out of my pocket. Caliber collision was the "go to" auto collision repair center, for my insurance company (farmers), and Kyle was their repair mechanic assigned my car. As far as my car goes, we got problems, but there's a bigger problem- That problem is Kyle who represents Caliber collision. I was told to come and pick up my vehicle, pay the $1100 deductible, plus an additional $300 because they only wanted to paint/pay for half my hood?? Arriving with the money, I was THEN told - psych... the adjuster won't release your car until the calibration test results come back, as I pleaded to Kyle I was also told this inconvenience would cost me an additional $1900.. unless I waited for an unknown amount of time and until they got the results of the calibration test, that my insurance company was responsible for. I was told I could pay out of pocket, and by KYLE SPECIFICALLY I was promised that I would be reimbursed, because my insurance would pay them. IT HAS BEEN NOW 3 MONTHS... since that promise, and I call Kyle all the time and have heard nothing, and he has done nothing. And I am out $1900, I called farmers insurance they said they paid CC for the calibration test weeks ago. As I would have to take it up with them ! Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed in both Farmers Insurance and Caliber Collision on Bell and 26 ave ., I WILL NEVER USE EITHER COMPANY AGAIN ! My car is still a wreck from a minor accident, that cost me several thousand dollars and even more wasted time trying to retrieve what I was promised .. . I've definitely not given up on being reimbursed , the stress is just killing me , I have bills to pay just like everyone else . I'm so disappointed. I feel I can't trust anything my insurance company tells me and especially can't trust the company they contract with for repairs, and is the very thing.. that I pay through the nose for. In conclusion, do NOT use caliber collision, no matter what your insurance company says, and definitely don't ever use Kyle (unknown last name). End Rant. read more

I had a unique scenario with my vehicle and struggled to find people to help - including my own insurance company (that I work for). Thomas and his group didn't hesitate to jump in and help. The repairs I needed weren't standard work for a collision shop but they were willing to help me regardless especially once they read the circumstances of the loss. I had contacted other companies that supposedly specialized in what was needed and they didn't seem to care to help or even take a look at my car. I am so beyond grateful for this place and will recommend them to anyone and every one I can. read more

Someone backed up into my car and caused a dent on my front drivers side, which caused my windshield crack expanding because when the person backed up into my car. Peter was excellent and updated me every step along the way with my car repair. They got me in same day as my accident AND got my car fixed before the timeframe other neighborhood shops said they could even get me in for estimates. Absolutely impressed that they got my car back to me in less than 2 weeks when other shops weren't able to even look at my car for over a month. I will definitely return to this location if my car ever needs repairs again. Excellent customer service and you can tell they truly care about the customer experience. I took my car to Caliber Collision to have a dent and scratch fixed. Mike helped me out while I was there. He told me my car would be done in a week, he kept me updated through the entire process and even got my car done early! I was even able to leave the enterprise rental with caliber which was very convenient. Everyone was welcoming and had smiles on their faces. Basically got sent here after someone backed into my car. Not their fault but I went there to get my car checked out and they gave me 2 options... Option A or option B. I said "great, option B would be perfect!" So I waited patiently over a month and finally called to see what was happening... they made a mistake and did option A instead.
