We've since made that a tradition - ordering Midnite Slice at midnight on our anniversary. The pizza is good. No frills - just greasy, messy, hit-the-spot pizza. Don't expect gourmet. We've tried the taco, hamburger, and bbq chicken pizzas. We were in the area for a mini getaway and decided to try a local business for dinner. It was a Saturday night so we got the 2 for $20. Our pizza were burnt on the bottom and they were very busy, seemed to be understaffed, and very behind on orders. I made my order over the phone for pickup. The guy told me it was about an hour before we could pickup. I was ok at first because I figured it was a Saturday night and they were busy. When I arrived people were waiting in the lobby for their orders, it was extremely hot in the building and when we got our pizzas back to our hotel room (which was 3 minutes away) the bottom of both of the pizzas were burnt. Friday I ordered a pizza and an Italian sub. The pizza is not what it used to be and the Italian sub was a complete joke. When I saw the sub I thought I was being punked. Extremely disappointed. I would like to make a disclaimer that I'm not a yelper normally. I work in food service and I'm not an entitled a-hole, and I do not shout at employees or cause a hard time. But I am a really disappointed and formerly loyal customer. I ordered two pizzas tonight. They got here on time and fresh but when I checked the boxes, I was shocked. The pizzas were way smaller than I remember... but the same price if not more expensive. These pizzas were nearly $20 EACH but they're puny. On top of that, one of them (the double bacon cheeseburger), has MASSIVE portions that are uncovered completely. Like half of the slices on the pizza are almost entirely bread. Also, (insert spongebob meme here), there aren't any pickles. The staff that I spoke to both on the phone and at my door were extremely polite and professional. The timing was good. The pizza that had toppings was great. But there were issues and, even if the pizzas were perfect, these sizes are inexcusable regardless of quality. I paid $44 dollars for two pizzas and they're tiny. I regret to say Midnite slice is probably going to lose me as a customer. read more

We walked in with a party of 6, the guy at the door handed us 2 menus and said "thats all we have" we sat down and it took them around 20 minutes to come and ask us what we wanted to drink. Once we ordered our food it took them an hour to have it ready! We went to the front to ask about our food and it had been sitting in the counter for a bit. One of the pizzas was cold and the others were burnt! The napkins that were given to us were filled with dust as if they had been sitting there for days. When it was time to pay they tried to charge us for 12 wings when we only had 6, he said he couldn't separate them on the computer! We didn't pay for the wings because of that issue. I ordered a pizza and an order of pizza rolls right at 3 ok when they opened. The person who answered seemed "unready" to take my order, then I was given a 30-35 minute time period for pickup. Arrived in 35 minutes, had to wait another 10 out in the outdoor dining space before my order was ready. Strange to have to wait when there wasn't another customer to service, nor did any pizzas go out for delivery while I waited. Anyhow, the pizza was pretty good, thin but good. Seriously the best pizza I have ever had, when I could finally stomach the thought of eating it. But it is such a cute little gem that I'm so happy I found beside my terrible experience. They had live music and it was very relaxing outside. Their patio set up was very cute and hip. I do have to mention though... my son and I went to the bathroom which was right next to the kitchen. Solid 4 stars. We had two kinds of pizza, and the pizza balls stuffed with sausage and mozzarella and served with marinara. Sausage, sauces and dough all made in house. The food was delicious and satisfying, if i was rating only the food, i would have given Midnite slice 5 stars. However, if I was rating only the decor, I would have rated 1-2 stars. Exterior seating area desperately needs cleaning and landscaping, the interior of the restaurant is dirty including bathrooms. Drinks served in plastic cups. Definitely not appealing to eat in. The Jamaican Jerk & Greek pizza are really good! My husband and I were going to the post office one night and realized they didn't have 24/7 drop off. Saw this pizza place and decided to try it out and glad we did!! Although, we talked the pizza up so much to my parents the other night and ordered the Greek. (We raves about how delicious it is!)
