Easily one of the top pizza spots in SE Houston! We order from the league city location often ( have yet to try the Kemah location) and sometimes we just buy their excellent pizza dough by itself to make our own pies at home. The crust/undercarriage is the star of the show here and is both crispy and foldable but still has a good chew. I always order my pizzas here well done and it gives it a great NY style taste. We usually get the standard toppings like pepperoni/sausage but they make a great speciality buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese/ranch as well. If you're a pizza snob from the East Coast or a local wanting to try something new this is definitely worth a visit! read more

Hands down the best pizza joint in South Houston! I drive full time for Uber Eats and Door Dash, so I'm a pizza-pie connoisseur! Crust, Marcos, Via313, Frank's, Russo's ain't got nothing on Pizza King League City. How did Houstonia Magazine miss this OMG-level goodness? Fugetabout it! The establishment is super clean, and the owner is so kind and personable; a real sweetheart! But the pizza? Oh, Mamma Mia Poppa Pia!! I only wish they had a cool bumper sticker (like Rudy's), so I can add one to the back of my Honda Fit. Anyway, the pizza is amazing. My all-time favorites are Round Table (SOCAL) and Mario's Seawall Italian for their Deep Dish (Galveston). And now Pizza King. Honest review! It's good but it definitely can be better it has potential. The knots need a little more love like fresh garlic and less oil. The pizza is not NY exactly but it's a close 2nd. They will not be able to achieve the NY pizza with the type of oven they have there is no way for the bottle to get crisp. The staff is so nice and helpful. The price for what you get is great. I stopped by Pizza king in League City off of Davis road location on a total whim. Pretty cool local spot. I decided to buy two slices of pepperoni pizza to just try the place out. The person working the counter was friendly and told me they would have to make a new pizza for me. I knew right away this was probably the best the pizza was going to taste. I did drive about 15 minutes or so so my pizza was no longer hot. Regardless, the pizza was not bad. It was a little on the thin side but did have plenty of cheese and toppings. IMO this place is a good quick pizza delivery spot kind of place....but not my go to for pizza. I was not blown away but the pizza but it did the job. To be fair I will order from this place again and maybe try some more items. This place seems to have decent reviews so maybe I am grading to harshly. Yesterday I came in and ordered a pizza and salad for 30$ which was not a problem until after my payment went through the cashier said the cook was gone and it will be 20-30 mins before he returned.. I still was fine with that but when I asked for a 6 piece wings for my inconvenience she was told she could not do it and after I asked for a refund 30mins later the guy in charge said he gave me my refund but never did.. First time trying this local pizza spot and it did not disappoint! We got a a Lg & XL with garlic knots for 4 adults & 4 kids and with as big of a slice everyone got 2pc and still leftovers. All for a fantastic price compared to ordering from the chain pizza places. We spend way more for only mediums at Pizza Hut, dominos, etc. and the pizza is always over cooked or super greasy. Between 2pm and 4pm (Happy hour) the slices are 50% off and that was an awesome surprise. My heathens looooooove pizza so much, if they had it their way they would eat it every day. That is NEVER going to happen! When I do give in and buy them pizza, it's only going to be from Pizza King. I used to be a loyal customer to the other Local place but they treat their customers so bad, so I won't be supporting their business any longer. That had me on the hunt for a different place, That's when I discovered pizza King. They have a weekly special that's an X-Large 2 topping pizza and an order of garlic knots for only $16. That's such a good deal, it's hard to pass it up. We got the pizza with pepperoni and Bacon.. because who doesn't love bacon? The pizza was pretty good tasty, The crust was nicely cooked and was just the right amount of crispy and not at all greasy or soggy. I hate greasy soggy pizza. There are 10 garlic knots in an order and they come with marinara sauce. The sauce was really good, it even was good when we dipped the pizza in it. The garlic knots were loaded with garlic flavor. We will definitely be getting this weekly special the next time we order from pizza King. I have never ever had a cannoli before so I can't say if they are the best in town, but I will say they are sooooooo tasty. They were eaten last so they sat there for a little while before we got to them. I was worried the filling would make the shell of the cannoli soggy but it didn't. They were really good, will for sure be ordering the cannoli's next time too. read more

I have been going here for 18 years since I was in highschool. The food here has always been good. The service is lacking lately though, ordered for the family last night, the order and receipt had some conflicting information, I called and verified the delivery. After an hour I still hadn't received the food, so I can and was told that it would be another 30 mi Ute wait and that if I wanted to get my food I would have to go pick it up. They refunded my delivery fee, which was nice. That being said an hour and a half for pizza seems a bit ridiculous, especially when you have 2 teens waiting to eat. Not sure if I'd bring my business here again just due to a unprofessionalism, lack of communication and inability to deliver in an appropriate time frame, then only providing a solution to "come pick it up yourself." read more
