Been ordering from this location for 3+ years. That's a lot of pizza. They have only made an incorrect order twice, in all that time, and they fixed it immediately. No questions asked. Every call to place an order has been answered promptly and the person courteous regardless of day, time, or how badly the were slammed they were. Delivery drivers have always been prompt, friendly, and brought all items. Online ordering is super easy and each order made brings you closer to a free pizza. The pizza is delish! I waited till we've had Macros 3 times before leaving a review to give a complete honest review based on consistency! Every time we order its always a perfect order (nothing wrong with the order) it's always hot, fresh so honey set the dinner table fast, because dinner is on its way! Husbands all time favorite is the build your own, with pepperoni and jalapeño. A classic but yet it's soo good! Mine is the white cheesey, it's the go to if your not a red sauce pizza person (yea it's a thing, try it!!!) and add the mushrooms. Now on to the customer service, ..I came in twice to pick up the order, and once had it delivered. Coming in was always fast, the people working are friendly and funny! We ordered 2 deluxe food bowls with a large salad and side of garlic bread. Today I'm still day dreaming of just how delicious those pizza bowls are! Plenty of sausage pepperoni onions and green peppers. Sauce and Mushrooms too? The salad was fresh no wilting lettuce or even a hint of the lettuce core. Lots of onions, tomatoes, feta and onions. If you order the large it feeds four easily. You can order up 4 different dressings. The garlic bread has the perfect amount of flavoring and butter. The cost was right in line for the quality. I truly have to say the curbside pickup was spot on! I added the garlic bread while I was on the road to pickup regular order. So my main order came out when I had arrived and I waited just like 2 minutes longer. The gentleman that carried my curbside order out updated me and told me it would only take a minute. I could hardly hold back my tastebuds as the aroma was killing me! I wanted to peak but I like my food hot. Which it was yet 10 min later! This was our first time ordering from here. Marco's pizza is pretty good ... Not great, but good. The crust is pretty thick (yes, I realize they have a thin crust option) so after 2 small pieces I was really full. We got all 3 crust toppers, since other Yelpers raved about them, but I honestly couldn't taste anything. There are only 2 tables here, so it's clear this is more of a carry out and delivery place. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service that were provided to me today via telephone. This is the second time I've spoken to(whom I now know is Cathy) General Manager of this particular location, has been rude over the phone while placing an order. Our office staff/team orders a lot from this location, which is how I've come to know whom Marco's is (being that I'm not a Texan and am fairly new here to the area). The first time this happened I chalked it up to being a busy night, sense we've all been there but today was unacceptable, I was being cut off while speaking and had to repeat myself (I even asked if she could hear me and moved to a less noisier part of the building). Yet, she disregarded what I said and kept talking, at this point I'm highly annoyed, so I ask whom I'm speaking with and if there is a manager on duty!? She turned out to be the GM, so I proceed to ask about the higher up and was told the there isn't anyone other than corporate (I'm assuming this isn't a corporation) but there is an owner. Ah, I see, I said- so that's why you're being so rude. She hung up in my face. Yeah, no, this doesn't sit well with me. I'm not rude to you so do not be rude to me. I'm sure nothing will come of this post but I want Cathy the GM to know that while I may just one customer to her, I still matter, especially when I've purchased here before for our team as well as to take Home to my family. Pizza Craving on Point - I decided to Yelp pizza places near me for a quick bite to eat. Marcos had many great reviews and I was super happy to read about excellent customer service. So I went to the website, placed my order to my specifications, and paid for the delivery in 5mins! Super easy!! I was informed that the pizza would arrive within 60 mins and was surprised when it got to my door within 30-40! Delivery dude was very nice and professional as well. So what's the pizza verdict? Delish!!! It was packed with toppings, cooked to perfection, and still hot from the oven. Ya'll need a quick pizza fix - call Marcos! I even got a survey asking for feedback from Marcos! The first time they forgot them the guy that delivered clearly did not want to deal with fixing the issue. When I insisted he said he would go take care of it. I never heard from him again. Well I would like to give them a great review bc the delivery man was very nice but shortly after he left we realized he did not deliver the entire order. After calling the store it took 35 minutes to bring the rest of our order. This wouldn't be bad timing except she already knew we were missing items and exactly what items they were so why didn't she send someone else or bring the driver back to correct the order??? After further review we did not receive all of the toppings we paid for on our pizza and the missing wings were terrible with no flavor when they arrived. Overall the cheese pizza was great but other than that everything else was not up to par. So do better Marcos Pizza. We have had great experiences before but today was a complete miss. read more

This place has gone way downhill. The pizzas are always greasy and undercooked, even if you ask them to bake well it is still undercooked.

Ok so this is a new place in the League City Kemah area. The majors have really gone down hill in the last few years as far as Pizza goes. Dominoes, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns are just not as good as they used to be. My go to pizza used to be Pizza Hut. I know there are better pizzas out there but for a chain it was my favorite. It went south a couple of years ago and I been looking for a new favorite chain pizza. I think I have found it. Marco's makes pizza the right way with hand tossed crust, a nice not too sweet sauce, and good quality cheese. I have eaten there a few times and each time the pizza was hot and fresh, had plenty of quality ingredients, lots of good real cheese(3 types blended), and both the thick and thin crust are as they should be either chewy or crisp. They offer 2 types of pepperoni (regular, and old world) which are both good and not too greasy. I have had a steak and mushroom pizza there also and it was awesome. Prices are reasonable and inline with other chains but the quality is better. They have a nice Italian salad for 4 bucks containing lettuce, pepperoni, tomatoes, banana peppers, black olives, Cheddar & Feta cheese which is very good. They also have wings and baked subs but I have not tried those. If you go inside there are 3 or 4 tables so it is mostly takeout but you can dine in if you like. All in all if you are looking for a more authentic pizza from a chain then this is the best option in the area. Horrible. Staff is incapable of adult communication. Our culture has become hopelessly dependent on GPS and this company is no different. Despite warnings that our street does not typically show up on GPS we still received multiple calls from multiple employees asking for our location. The food is nothing to write home about.
