Ok so I been wanting to try this place real bad. Finally I had the opportunity. I decided to visit and order to go instead of just calling it in. I figured that was the best way to get a feel for the place. Right off it is quaint, eclectic, and edgy(my teen called it that and was impressed). I love the whole feel of a local place like this. Now on to the food. Not a huge menu. Just your basic pizza type stuff. No wings or fried cheese. I went with the Menage which is a 3 cheese pizza with Swiss, mozzarella, and Feta. I added some pepperoni. I also went for the pizza rolls with pepperoni and sausage. The pizza comes on an amazing crust and the toppings were fresh on plentiful. Just the right amount of sauce(the sauce was not too sweet either which I appreciate). The pizza rolls were awesome with the sausage being my favorite. Once again the dough is the real star though. They come with a really nice fresh homemade dipping sauce you will appreciate. All this said I will be back and support this place. The staff were great and friendly, the food was awesome, and it is a local place I want to keep in business. They are open super late and deliver. I love pizza like a fat kid loves cake. You could call me a connoisseur, but really, I'm just a huge fan of good pizza. I live in Austin, and have traveled all over to sample the best pies that Texas' capitol has to offer - and there is a lot to offer. Home Slice, Little Deli, and East Side have all been among the best pizza I've ever had, but today there is a new entry - Midnite Slice! Midnite Slice gives hope to the pizza scene in the Seabrook/Clear Lake/Kemah area. The location is great. You eat outside at decorated tables and it has a very friendly vibe. Also there is live music there at night. But the pizza is what makes this place really stand out. It's a bit of a wait, but wow was it worth it. Incredible ingredients and toppings, perfect crust and cheese, this pizza is as close to a 10 as you can get! I would highly recommend Midnite Slice to anyone in the area. read more

This place is not Mr Gatti's or Chuck E Cheese ! It's a Pizza Pollooza ! I'm trying to recover from a pizza coma after a slice ( 1 slice ) of Reuben Pizza enough to tap out a quick review . This is not traditional pie with sauce , cheese and pepperoni . Granted , they have all that , but its so much more . It's a little like NY style in that you can order by the slice ( a HUGE slice ) for just $5 or $6 bucks . A little like Chicago style in the way that it's better to have a knife and fork handy , at least until you whittle it down a bit . It might be kinda like some local , non-chain , pizza joints until you consider the bread . You may have read some reviews that were harsh about the bread . This place is new , and maybe some tweaking and tuning of the oven was needed but believe me , that is no longer the case . It's a Hand-made pizza so you get some bits that are crispy . Some that are chewy . Some of its soft, inside of a crunchy part . To me the crust is perfectly , imperfect . The toppings : it's a case of if she has it , and you think it'd be okay to have on pizza , well that's just fine . If she has stuff at hand that has the potential for pizza magic , then back up , and let her do her thing and then order some ! I think that's the Reuben talking . I won't list the toppings for you . All the usual suspects are there and more than a few others you may not suspect . All fresh ! imagine you went over to your friend's house, and somehow your friend had a giant pizza oven. that is midnight slice. this place is pretty cool. all marley all the time, record albums line the ceiling, and there are a few tables and chairs to sit at inside--and some great shaded picnic tables outside. We were the only people in the place on Sunday--and the fellow told us it was 'hash sunday'--you make the connection. anyway, that meant $12 for ANY whole pizza. jackpot, considering their pricier pizzas run about $20. i'm not sure if every sunday is hash sunday or not. We got the ninja turtle pizza, which has stuffed mushrooms, sausage and onion. it was great. crust was not too doughy and there was a great balance of sauce: cheese--an imperative ratio. drinks are $2. it's great to see local businesses making it in the area! buy local, peeps. read more

We were in town for a vacation. The LAST thing we wanted to do was eat at some chain restaurant, and my wife says, "let's get a pizza." Our GPS had a hard time finding the place, but when we did finally locate it, she is not so sure. It was about 10:00pm and there was only a small light in the window indicating it was indeed a pizza joint. I had to talk her into staying since it was really looking like a hole-in-the-wall sort of spot. There was no one else there, and we ordered a Johnny Nutron with the balsamic. For a large pizza, it was more the size of a medium. There was not loads of sauce, nor were the toppings super generous. I was not unhappy with either of those facts, just taking note of the pizza. We decided to bring it back to the hotel, since the place was rather cold -- as in little to no heat in the dining area. Back at the hotel we dove into the pie. The balsamic was a nice touch. Although I was not super hungry, I did eat an entire half of a "large" pizza, hence the comment above regarding portion size. The taste was rather ordinary. Nothing fantastic, although when I questioned My wife, she said it was "good." Compared to some pizzas back home in CA, my opinion was it was good, but not great. On the good side, the sauce was nicely balanced, well seasoned and not overpowering. The sausage was tasty. And there was a kick of some not pepper near the center of the pie that set my mouth watering for a while afterwards. I would have given the place 4 stars, but the dining room was just too cold to eat in (although it was unusually cold outside for the night we were there), and the size of the pie was a bit small. read more

We came here after an unsuccessful fishing trip to ease our pain. We had the gemini pizza which gives you a choice between any two. We chose the guido and the notorious p.i.g. We also ordered stuffed mushrooms. The notorious pig was hands down the favorite. Super cheesy and i loved the crust. The guido was good, and if you want something that feels lighter it would be perfect for you. Our mushrooms were forgotten so we got them at the end. The staff was very nice about it. Midnight is an unassuming house, tucked away in the back corner streets of Seabrook, only distinguishable by a neon light stating "Pizza". The pie was great. And much to my personal preference, the pizza was not perfectly cylindrical, but rather freeform and rustic. The crust was a bit doughier than I would have preferred but the ingredients and sauce more than made up for it. The interior walls are adorned with old vinyl's from every walk of life imaginable, which makes for interesting conversation. Outside, on the patio there are a plethora of picnic benches and a main stage where they have live music Friday and Saturday evenings. The best part is - this place is BYOB. This place screams AUSTIN!. In a good way. We went on a warm Saturday afternoon in October, we sat outside. The aging wooden picnic tables and rock laden ground were very eclectic. Shaded and breezy, glass bottled soda meets handmade pizza. We started with artichoke dip, spicy and creamy with yeasty dough twists. A bowl made of foil filled with a copious amount of dip, was a little on the spicy side. The dough on the pizza is Sicily meets new york, chewy yet crispy. Light on the toppings, ingredients included sirloin... found few pieces of what appeared to be ground beef. I'm torn on how many stars to give: the food is fantastic, the place is just okay. We had an odd experience the last time we went. We walked in and ordered our pizza from a rude waitress and went to sit outside, but you couldn't sit outside unless you paid $5 to listen to the band. Which is fine, but I didn't really care about the band, I just wanted to sit outside because the weather was nice. We opted to sit inside instead and save $10 for the two of us. It took a while to get our food, but when it did get to us it was amazing. I ordered the Jimmy Neutron and let me just say, one slice is enough to split. The portions are really big! I asked for a fork and knife and was handed a child's version of a fork and knife (seriously? get some real silverware)...but while we were sitting inside, the waitress who barely looked up to take our order before quit on the spot. We sat there trying to avoid eye contact with anyone while she was having a little tiff with the manager. Can you say awkward? I understand that sort of thing doesn't happen all the time, but from the overall experience, I think I'll take my pizza to-go, which as I said before, was really delicious! read more

If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. This was my first and last visit. I drove the 25 minuets to pick it up, walked in and had a roach fall off the ceiling onto my head! While waiting for my pizza, I had a large wood roach run across my foot and toward the kitchen!!!! Really disappointed with my experience today. Ordered just a pepperoni pizza. Waited for an hour and a half for it to be delivered. We called and pretty sure the pizza had been forgotten about. Once the pizza finally arrived, there was zero sauce and the pizza wasn't even cut. A puddle of grease was just sitting on the top. For $30 for a pepperoni pizza I'd expect much better. In the interest of brevity, the place is cluttered and unkempt, inside and out. The pizza, was good, not great. Lacked seasoning. Seemed to be made of good, fresh ingredients but was just slightly better than blah. The impression we got was that they cater to a late night bar crowd. The prices seemed high(mid to upper teens) considering what you get and the surroundings. A fairly basic pizza with a glass of water and a sweet tea cost us just over $20. After reading the reviews I was super excited to order for delivery. Delivery was quick and came without issue. However, I was very disappointed in my pizza!! There was little to no sauce, it was still doughing and undercooked, and toppings were minimal to lacking. I ordered a Canadian bacon with pineapple and PAID EXTRA for bacon and jalapenos. There was 1 jalapeno per slice and only 1 slice out of 8 had any bacon. This was an extra $3.50-$4 for THAT!?!? With the lacking sauce it was all dough and crust and that wasn't even cooked all the way!!! I got about two bites out of a slice and the rest was a waste. Im definitely sad and disappointed after reading so many great reviews and seeing photos online. I would NOT recommend them to ANY PIZZA LOVERS. read more

We came here on a Wednesday evening. Friendly staff, funny named pizzas and a quirky location made for a fun late evening in a town that seems to have many food locations closing early. We ordered the Sancho (pepperoni, Canadian bacon and Italian sausages) and the Lezzy (veggie pizza using a pesto sauce and added cheese). We decided to sit outside as it was a tad warm indoors. Backyard atmosphere with a mixture of park bench seating and tables with folding chairs. White holiday lights wrapped the top railing of the fence to help illuminate the area. Sadly, our evening was cut short as there were several mosquitoes that had decided to dine on us as we received our first pizza. Aside from the painful histamine reaction from the multiple bites I received, the pizza was quite tasty. We demolished the Sancho in 5 minutes and took our Lezzy home. We will definitely come back but likely order our pizzas to go. FYI - we used the check-in 50% appetizer coupon offered on Yelp towards a spinach salad - quite delish. Ordered online through grubhub. Which the order consists of buffalo wings that were suppose to be fried? Also requested all flats with ranch on the side. I received baked buffalo wings(all drumettes and one whole flat wing part) ranch did come on the side but super watery. Wings were on the tough side. Pizza rolls were very good, the pizza dough was tasty and not overly greasy. The side of marinara sauce was tasty, however, was only half filled in the little cup and wasn't enough for all 6 pizza rolls. Also ordered a Greek salad, with spinach instead of lettuce. Haven't got to taste it yet because it was warm when I received it so trying to chill it in the fridge before trying it. Overall little on the pricey side to not fully get the order correct per the request. I will say if you can go pick up your own pizza up bc the driver doesn't follow great directions. I stay in apartments and my husband had to stand in the front for 25+ minutes . Being from Seattle, I really enjoy supporting local restaurants with a chill atmosphere and music. This place has good pizza that you can order by the slice, and really good music on the weekends. About the pizza... I like the creative combinations and number of toppings; however, I feel like they could be a little more generous with the ingredients. The ingredients are all fresh and good quality, there just isn't enough on it unless you order the MamaJama (supreme). I never have high expectations for local bands, but the music here has been awesome. When I went, they had a small cover charge, but it included unlimited refills on beer, so that paid for itself. Bottom line is that this place has become a local favorite of mine. It's great, and a fun place to hang out in the evening. read more
