Based on what he told me, I agreed to have it done right then because I was on my lunch break. After about 45 minutes, I asked for an update because I needed to get back to work. I was then told they needed another 20 minutes. When I questioned the delay, I received an attitude, and Alfredo told me that I should know my car and know that the battery is difficult to change. How am I supposed to know that? I came to your store because you are the professionals. Alfredo looked at my car and battery before telling me they could do the installation in 30 minutes. If my vehicle requires a more complicated battery installation, shouldn't the store manager know that before giving me a 30-minute estimate? I also had an issue using a gift card that the store had given me during my previous visit because they had made a mistake with my payment and were unable to figure out how to process my refund. Despite the fact that the gift card was issued by the store, Alfredo did not even want to honor it. I had no problem with the installation taking longer if that was what was required. My issue was being given an unrealistic timeframe, planning my lunch break around that timeframe, and then receiving an attitude when I simply asked why it was taking longer. I was also disappointed that the store was unwilling to honor a gift card it had previously issued to me. The installation ultimately took almost 50 minutes. Better communication, professionalism, and customer service would have completely changed this experience. Customers should not be made to feel like they did something wrong for relying on the timeframe provided by the store manager or for attempting to use a gift card issued by the store.

Not only did they properly diagnose the issue, they prevented a serious accident. It turns out my brakes themselves were fine, but my brake booster had failed, caused by a bad check valve which could have put me in a very dangerous situation at any time. As a matter of fact during the test drive the mechanic completely lost all breaks and nearly crashed. The level of attention and care they put into diagnosing something that others couldn't figure out for over a year really stood out to me. The noise I had been dealing with for over 8months no one could figure out. The pricing was extremely reasonable, they worked with me the best they could especially considering the complexity of the problem.
