I took my Honda Fit for a few things. I wanted to change the oil on my manual transmission. There was also a tiny noise coming from the front left. I thought it was the brakes. Took my car there for brakes and an oil change, what a mess! Had to go back multiple times because they didn't tighten the caliper bolts and my brakes were falling off and weren't working correctly. Then I had to go back again because of a loud engine noise, seems they didn't put enough oil in my car. I had to trade my almost perfect VW Jetta at a loss because of severe engine damage caused by these guys. I lost $3000 in trade value. Ronnie took my $1500, but never even offered a partial refund after admitting their tech was responsible. Very grateful for Integrity Automotive. My wife was in Poway (a bit far from our home) when she told me the van was having trouble. We drive a Honda that was under 45k miles so I was a little upset to say the least. It was an engine issue and Integrity was the closest spot. I drove up to meet her and was dismayed to find the engine misfiring. Again, we bought a Honda van because they are supposed to have strong engines. I'm glad Integrity was the closest spot- the mechanic working on our van had experience at A Honda Service center! He was able to diagnose the issue as a faulty fuel injector and ruled out any other problems. The van was fixed up and ready to go. My wife was very happy to have the van back and purring. Price was not as bad as we imagined. Integrity is the new shop on the block but the mechanics and owner are seasoned experts. They also have a nice fish tank. Thanks guys! read more

I was having issues with my Audi and described the problem to Ronny who runs the shop. He took what I said and gave me a practical run down of what could have been the issue. After his initial inspection on the car it turned out he was completely correct. I had my mother in laws 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan towed to this shop after she couldn't get it to start. Brandon was the individual who helped me coordinate the tow and ensure there was a space available for her vehicle. I had explained to him that it seemed like a fuel related issue because I could not hear the fuel pump prime like it normally does when you turn the vehicle key to the "on" position. On the spot he ordered a fuel pump just in case it ended up being that and was able to have it the next day. That day he lowered the fuel tank and inspected the pump and discovered there was no electricity making it to the pump from the relay in the fuse box. After only half an hour of troubleshooting he was able to determine that the fuel pump relay on the circuit board internal to the TIPM had failed and he proceeded to try to get the external relay bypass kit from the nearest Dodge Dealership. This shop was very good at communicating through out the process and tried to find ways to save me money at every turn. Once the new relay system was installed the car fired right up and has been running smooth ever since. Big thank you to Poway Integrity Automotive for all the help and information and great pricing! In my opinion, you would be hard pressed to find a more honest shop that gives reasonable cost estimates and only charges for what they actually do. I paid for half an hour of labor and that's it.
