I don't know how this place can possibly have so many positive reviews because true colors always show themselves eventually. Must all be friends and family (I've observed a certain clientele there). I took my vehicle in, against my better judgment, for a simple oil change because the place was convenient and I'd gone there once before without incident. I'm always prepared for shops like this upselling and giving me a laundry list of needed repairs, which I always take with a grain of salt. There was one repair, however, that I knew needed to be done and it was simple enough that I was actually going to take it back to them at a later date because, again, convenience. However, shortly afterwards I had to take my vehicle to my regular mechanic for something else and they did a COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC, which Midas did NOT do, and I learned that a number of the things Midas said needed repair were, in fact, not necessary, and one was major. When I called them to discuss this, the person I spoke with (I never really can understand him) immediately became extremely rude and aggressive and kept insisting I was being "disrespectful" (as he was practically yelling at me) by going to another mechanic and not "trusting his service" and proceeded to quickly hang up. In my 50+ years of dealing with mechanics and businesses of every kind, I have never once experienced anyone so rude and unprofessional. If you are a professional running a business, there is never any excuse for hanging up on a customer. Ever. Apparently he doesn't understand that customers have every right, in this country, to go wherever they want whenever they want, get second opinions and other estimates, and that no one owes them their loyalty, especially if it hasn't been earned. I suspect it all had something to do with a bruised ego and a woman challenging his expertise. I literally was going to give him a chance to do the right thing. After all, I'd had a thorough diagnostic done and they themselves admitted in the beginning that they couldn't really see what the problem was (since they didn't do an actual diagnostic). When it comes to an oil leak, guess work rarely cuts it. Word of mouth really is the best advertising there is and people like this seem to forget that. I will never stop telling people about this shop and if you're someone who reads this review and chooses to use them anyway, consider yourself warned. I shudder to think how much it would have cost me (1k min.) if I had "trusted" his "service." read more

TERRIBLE! I've never been treated so poorly by a business. I have a valid Midas tire warranty that every other location has honored without issue, but the owner, Fadi, refused to help because it was "too complicated" and he was worried about getting paid. I finally found my go-to auto shop! I had an oil change there as a walk-in. They were exceptional in terms of customer service and quality. The owner (or manager... Not sure) gave me a big discount as a first time customer. They didn't try to sell me anything else. The last time I went to an auto shop, the staff pressured me to get some service, which made me uncomfortable. These guys made recommendations (for new tires, which I do need) but only in the paperwork. I think many women including myself worry people may try to upsell something. Well, this is a place I would certainly trust and bring my car back for other needs. I was able to request an oil & filter change appointment using their online service! I was pleasantly surprised to get the time slot I wanted. The work was completed in less than an hour. First thing first I noticed that when I arrived for my appointment, all the services had cars on them, which was a good sign ( kind of like seeing a crowded restaurant) The waiting room was very clean and comfy. Maaaaaaan when I tell you that this is am amazing mechanic shop i mean it. Ive been coming here for 15 years (yikes) and Ive always gotten great service. I live pretty far and if I need anything above an oil change I make the drive here. Staff are incredibly friendly and manager tries to get you the best deals. My entire family has actually been going here for at least 20 years (double yikes). As a woman I've never felt taken advantage of or uncomfortable. I brought my car in for some issue that was quoted at around $250. I brought my car in, he drove me to the movie theater and when the movie was out, I asked what the damage was and turns out the thingy just needed to be reset so no charge. I walked in to get an oil change. I was assured it would take one hour. It was a reasonable price. It came with their standard inspection. Sound too good to be true? I came and I heard the owner/manager on the phone with someone and he did not sound happy. His employee started the initial step of taking my information. When I asked for transparency about the oil change, the owner got paranoid, called it "investigative" then passed on service. If this is not a way to make a relaxed customer turn suspicious, I do not know what is. I mean, you speak on the phone with someone and then transfer that negative energy over to the customer. You say the customer is being investigative when he asks for transparency and then you pass on the job. Paranoid stubborn moment. The manager thought I wanted a quick service, he wouldn't hear what I was saying because he was still fuming from his earlier phone conversation.
