Everyone who actively works here busts their a** for the customers benefit and it really shows. The service is excellent for a shop that only has two people working their at a time. And let me tell you I do not envy their work, 100+ degrees in the shop due to Vegas weather and they are only allowed to run a couple fans. It is clear this store, we're it better equipped by the owners, could actually thrive. Unfortunately Midas is owned by people that actively punish and blame their workers whenever the franchise is having issues. Perhaps if the owners spent less money investing in crypto and NFTs the franchise wouldn't be in such shambles. Very unchadlike. And let me be clear it is strictly the Owner that is causing this business to fail. That is why I, Chud "The PvssySlayer" Chadson deem this entire franchise unworthy of your money. You'll be supporting an owner that would treat YOU like garbage if it were you in the workers shoes. HOWEVER, if you do choose to go to any of the Midas Shops in the Valley, tip your workers well. This is a very good example of what a good, honest owner can do to a business. This place was falling apart, and when the new management took over, there was a complete overhaul. My own experience was that my car has an oil leak, and the check engine light was on. They found out what the problem was, gave me an estimate, and when the work was done, everything was great, and no were no surprise fees. The next day, I noticed that the check engine light came back on. I took the car back, and they said the new part was bad. They replaced it, free of charge, and I was on my way. The good part about this experience is two-fold: First. I got good service, at a reasonable price. Second, I found out that if something wasn't 100%, that they will make sure it is done right. I really do not like to take my car to mechanics. I find it very frustrating to pay for a service, and not get it, or get a crappy job done. I am happy that I finally found a good, and honest place to take my car. Do yourself a favor, and whenever your car need fixing, take it there. You'll be happy you did. read more

This place is literally a joke have no customer service training whatsoever and do not care about the customer at all just numbers I have been in the service industries for years and every single person/customer matter we are not number and we are what keep the place open and running and should be treated with courtesy and respect. Do not except nothing from this place not even a greeting or a hello when you walk in nothing! In addition if you think that it's not okay to treat you your customers with courtesy and kindness and say something they literally will berate you argue with you and have no solution or problem solving abilities whatsoever! If you value being treated with courtesy respect and good value go to any other Midas than this one. This one is under trained staffed and poorly managed truly amateurs compared to the Midas on Eastern like 2 miles from here! My vehicle was towed in to this Midas earlier this week, and I've got to tell you, I love these guys. I met Corey, one of the new owners, and Tyler. They told me they had just acquired the store and were trying to restore Midas' good name in the neighborhood. While I expected my bill to be thousands of dollars (as I have a luxury SUV), they told me it was just my alternator. Approximately $450 later (including the tow) and I was back on the road. The guys were very helpful and went through everything. My car runs great now and they even gave me a free soda for the road. They set up an appointment for me to bring it in to make sure that there were no more issues. I would highly recommend these guys. I don't know what the old owners were like, but, considering they only charged me $450 when my suv was towed in, I am totally confident in these guys. read more

I went to the Midas on Windmill & Pecos about ten days ago and was happy to see they had remodeled the entire place. It was under new ownership with one of the owners, Corey, running the shop. The other owner was there and was encouraging people to tell him if there was anything they could do better. He was talking about how they want to do a better job than the previous management/ownership. He said they let everyone from the prior ownership and started fresh because they had seen so many bad reviews on yelp. I went in for an oil change ($39.99 for full synthetic btw....so cheap), and they got me in and out in under 45 minutes. I appreciated that they looked at my car and told me that it was in good condition. These are honest guys who clearly want to run a better shop than the prior owners did, and I plan to go back to them again. read more

I went to Midas on Pecos because my AC stop working. Living in the desert and driving with a 20 month old in hot weather is a disaster. I was surprised to meet Damian and Corey the new owners working on a Saturday. They were very nice and explained the problem. I noticed that there was not a lot of desks or furniture in the office area, and I had to ask if they were moving or remodeling, to my surprise they explained that they were bringing new furniture, and they were remodeling the entire place since it was under new ownership, which it is nice to know that all the staff, owners and machinery are all brand new. I will definitely return to this location because the service was really nice, fast and they explain with detail the problem. read more

My daughter's car needed a new alternator. It was about 30 minutes to closing time and we rushed over to the shop in desperation, with little hope of actually getting in. We were told at the parts store before our sprint to Midas, that we only had about 5 miles of life on our battery, with a dead alternator. After telling our story to the check-in guy, he was painfully honest about our chances of getting it fixed that same night, but he said he would go talk to the crew to see what they could do. He came back with good news; the whole team worked together to get it done right then and there. I almost cried. I would highly recommend the Midas on Windmill/Pecos to anyone! read more

Although it wasn't standard he went to the parking lot and helped me start it. Then we took it to the shop and he diagnosed the problem not to be a dead battery as i thought but loose connections. in appreciation he did $300 worth of service that the dealer would have got otherwise. I brought in my Dodge Dart for basic oil change and inspection. I don't typically go out of my way to write a review for a business unless I had an absolute horrible experience or totally awesome service. I'm glad to say that this experience was a good one. These guys will be straight forward with you and answer all your questions with undivided attention. That kind of simple service seems hard to find these days unfortunately. But you can expect to get a quick, easy, and efficient service if you take your vehicle to this location. I plan to come back next time for sure. read more

Went to the Midas location at 2620 Windmill Parkway in Henderson the other day. The staff was very friendly, I was not forced into purchasing service I did not need. Best of all, the mechanic that worked on my car found a problem that could have cause a lot of problem if not detected because I was getting ready to go on the road. I am very pleased with my visit. The price I was charged was very reasonable and fair. Overall, I am glad I decided to visit this Midas location and will certainly make return visits in the future. read more

I never went to this shop before the current owners, but I was very impressed with how the place is being run. We had an oil change and an alignment done, and we were out of there in about an hour.
