I went in for a standard oil change, they gave me a paper that stated my car was in amazing condition (with no transmission issues). I call them that night and the next morning and tell them that I have a lot of new lights appearing on my dashboard. My car was also driving weird and jolting. I take it back into them and they tell me I now have a transmission issue that they cannot fix, that did not exist the day before. I test the transmission fluid level myself after they said they couldn't help me and it was completely drained. I call them to tell them this, and they said it was impossible that they would've touched it or drained it by accident. Even if that is true, they marked the level of fluid as fine on my paper which I have proof of. My car has legitimately never driven the same since this happened, because I was driving on empty fluid for almost 2 whole days, I refilled it myself. Super disappointed and now my car has issues it has never ever had before taking it to this Midas. Horrible customer service and made me feel insane for suggesting maybe they accidentally drained this fluid, which is a common mistake. I found I had a slow leak in my tire on Sunday. So the earlier appointment I could find was here on Monday @930. Which didn't really work with my work schedule. I made an appointment a week in advance for snow tires, oil change, and safety inspection. I got my car at 2 pm, i waited since 845 am. I asked specifically for winter tires, instead they said they had a cheaper alternative that was better. They installed $900 all season tires, not snow tires. The owner Rick said all he would do is put my old ones on, no offer to order snow tires. Please, go somewhere else. That was worse customer service than Wal-Mart. They are not upfront. Worst customer service! Went in for one thing, didn't fix it the first time Took it back a second time and they charged me again, saying it was something different! Third time I took it, it was a completely new issue, I wanted clarification on how they missed it the first two times, then they told me they'd rather not do business with me! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!!! I bought a used Subaru in February. Owned by friend and taken care of well with maintenance. Brought it to family's trusted mechanic in Vegas then and they said it was in great shape and just recommended a new radiator and tires. Replaced the radiator then and waited on tires. A few months later I moved back to Denver, next door to this shop, and brought my car in May for a high-mileage oil change and an check engine diagnostic / O2 sensor change out. $819.18 later (DOUBLE what trusted mechanic back in Vegas told me it should have been, but went forward just wanting it to be done) - I leave and drive 2 minutes park my car in my garage next door (I literally see this AWFUL shop every single day as I leave my apartment). Later that night I go to drive downtown - and within 15 MINUTES OF DRIVING - it starts making god-awful noises and starts smoking and breaks down on side of road. Yes, checked if they put oil in, and that HAD, at least, done that. What they didn't do - was tighten the cap on the radiator when they checked the fluids. My engine got soaked and the block cracked. Done. $6,000 for the car, $400 for the new radiator, and another $800 to them. All gone. Because THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND RUINED MY CAR because of their inept mechanics. I honestly wonder if it wasn't on purpose. They also tried to tell me I needed like $4,000 of additional work, which I knew was BS because our TRUSTED mechanic had just looked at it 4 months earlier. I ended up finding a trustworthy mechanic in Denver because I did not trust these people to ever touch my car again. They agreed it was the radiator fluids that cracked the engine - but even with my receipt from just having it replaced in January , it would still be a hard battle in court. That's the only reason I didn't sue them myself. But DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. They will rip you off, then try to rip you off more - all as they do shotty work that could potentially RUIN YOUR CAR. Took me over two months to write this finally, because I have been SO ANGRY. And didn't trust myself to not just sound angry and miss getting the point across. I'm obviously still angry, but really, really just want to warn other people to stay clear. read more

I have been here a few times and Vic the general manager is just an angry person. No smile, how are you doing, nothing. His energy is very negative and I'm don't want to go back. The problem is that I bought the 1-year alignment from another guy Mike that was super cool. Vic has an amazing team, I wish he would set the example. I went there today because I found out that my shocks were the reason that my truck was clunking from Sams Automotive. I was told if I get any suspension work done I would need another alignment. I paid the $100 for a year of alignments, every 5,000 miles or suspension work. A few weeks ago a tech from Midas (the same store) told me it was the stabilize links. It was not. I was not mad or even asked for my money back. I wanted to communicate for a learning opportunity. Instead Vic the GM pulled the tech that worked on my truck and called him out in front of me. What leader does that? What manager does that??? Why try and embarrassed me and put down your guy??? Midas you need to teach your store GM better leadership. I will call the corporate office and let them know how Vic treats his team. You wonder why people from your store are trying to transfer out of it, and some have. You should have GM that wants to get to know the customers and build relationships with them. I would have left 1 star but the team in the shop is awesome. Garrison, that left, was great and the Brandon was super nice. The new assistant manager Dave is a great guy and I hope he has his store one day. Vic, I don't usually leave bad reviews, I have already let you know that you need to be nicer to your team and called you out last time. This time, you treated me the same and even try and put your guy down in front of me, so now corporate needs to know. You need to look inside and wonder if this is for you. read more

Called this week to make appointment for alignment. Said they were booked, come in @ 11:30am the next day. So went the next day, on time, & waited outside under a tree for 2 hours with my daughter, in 90°+ heat. Walked back & the car still hasn't been taken into bay. Had to get my daughter out of heat & go home & check on disabled older brother. The female who makes appointments obviously needs more training. Jasmine R. read more

They do a great job checking the vehicle and letting me know if there's anything going on. They gave me advice whether or not this vehicle was suitable for the long drive. Wow, I must say I was beyond surprised at the customer focused service I received. The front desk agent was so nice, great at explaining things and was willing to help me figure out how to get my brakes taken care of in due time based off what I can afford. There was no upsells or rushing me out the door. One of the mechanics even took the time to show me all they were describing. I like knowing what's going on with my car so I appreciate this. It's rare these days to have a company actually care about the customer not just the bottom dollar. I didn't catch the name of the wonderful woman that helped me, but she rocks! read more

On spur of the moment I stopped at this midas just to see how much they would charge me for a 5 tire rotation, the guy I talked to when I first got there was friendly at all, almost seemed as if I was bothering him, but he told me it would be $25, so he asked if I'd like to set a time? that he has an opening at 11:30 so I said sure. When I came back for the appointment he was sill there not sure why he was so unfriendly and almost seemed upset that he had to do something, but while waiting for the rotation to get done the other service advisor was there, he was very nice, friendly and kept me in the loop as to the progress. It was like one guy is mad or pissed off, the other happy to help and friendly, over all, I'm giving 4 stars just because the second guy was so helpful, the value I got for the service was good, the waiting area was clean and neat. read more

Took my sons 2004 Toyota Avalon in for a radiator check. I said I think it is leaking from one of the hoses that was loose. They told me if they had to replace the radiator, and the upper and lower hose it would be around $850.00 total. The manager Victor showed me the total price on the computer. When I showed up the next day to pick up car the total more than doubled. They charged me over $1800.00 and tried telling me I misunderstood them when they quoted me. One of the charges was $457.00 just for labor to put on the hoses! (Held in by two clamps) The hoses were more labor than the radiator itself! Don't understand why that would be! Then told me there wasn't anyone I could talk to or any main number for me call. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change around Xmas. It's now Jan 19. The car has been leaking oil all over my drive way. And my Subaru 2018 has never leaked oil before. When I brought it in the guy made it sound like it was an issue that was there before. Which is not possible considering there was not a single spot of oil on my drive way before taking my car here. Then when I inquired more as to how this happens and how they didn't notice the oil all over the place when they changed the oil and he just said I don't want to get in a confrontation. He said we went ahead and topped your oil off. Well if the car wasn't leaking oil why would it need a top off. Sounds to me like you didn't put something back on the car correctly, and you don't want to own up to it. My car has a value of about 18k (not that nice but I love it), having you change the oil should not be a risk. If you ruin my car Bc you didn't put the bolt back right in out 18k and can not work. It is very important to me that ppl respect my car when servicing it, if you are not willing to figure out what happened here I will not be bringing my car back. read more

I took my van in about a noise that I thought was the muffler & a cracked radiator hose. They said the noise was not the muffler but rather the belt tensioner. They replaced but it had no effect on the noise. $493.37. They said they had to order the hose & it would take 3-5 days. I said to call me when it came in. They never called. So they charged me almost $500 for fixing nothing. read more
