He was very helpful and made sure the job was done correctly for me before he charged. I was able to look things over to make sure I had everything. I needed copies made and a pdf. Having an employee to do that job made my time in the store a breeze so I wasn't standing in the self print area trying to figure it out on my own. If I need printing done this is my go to.

I called every repair place within a 10 mile radius to get quote for repair which ranged from $70-$130 from 3rd parties. Most of the techs I spoke to gave me a warning that when repairing the earphone speaker there was a risk the the face ID cable will be damaged beyond repair. When I Called 911 tech, they assured me that this was not the case. They got me fixed up in less than an hour for $80 and everything works beautifully.
