They called me back the following day and had me drop off the computer around 1:00 p.m.. Luckily, they were able to clean it and get it working the following morning. I was really surprised they could get it back to me so quickly. They even took pictures of the coffee on the motherboard, under the keyboard...it was really gross! I felt bad for having them clean up my mess, but it was certainly easier, faster and more economical to fix what I already had.

My wife's Toshiba laptop died this winter while we stayed out in Arizona...ok no big deal except…read morethat all her old photos from her original two Droid smartphones was on there and not backed up. WavTek Computer service in Crystal Lake. They have very sophisticated equipment to diagnose and retrieve data. Long story short, they recovered everything. They saved everything to a external drive. She has her photos again. To say my wife was ecstatic is an understatement. Emotional tears of joy. Understand they are not a retail store, they are service and network professionals. I'm assuming though the owner may be running the business from their home. So finally I decided to fill out their form requesting information regarding their virus removal.
