I have been using Brian for many years to work on my PC's and update my website. I have used Brian for at least 5 years. He is very helpful by coming to my house and working on my PC in my office and not have to take it with him unless I'm having serious problems. Even when he takes it he has it back to me in 1-2 days. The best thing is he is way cheaper than competitors out there. When my PC was getting outdated I told him what I needed my PC for and he offered to build me a desktop or even to meet me at the store to pick out a laptop that will work for me. I currently went with both options not at the same time of course but the best part of him helping me with this is he didn't try up selling me on a PC, laptop and software that I wouldn't need. Brian also informed me that he does business and house installation of cameras, POS systems, and all NEST products. If you're looking for someone who does it all he is the person! His office was in the back of his father's jewelry store right across from Casa Bonita restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue. After reading some of the other online reviews I decided to call him and ask about his services. After speaking with him at length I decided to give him a try and see if he could fix my wife's laptop. After a few days he was able to diagnose the problem and installed a new hard drive. He also fixed my wife's i phone as well. His charges were very reasonable and even though it took a little longer than expected he was able to fix the laptop and restore additional memory to her phone. The computer fell back, hitting the floor and popping the glass screen out of the shell (rendering the computer completely unusable). Four hours later, I made it back to Mundelein and brought my computer to the Computer Guys. Three hours after that, the Computer Guys called me to tell me my problem was fixable, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The next morning, I received another call to tell me it was ready for pickup. I got to the shop, verified that my laptop was up and running, and I went on my merry way, fully-functioning computer in hand. In less than 24 hours, my computer went from functional to broken to functional again, and I couldn't have done it (and done it affordably) without the Mundelein Computer Guys. As long as I live in the area, I won't go anywhere else for my computer-related needs.
